Revisited this family favorite today, and wowza! We had the BEST service, from Hayden today! One of the best servers we've ever experienced. Personable, knowledgeable about the menu, and tremendously made our dining experience 20/10. Nate, the manager, added to this phenomenal visit. You can't go wrong with: salt & pepper shrimp and their infamous chicken lettuce wraps. Will be planning on coming back not just for the food, but for the outstanding dining experience. We love the remodel it's been a few years since we have been to this location! It was moody and nice! The booths are a smaller plus size friendly. The service was really good Alex (girl) took very good care of us and they had a special menu for valentines weekend. A 5 course meal that was a light appetizer, soup, big appetizer, entree and dessert for $89.99. It was good and great options. We chose that and it all came out gradually and in a timely manner. Service was great we got it to go and they were amazing even offered complementary drinks while we waited! Wait was about 15 minutes. We got a variety between crab rangoons, shrimp dumplings, and sushi. All was super good packed well, and I can't wait to go again! The place was very moody tones and I loved that! We hadn't eaten at this restaurant for a couple of years, but today it looked like a good idea after a long drive. Almost everyone in the group said it was not as good as they remembered. Except for our daughter-in-law who got the crunchy salad, she said that was good. My hot and sour soup tasted like the broth came out of a can. The so-called Keylime pie was more of a coconut cream pie with maybe a sprinkling of lime on it or perhaps they just waived a lime over it. Our son said there was an aroma of something that would be good on his dinner, but the aroma did not equate to flavor. The staff were very busy, I understand that. Our wait service was quite slow. We came into the restaurant about 515 and didn't have the bill paid and walking out until seven. Our waiter kept apologizing for the slow service and for the things he kept missing like my pomegranate lemonade. Big shout out to the service provided here. Our server was so informative and accommodating. I came here with my bf on a Saturday night for dinner. We had made reservations, so we didn't wait at all. Dinning room wasn't super packed, but the place was lively. We ordered the egg drop soup and lettuce wraps for starters. The egg drop soup was pretty standard. The chicken lettuce wraps were flavorful and done well. For my main I got the crispy honey chicken and my bf ordered the Mongolian trio. My crispy honey chicken had a singular note of sweet and no further flavors. It was also quite mushy despite its name. However, flavor wasn't bad. The Mongolian beef was really flavorful. It was peppery and smoky. For dessert, we got the red velvet cake. Same deal, standard. The cream cheese frosting was nice and the cake was moist, but nothing spectacular. Overall, everything was fine, taste of the food was good, but pretty average. I expected better food execution from a place like P.F. Chang's. Most of the dishes tasted like Panda Express, good, but not necessarily higher quality. The portion sizes were also on the smaller side. read more

They pay very close attention to food allergies and take extreme precaution. I was very appreciative of their careful approach to my shellfish allergies. The GOOD: The staff was friendly.management was responsive. I suppose that should give you an idea that something went wrong and require management to respond. The BAD: The menu is a total downgrade from a few years ago. Everything they offer is no better than panda... maybe worse. What happened to delicious recipes that made PF Chang's popular. Now it's your run of the mill, Lucky Jade or Golden Dragon buffet without the buffet. Even the no-name Chinese restaurants that only have "Asian Buffet"plastered on the exterior of the building have better flavor profiles. If you're a simpleton with a palette for Chung King frozen foods, have at it. But don't pay $20 to have someone dressed like they just got kicked off the set of David Carradine's King Fu put Panda on your table. The UGLY: Their honey-glazed shrimp was mostly batter. You can see it in the picturez What's weird is the batter was undercooked but the shrimp was waaaay overcooked it was macerated and tasted like paste. We ordered both white and brown rice. Both were stale. It was clear this was cooked many days ago. I cook rice and use day old rice to make fried rice. This tasted much older. The manager came and said he would bring fresh rice. What he meant was that it was hotter. Because it was still stale. The Mongolian beef was not Mongolian beef. This dish should taste savory with a hint of sweet. The soy sauce should be pronounced but balanced with ginger and garlic. The beef should be tender. About the only thing they got right was that it was pan fried. And then they threw in these huge cuts of green onions. They're not cooked AT ALL. So if you bite into it, that's all you taste. I asked the management why they're not cooked. They said that's how it's supposed to be. They just toss it in at the end. In other words, they're there for looks... unless you're the kind of person who likes to eat raw green onions like celery sticks. Finally, the lettuce wraps were ridiculous. They had these tiny leaflets of lettuce. The meats were barely seasoned. They added this "peanut sauce" I guess but the sauce tasted more like a creamy soy sauce with vinegar. No idea what it was but it was SOOOO SALTY. In the end, the meal costed $73. Service had a few minor hiccups like they brought out the wrong dish, waiter never even asked how the food was (manager did ask when I complained about stale rice), and issues with getting my simple limeade. Overall, the PF Chang of today is a shell of what it once was. It's not good Chinese food. It's more like a TEMU of a Chinese restaurant. except you pay more. read more

Please bring back the gluten free honey walnut shrimp. They used to have this years ago. Years ago, this location used to offer a wide variety of gluten free dishes. Sadly these days their gluten free menu has been slashed down and streamlined into a short selection of lackluster options. Once a year I check their gluten free online menu in the hopes that they have changed it. I keep hoping that one year I'll find they've brought back a signature dish (honeys walnut shrimp) or something new that looks tasty. Until the GF menu changes, I won't be going back. If you can eat gluten, then this place scores much higher in stars. read more

Our first time there was in Washington, and we weren't impressed with their flavors. So, we got there early, and we ordered appetizers first. Chicken lettuce wrap and pan-fried dumplings. The wrap was good.. the dumpling was very gingery. Then we ordered chicken fried rice, sesame chicken, orange chicken, shrimp with lobster sauce, and maps tofu. Chicken fried rice looked like rice with chicken and a dash of soy sauce. Lol. No appeal. The sesame and orange chicken lacked that sweet and sour flavor. It just didn't taste good. The mapo tofu was ok... it didn't taste bad. The shrimp with lobster sauce..wow... that was salty. I don't know why pf changs still try to cook Chinese food. After eating at authentic Chinese restaurants... this comes as a big disappointment. I also had a dirty plate. I had to request a new one. The service is great. Our servers were attentive. It's just the food. My kiddos called us after and said it would've tasted better at Golden Corral and to think that place is just there to make you full, not really to satisfy your taste buds. Very disappointed in my recent visit to this location. I haven't ate at a P.F. Chang's in I don't know how long but I now know I wasn't missing much. We went here thinking we were going to have some quality take-out but I'd take a double order of Orange Chicken from Panda Express over this place any day of the week. The orange chicken I ordered from P.F. Chang's had very mushy breading on the chicken and the Vegetable Fried Rice was over cooked and dry. My wife's food wasn't any better but I'll her review doing the talking for her food. The one thing I can say that P.F. Chang's has going for it is the theming and unique atmosphere on the inside but if you're not dinning in you will miss it's one good quality. read more

What a great atmosphere and place to eat! The restaurant has great lighting and seating arrangements. Our server was great and friendly and offered great opinions on the choices of food we were considering. The wraps were so delicious and I could go back to eat those only! They had great flavor and the crisp lettuce leaf was excellent with the flavor and sauce for the dish. The orange chicken was devine and the best I've ever had! I seriously don't thing I've ever had better orange chicken ever! It even tasted like it was made with real oranges, which it was lol. The Lo Mein was also very tasty and the noodles were very decadent. The Banana Spring Rolls were delicious with the ice cream it cans with. If you've never got this dessert, then you're missing out! Didn't take my legal state issued ID so I could get a drink I am 21, legal drinking age. Allegedly "scanned" it in the back, have never had this problem anywhere before, across 6 different states. Unbelievable, and service slowed down tremendously after our ID's got rejected. read more

I see all of these good reviews and I'm genuinely confused. Everyone in my family and myself have only had horrible experiences here. The two times my family has ordered takeout we have shown up at our pickup time and had to continue to wait additional thirty minutes. While I would be more understanding if this was because they were busy this was during lunch and there was maybe two taken tables inside. Also would have been more kind with my review if there was any acknowledgment that they were so late but literature nothing was said. On top of that the food was not good. It tasted like they microwaved the food. Texture was as if it was leftovers and mushy instead of crispy like you would expect from baked or fried food items. Am I missing something here? I went here because my niece really wanted to go. Unbeknownst to me the majority of the food is cooked with some type of corn ingredient which I'm allergic to. We were about to leave but the manager came out and was very accommodating and was able to cook me up something without corn. Staff was great. Place was very clean and food was great. PF Changs is nothing but consistent. It's exactly the same as I remember when going there 10+ years ago! Even the majority of the menu is the same. Like everyone else blaming COVID, there's no menus, but you can scan the QR code for the menu. Service was good and the food was good too! We got crispy honey shrimp (my favorite entree today), Mongolian beef, which was tender and tasty, crispy honey chicken (also very good), lettue wraps and pork dumplings for starters. I miss the Honey Walnut shrimp off the menu and that was possibly the best meal they served. Manager wouldn't take my state issued ID. They intensively reviewed my buddies and I ID's, including "scanning" the ID's, lights, and multiple people checking them. The manager came to my table to scan our IDs. Took them to the back and came out a few moments later claiming all 3 were weird/suspicious. I believe the manager was being dishonest about actively scanning our IDs and claimed they were invalid for whatever the reason may be. I don't understand why PF Chang's gets low reviews. It's always been delicious whenever I've visited. This time was no different. I decided to try items I've never tried before. Started with the steamed dumplings, but probably won't order them again as they tasted so much like ones I can get elsewhere. However, the Kung Pao Dragon Roll sent my tastebuds soaring. It's a smoked sushi roll delivered in a covered tray to contain the smoke inside. It was super good by itself, but that lasting smoke flavor sent it up another level. I added the Korean glass noodles as they were made from sweet potatoes, one of my favorite vegetables. You can add a meat to this dish, but I had them by themselves as there were already mushrooms and spinach in it. Also, a very yummy dish. Even though I was dining by myself, the service was excellent and my server very attentive. (As you can probably guess, this isn't always the case in restaurants when you are a single diner.)
