Clean, friendly. Was pretty sure it would be a Szechuan style restaurant - which is not my favorite style. After I looked at the picture menu, I decided to try the General Chicken 23C. It was dark meat (how it was originally made), I do prefer white meat, but ok. Fried a little darker/harder than normal, not burned or anything. The sauce was more like a gravy. The rice seemed more steamed than fried, but at least it wasn't yellow mush like at an all-you-can-eat buffet. I will try a different dish next time. read more

This is the best Chinese food ever!!! We live in Arizona and every time we come to South Sioux to visit family, we always make a stop at Chinese Chef. The General Tso's chicken is so delicious. You can't find it like that anywhere else! read more
