The most disgusting food that I have ever eaten, except that I didn't eat it. Two bites and it went into the trash. It was beef with vermicelli noodles. Very little beef which was just as well. The noodles were a gray color without any flavor. Even the appearance was disgusting. The egg rolls were bad; no better than what you can buy in the frozen food section at the grocery store. I think that the owners have to know what they are serving so why??? is my question. I went in to pick up my order at lunch time and there was only one customer in the place. If your looking for basic Chinese Food, this place has it and it's ok. It is what it is. I've also tried the pad Thai and the pho and curiously, everything tastes very similarly, a bit bland. It might be worth going to an actual Thai or Vietnamese restaurant if you're looking for an accurate representation of these ethnic foods. I visit China Wall once or twice a month to get my phô and spring roll fix. The atmosphere is really casual -- seat yourself, the hostess/waitress is always accommodating, and I have favorites on the menu. The spring rolls are chock full of shrimp and pork, and the phô is what I'm looking for in small town Montana. The waitress/hostess (owner?) earns the 5 stars. I left my debit card there the other day (like ya do) and didn't even realize it. She called my office and left a voicemail within 15 minutes. When I didn't return her call within a couple hours, she kindly called again, to be sure I had received her message! I appreciate this effort immensely. We live in a small town, I've left my card (or wallet) behind before, but this is the first place that the staff took the time & effort to inform ME and to make arrangements for me to pick it up. How these Asian eateries in the Flathead Valley get such high ratings is beyond me. It must be the natives. The food is cheap, unoriginal, loaded with high calorie salty seasonings, while using canned or frozen vegetables. Not a single one of these places in the valley offers anything above a single star. Other then Wasabi which is in a class of its own due to a sense of pride and fine ingredients. Unless you're looking for quantity and bang for the buck I would not go near any of these places. It would not surprise me if they picked up there chicken and other ingredients from Wal-Mart. - Save yourself, don't do it. read more

Sad to say it was the worst takeout ive experienced. Vegetable Combination had greasy noodles, no seasoning, and the wrong order. Shrimp schezwan was fishy and shrimp had the tails. Hot and sour soup was the most disappointing. Bought the bowl wanting to eat it all but could barely eat a few bites. Bad smell and ketchup taste. Wont be ordering here again. read more

Wow, the best pho in town! I've been to a couple of places around town and this is the most authentic broth I've had. First time to order from this restaurant via Door Dash and what a horrid experience! I put in a substantial order from this restaurant hours ago and via door dash and their monitoring system, the order was to be delivered to my house no later than 8PM. When it wasn't here, I went online and saw that my dasher--Heather--had contact info, so I called her and she said she had just received the order (5 minutes after it was supposed to have been delivered). She was in a town thirty minutes away at that point. By this time, it was well over an hour from my having put the order in. Mind you, this restaurant is one half mile from our home, but we decided to have a delivery night and treat ourselves. My partner was getting beyond irritated and was ready to eat. She went over to the restaurant and the woman who seemed to be the hostess said that our order had been sitting there over thirty minutes and she would not release our food. She said we had to pay for it, and my partner said that we had already paid for it, and the woman said, basically, too bad--you will need to pay twice to get your food. This would be food that had been sitting there for 30 minutes. The woman at China Wall also said that they didn't have anything to do with Door Dash. Who then put the order in?!! We will deal with Door Dash accordingly, but the attitude of the restaurant and their inability to take responsibility for any of this debacle has put us off them from now on to the foreseeable future. read more

This is a great place. The restaurant owners are very nice the food is outstanding extremely tasty and impossible to forget.

Sure, its in a run down strip mall type building and serves up very average food, but, there is something very pleasant about the China Wall. Perhaps it is the fact that every time I come in here the place is empty, so it is a very calm experience. There is something very "mom and popish" about the china wall that I enjoy. The food is average(so by montana standards, above average) the prices are nice, the service is friendly. I have nothing bad to say about the China Wall but nothing phenomenal to say either. read more

Great place, I live in Evergreen and when I want asian this is where I go, its worth the 15 min drive. Prices are great even considering its in a resort town. I live the orange chicken, and my girlfriend cant get enough of their chicken curry. read more

Wow ~ total disappointment ~ I have eaten here before and thought it was okay ~ not this time. The deep fired shrimp was all covering and the shrimp was shriveled up and tasted awful ~ I had to spit it out ~ the wan ton soup was so salty that I could not eat it ~ fried wantons were pretty decent ~ I told the waitperson about the soup and she did nothing. I later got ill from the meal (it was the only meal I had that day). Never again. So sad. read more

Awesome, awesome food and service here. The server always remembers me and what I like to order ( I have only been here 5 times max.) Each time the food is fresh, hot and tasty. As the other reviewer said...it's never busy. I always get the pad Thai and won ton soup. Cannot comment on the other food served here. I took a few friends here and they told me that the Vietnamese food here is very authentic and very good as well. Very clean, very friendly, fast and tasty. Would defiantly recommend. read more

This place reminds me of the time I came home from a keg party at 3 am while in college and decided to cook Chinese food. I had no recipe or knowledge of Chinese cooking and none of the proper ingredients, but went by memory of Chinese meals I had had. The result was edible, but it bore no resemblance to proper Chinese food. So it is with this place. It isn't bad, it fills you up at a reasonable price, but it doesn't have the correct ingredients which make Chinese food. The Thai dishes are even further off the mark.
