No misunderstandings, plus you choose your pick up time and she'll have your order ready at your chosen time or darn close to it. This is my go to Chinese place in Ephrata. Another good place over on the east side of Ephrata is the Ephrata Asian Bistro (in the Giant shopping center). They're more set up for eat-ins. Their food is quite good, too. You can eat your food "in" at China Moon but it's much less fancy than the Ephrata Asian Bistro. I never eat "in" at China Moon. I figure the poor lady has enough on her hands with telephone orders, packaging everything up and then payments (except for online orders - you pay when you order), that she doesn't need the extra burden of cleaning up tables. For two people, five specialty rolls and crab rangoons came to about $80, which is completely reasonable and honestly pretty standard for quality sushi. He even said he was charged 49 dollars and 75 cents while on our end the total that was charged said $39.24. He even on the call with me threatening saying this was "fraud", he was gonna file a report and said my parents restaurant was extra charging the customers when it was a delivery online order through door dash and we had no control over the grand subtotal of his order he ordered ONLINE through a THIRD PARTY, he added he was going to post this on social media talking about how terrible out establishment was because we wouldn't give him a refund nor give him a second General Tso Chicken that he never even order nor paid for. I told him he could take this up with our online website company and door dash I can even hand him their company's phone number hence they were the ones who charged him not us. But he kept insisting for a refund or we "remake" his second General Tso Chicken he didn't even order nor pay for.
