General Tso's Chicken! An old favorite!
    Brad B.

You really can't go wrong at Chinatown. Their entrees are off the chart. General Tao's is my favorite! I know...pretty predictable. But goooood! Excellent appetizers are available as well. I usually like to get a Dragon Roll of sushi with eel. It's sublime! Whenever the friendly wait staff come by and ask if we want dessert, I always laugh. I do not see how anybody could have room for dessert with the generous portions they serve. All of this is done in a charming dining room decorated with tasteful art (see pictures). There is also adjoining bar seating available. If you're in Winchester , you really can't go wrong stopping here for a meal.

Food was delicious! We will definitely come back and try more food. The servers were great and attentive even though we came in during the busy hours. Amazing food and people!

Sesame Chicken with cabbage vice broccoli .

We were seated upon arrival in a large open dining area. It could be a little loud with a lot of customers but it was comfortable. We started with the Thai shrimp rolls and received much more than expected. The spicy duck sauce had a Smokey flavor and just a touch of heat. The flavor of the roll and sauce were both good. I ordered two meals, the Monster special roll and Crispy dry shredded chicken. The Monster roll was delicious and one to be ordered over and over again. Unfortunately the "crispy" chicken was so soggy you may want to skip it altogether, very chewy and a big disappointment. She had the Sesame chicken substituting cabbage for broccoli. It was a lunch portion so a much smaller portion. The amount of cabbage was laughable, 3 maybe 4 pieces. (Paid extra for the substitution) However, the chicken was tender, flavorful and even though it was fried it was not at all oily. We both had fried rice which had good flavor and was moist. I would like to try other options so we will be back. The table behind me had a great looking steak that I would like to try.

Reasonable price, a lot of choices of Asian Chinese food. Sushi roll needed to improve.

Food doesn't have a great taste, all seems to taste the same. The wonton soup was the best part of my meal. Won't go again.

If you're in the mood for average Thai food, this spot will do the trick. Nothing stood out as exceptional, but it's fine for a casual meal.

A quick seating for a quiet dinner on Valentine's Day…read more The starter - Try Thai Platter consisting of Chicken satay and grilled chicken on a skewer with a delightful peanut butter sauce, steamed dumplings, crunchy rolls, fried pot stickers and fried tofu. Overall the platter was filled with the tasty bites. The fried tofu was the only thing that definitely needed sauce to add any sort of flavor. We also ordered additional crunchy rolls to take home. I ordered the Tom Ka again because it is an amazing soup, again it did not disappoint. Main dishes. She ordered the Crispy duck this time because of my experience the last time. Well...the basil was a bit soggy, the duck was soggy and not at all crispy. She also ordered it three spice which I thought took away from a lot of the flavor. I was going to order the whole Cod but they did not have any on hand so I went with the Thai crab omelette. What a great choice. How they pack so many flavors into the food is beyond me, yes the textures are kind of the same all the way through but even the rice tasted great. If you want to add different levels of heat, ask for the spice tray. The dried spices kind of blew my head off so I stuck with the pickled jalapeño and red pepper spices. They also had a drink special that she had and if you spent over $50 you received a free valentine dessert. Strawberry cheesecake. The drink was made with sweet fresh mango and the cheese cake was well made, creamy and a delightful finish to the meal. Not all pictures have been added as some are the same from the previous review.
