I love getting lunch take out here, they are very fast (usually 10 mins or less) and the food is priced very fairly. For $7 I can get enough food for 2 people easily. Try the sesame chicken with cream cheese won tons on the side it's amazing! read more

This was the second time I have had food delivered from here. The food is great and delivery is fast. However both times that I signed the receipt and handed it back the delivery person asked/told me to tip. Both times I had intended to tip with cash. This is frustrating to have happened. Tips aren't a requirement and they shouldn't be asked for. I will still eat and order here! read more

Super fast service. The customer service was great. Price good. Super HUGE portion size. Ordered General Tso's dinner portion and it was enough to feel 2-3 people. Was not impressed by the actual General Tso's though. Tasted more like orange chicken or sweet and sour and even tasted like there was pineapple in it. If that was what you were expecting you may have liked it just fine. The actual fried chicken part was a little too chewy. Almost like it had been sitting out for a while before being reheated for us. Or like it was reheatred left overs. It was not bad. But it was not my favorite chinese out there. read more

I really wanted to like this place, but the food just wasn't that great. I went with a friend and we got the combination deal (turned out to be like $30 with tip for a lot of food.) It wasn't busy at all when we went so the service was surprisingly good. However, the food was over-fried and lukewarm. I don't anticipate ever going back... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. At about 8pm on the 30th of November, 2018 I arrived to China Town restaurant. I placed my order with the hostess at the counter, and she hurried back to the kitchen. After she left a waiter came to cover the counter, and I asked for my receipt. The man asked me how much my bill was for. "$37.37". He looked down at the receipt and looked back at me, then aggressively responded to me that it wasn't my receipt. As I was the only person there, I knew it was mine, so I told him that I had split it onto two cards. He then called back to then hostess who had taken my order to ask if the receipt was mine. She confirmed and he gave it to me, and when I looked down I noticed it wasn't itemized. I then asked him if he could please print out an itemized receipt."That'll take a really long time. We're too busy right now." He didn't seem to know how to use the machine, so I let it go. No big deal. A few minutes later I looked around the restaurant to examine the environment, only to see the person in question sitting at an extra table on his phone, and only two other tables occupied. Strange, but I think ok, maybe the guy is on a break and that's why he didn't want to help me earlier. My food comes out a few minutes later, I take it and go to my car, but then remember I forgot the soy sauce and hot mustard. I go back in only to run into the same gentleman. I then asked him for said sauces, and he again responded aggressively " you really should have ordered those before you left". He then stormed back to the kitchen, and came back with 3 sauces and a small cup of mustard. I had ordered to feed 4 people, so I asked "can I please have some more mustard. He told me no, and I told him how much food I had, but he persisted saying no. Finally he said he had no mustard left and went back to the kitchen. As I had no reason to stay, I left to my car. This man then accosted me by following me out to my car to wave the empty bottle in my face and yell at me "SEE?! I TOLD YOU WE'RE ALL OUT." Unbelievable! After I went home I called the restaurant to notify the owner of their employees horrendous manners, and she seemed to be apathetic to my cause, refusing to give me a refund. I have never been treated so badly by a business, and I will absolutely NEVER be back. Steer clear. read more

Wow, this was good Chinese Food. We started with the cream cheese wontons, and it was love at first bite. It was good every bite after too. Altogether we tried five dishes, and every one was wonderful. The service was good too. They also have an authentic Chinese menu for those who want a little taste of China. One more point, I am not a big sweet and sour fan, but the sweet and sour they served with the wontons was the best I've ever had. read more

I was charged more money than I was authorizing them to charge my card. The delivery driver added more money to the tip than what i wrote in. Horrible, shady practices. I will never ever ever order from these people again! Make sure that you check your credit card balance to make sure that they didn't overcharge you for anything. read more

Pretty good food. Great for those times that you want good food for not too much. Avoid the sweet and soir sauce as it is a bit watery, but the lo mein was excellent! I haven't had it delivered, but the pick up time was really quick. read more

I like this place. Whenever my wife is craving chinese for no reason, we order delivery from Chinatown. I like that when I call, they can't understand what I'm saying because they're actually Chinese. When you eventually get your order placed, they make it and bring it by. No problem. I've eaten in the restaurant many times and it feels comfortable there. It's not pretentious, but not dirty. The staff seems like a family and they all just sit in the corner eating and talking in Chinese. I've been to other 'raunts where they just stand there and stare at you while you eat, which is pretty unnerving. The food is not world-class but it's good, and I'll keep going here whenever I flipping want, gosh. read more

I give it a 1 out of 5 and that's me being generous. By far the worst dump I've been to. The people lived in the back half of the restaurant with their 4 kids and the workers only spoke Chinese. It was difficult to understand them and on top of that the manager parley acted so rude to its employees. The employee was complaining about getting paid 4 dollars an hour and he called him a punk for it. By far the worst and unorganized restaurant ever. Besides that it is aesthetically damaged. The seats are ripped. I also parked my car behind and had noticed they stored their kitchen outside the restaurant uncovered and looked like it could possibly be a health hazard. Most of the food is also frozen and comes prepackaged. Hence the previous reviews about the food being ready in two minutes was so true. I don't see how this restaurant is still up. I normally don't leave reviews, but I had such a horrible experience with this restaurant, I felt like it should be shared. I ordered delivery over the phone. They seemed to be pretty organized, and when I asked the estimated delivery time, they said about 15-20 minutes. Not bad for delivery, right? After an hour had passed, I called in and asked on the status of my delivery cuz I was worried it got delivered to the wrong address. A flustered employee answered me by telling me delivery was extremely busy right now but it was on its way to me right now. I thanked her and hung up the phone. ANOTHER HOUR PASSED. When I called back in, the employee put me on hold for a while. Finally, a man answered and told me that they lost my order but it was on its way right now and should get to me in five minutes. He did apologize, which I appreciated. I told them to forget about it and asked if they could give me a refund. The man on the phone said okay and hung up immediately without a second thought! I was not impressed and really wished that someone would have offered to discount the food for me or something.. cuz I was pretty damn hungry at that point! I have eaten here once before while dining in, and the customer service was pretty icky. The waitress was grumpy and yelling and her kid who was playing some video game with the volume all the way up. Took forever to get the check too. It feels like no one cares about their job or the customers there. The food was alright for Chinese take-out, but the negatives definitely overshadow everything else. read more
