I ordered sweet and sour chicken with hot oil and then drove back to Massillon, which took about 11 minutes. I got home and they forgot my sweet and sour sauce so I called back and told them. I drive the food back to the restaurant and have them make it over again because, let's face it, it will be cold by the time I get back home and eat it. The lady seemed to have an attitude about it and as she was finishing my order, I asked for replacement hot oil because I dumped the majority of it on the first order of chicken. Now she's got a real attitude and tries to charge me $.50 for a replacement hot oil after in total, having to wait for my food for an hour. I don't think it's asking too much to have my order fulfilled in whole and then the skinnier guy there asks me what's wrong and explains. He's telling me there is nothing wrong with it and they refuse to replacement. The lady at the counter is super hot not and she cussing talking about telling her shit about her job. They won't replacement and we got into a shouting match because now, this is so disrespectful and poor business practices. I ordered for dinner tonight before 5pm. I used the online app to do so. I chose delivery. About an hour goes by and my food had not been delivered. I called the restaurant and they said they forgot about the order and asked me if I still wanted it. Obviously I do because that was dinner. It eventually was delivered 20 minutes later. Upon opening my bag, the lids were off and food was spilled out everywhere. I called back and explained what was going on. The female employee was yelling at me and handed the phone off to the manager. The manager was somewhat more calm but both people acted like it was impossible that they messed up the order and denied the spillage in my bag. This place is all about arguing with customers and treating them horribly. We were visiting town and have ordered here before. It was good then (2 years ago) Now they seem like a business about to shut down. They have raised there prices off the menu they have printed but don't have the new prices printed anywhere and when you ask what they are the owner (lady at the counter) screams at you that she doesn't have time to explain the price. I ordered 3 combos and and extra rice and crab Rangoons and it came to $69? I then asked for a receipt as it should show how much I paid for what and she printed a blank receipt with $69 on it. Oh the best part is it was supposed to be 15-20 minutes for the food. It took an hour and a half. This was on a Monday ordering at 3pm. I have been eating here for several years. .. It used decent.. the last few times the quality and customer service has been less than satisfactory but tonight I ordered sweet and sour chicken. . Pretty basic order... it was absolutely disgusting. .. the chicken was all grisly, the breading was soggy, and the eggroll.. I think they forgot to fill it... I hope the management reads this. .. The employees of this establishment are rude and disrespectful. They messed up our order and proceeded to yell at us because they had made the order wrong. Their prices did not match their menu and they overcharged us as well. When i asked about the price discrepancy I was again yelled at. Watch this place they took an extra $44 dollars off my credit card for an order that was already $44. I went and told them personally about the extra $44 dollars the Asian guy that works there took my info down for the transaction, and said he would resolve issue, and now it's like he erased my proof for my money back, then act like he was trying to argue with me about it, my bank said that the proof was erased on there end. I heard many good things, so my family decided to try it out. Initially, the gentleman at the counter was pleasant. He took our order and we took our seats. We decided to dine in. It's a small dine in area, but it's doable. The blonde girl behind the counter said she would bring out our food when ready. I wish I remembered her name. 45 minutes pass and still no food. I walk up to the counter to inform the blonde girl, if they have not yet started to prep our food, I would like a refund and be on my way. she takes phone calls while I'm trying to explain myself. Another customer walks in and she acts as if I'm invisible and talks through me, with no intent of taking care of our issue. Our food is finally ready, but instead of bringing it out, she calls the name on the order. They had bagged it to go. At this point, with her rude attitude, maybe she was just brainless, I couldn't tell you if I actually liked my food. I was to mad to enjoy my food at this point. My daughter's food tasted nothing like teriyaki chicken. We walk up to the counter and the same blonde girl that has been seeing us sit there for over an hour waiting on food, then eating greets us. She asks if we would like a menu, like we are a new customer. Then when we explain the situation, she acts as if we are bothering her. They blamed it on the water. They did replace that for her. Nonetheless, I'm surprised I kept my cool. It was not a good dining experience. Since I have calmed down, maybe I can rate this place and try not to be TOO horrible about it. Ordered bourbon chicken dinner, general tso's chicken dinner, and crab rangoon. Both dinners came with a egg roll and pork rice. Get home with the food and my boyfriend opened his up and said "is this supposed to be chicken?" I looked at it and it did not appear to be any type of 'meat' I have ever seen before. My general tso's was soggy and tasted off. The crab rangoon was literally the outer shell. There was NO filling in it at all. It tasted stale and it was cold. I returned my food to Chinatown and asked for a refund because the food was inedible. I was told by a man with longer hair that he could and would not refund my money to me because it's nothing wrong with the food, it's I'm just not used to 'their' type of food. I explained I have eaten at many Chinese restaurants before just like this and have never had a problem. He told me that he didn't care about other places, they cook their food a certain way. I continued to push for a refund but he continued to refuse saying he could give me 'credit' for replacement meals. I will NEVER eat there again why would I want a credit. I walked out of there 20$ shorter than when I went in and this time with no slop. This is the 3rd chinese restaurant we have tried since moving to the area, and it is BY FAR the best. We always judge the food by how they make our favorite dishes, mine (beef schezuan) and my bf's (gen tso chicken). The Gen Tso was a tad bit on the sweet side, so next time he will definitely order it extra spicy to even out the sweet. Otherwise, it was excellent. The beef schezuan was way beyond what I could have ever expected. It was loaded with very tender beef, as well as loads of VERY FRESH broccoli, carrots, green peppers, baby corn, and my favorite, water chestnuts. I have never had schezuan that had that wide of an array of vegetables in it, or veggies that were that fresh. I as well, will order it extra spicy next time, but I have a very high tolerance :) The eggrolls were very crisp and stuffed full of deliciousness...no barren interior that caves in when you bite into it. The portions were VERY big, and cleanly delivered in actual plastic containers - not the styrofoam boxes that end up leaking sauce in the bottom of the bag before it even shows up at your door. What's even better is that you can see their entire menu online, as well as order online. They even offer online coupon codes to save you money. They are slightly pricier than regular chinese takeout, but not by much, and considering how fresh everything is, and how much of it you get, we're happy to pay the little bit extra. This place will definitely be our restaurant of choice when it comes to chinese food. Oh, and also, they cater, have family packs, party trays, and are open late!! read more

I have a Chinese restaurant in this area I always go to frequently and have yet to have a problem with that one. I decided to give this one a try because I wanted to sit down and eat right away and it seemed to be much more spacious than my usual joint. Wasn't that a mistake. I'll give them credit for having nice bright lighting so I was able to see what I saw, but that is as far is it goes.... I ordered the House Special Rice and to my dismay as I attempted to eat it I found hair in it not once, but twice. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt when I saw one, but when I saw another I was completely shocked. So I went and showed the woman standing behind the counter. She began to look at my own hair to see if it was mine (my hair is curly and brownish, this hair was bone straight and black) and there was no comparison. So she then agreed to replace it once throwing it in the trash with an attitude. Well, my replacement consisted of a smaller portion of the rice where they put it into the white styrofoam container typically used for dishes such as General Tso's etc. This was an effort for them to compensate for the rice I'd already eaten (I didn't find hair until about 1/4 through the container) and thought I was too stupid to notice that they were giving me way less rice than what I had given them back. So not only did my food have hair in it, but I was also shorted the full amount of food I originally ordered! So here's the thing....it wasn't so much that I had hair in my food that disappointed me, rather it was what was done afterward to compensate for what they saw as a loss of rice. I know things happen and it was clearly an accident. Hair gets in food at times, it happens. However, when you try to rip off your customers because of your own mistakes that's when the real issues start. I'm at a time in my life where I'm making an effort to be more mild tempered and humble. Seldom does angry shouting and threats ever result in a good ending... if ever. I walked away peacefully and knowing my joy would come from being able to write this extensive review. See people, if you are going to run a business make sure you are able to actually fund it. If you reach the point where funding is so tight that you have to rip off customers for your own mistakes, I suggest you start finding other means to support yourself. I wouldn't have even wrote this review if they would have either refunded me or given me a completely new replacement, which is appropriate business etiquette. So for whatever change they tried to save with that little bit of rice, they will likely lose hundreds in potential customers deterred by this review! Doesn't pay to make such moves as they did in online age we live in.. Anyway needless to say, the take home menu that I had gotten upon entering the establishment I decided to leave on the table I ate at. I don't plan on going back there and they probably realize that. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. I got a menu in the mail from them so I thought I would try out the food there. The menu said 10 dollars minimum order and that they take credit / debit. When I called to order I put in my order and he said its a minimum of 25 dollars to deliver. I asked why the price we had to spend for delivery was 25 when the menu said 10. He said "because we are really busy right now". ..... Really? They can change the min order limit just because they are more busy? Fine. I ordered more. Then I asked the man who answered to take my debit card number and he said cash only. I told him the menu said 10 dollars min for delivery and that they accept cards. He hung up on me. I called back and was immediately hung up on again. Then I called back a 3rd time and asked to speak to a manager. She then informed me that they don't deliver to my area and hung up on me again. To my dismay, I think they deserve zero stars. I've never had the opportunity to even eat here let alone experience good customer service. The lady who manages the place had the delivery driver call me back to demand I order dinner combos instead of lunch during lunch hours because I was "out of delivery" area. They should never placed their menus in my apartment complex mailboxes if delivery isn't an option for its residents!!! I would have been fine to pay delivery but after already spending $17 for portions & add-ons I wanted, I declined the large dinner portion. She was in the background saying "She get the dinner combos or nothing at all" I couldn't even get the benefit of the doubt...They're very misleading!! read more
