This hole in the wall takeout place was a favorite selection of mine for call ahead orders while in Sioux City, Iowa. Parking is not ideal and several times, you wait in your car until they bring out your order. The potstickers were always very good and my favorite item to order at this place. The food looks like Vomit fatty disgusting chunks of what supposed to be chicken does not look like anything of the sort, crab Rangoon's are supposed to have crab in them. Orange chicken taste like vinegar. This used to be a great place. I don't know what happened to it? I will never order from there again. I can't even bring myself to eat the general Taos chicken for the fact the pieces are chopped up tiny hard chunks with fat around them!!! It looks like vomit with jelled fat!!! For $40 some dollars. This is not a place I would order from again!! Get your crap together. You used to be really good! The food is pretty good and consistent. They have the most delicious Wonton Soup I have ever had. The pan fried noodles are exceptional as well. We love the taste. The service is always very attentive and food comes out pretty fast. The place is clean and comfortable, and the prices are reasonable too. read more

Where's the beef? Mongolian beef? More like Mongolian onions. The Rest of the food was ok. Really liked the shrimp chow mien. They forgot our egg rolls but sent someone promptly out with them. Overall it'll probably be another 6 years before we order again. read more

Just tried to order my meal and asked for sauce on the side since I don't live in town and would like not to have my meal be soggy by the time I go back to Sioux Falls. I was rudely informed by the cook that he can't do that anymore despite the fact that's how I've always ordered it. Looking for Chinese takeout and was recommended to this place. Very impressed. It arrived super fast! The soup was nice and hot and the portions were amazing! Tasted great as well! It also came with free crab ragoons for orders over $25 if you visit their website and mention the coupons. Will definitely order again! read more

Recently moved to Sioux City and I've been desperately trying to find good chinese food here. I ordered from New King Sea based on good reviews from other sites. NKS was not horrible, but it was just okay. The General Tso chicken was not General Tso. It actually looked like vomit. My sweet and sour chicken was more breading than chicken and the box was full of peppers that interrupted the flavor of the sauce. The fried rice was just plain white rice with a few peices of egg and 4 peas. They do deliver, which is great and why I gave them that 3rd star, but it took an hour for my food to get to me. Been eating here and ordering from here for years. Like a lit of things on the menu. I'm usually easy to please. Got hungry for orange chicken have h never tried King Sea's before. Hard to believe I know. Spent $40 for the meal had to have the appetizer combo as usual and combo fried rice and told the young lady hook me up with your orange chicken load er up. Always nice staff the one young lady knows me from frequent orders she laughed as usual. Arrived in no time God bless them but I was not happy at all with the orange chicken . Omg it was breaded dark meat cut up in tiny little pieces and I mean it looked nothing like orange chicken I've ever seen before. It was tough as heck and so not good . I knew my wife and daughter wouldn't eat it. Oh they tried it like 2 little pieces and said that ultimate vulgar word when it comes to food " YUCK". You can have that we'll eat this. Niw I've had it from all the places in town and never seen it chopped up in pieces like this . I like king dea but I won't be trying the orange chicken ever again. I would not recommend it to anyone. I will the restaurant though because they di have good food just stay away from their orange chicken. We travel often and are hesitant to order Chinese food, because of how different it can be regionally. We were SO pleased with New King Sea, that we ordered twice in our short stay in Sioux City. They delivered to our hotel quickly, made sure to include plates and utensils. The food was hot, delicious, priced reasonably, and plentiful! I recommend the Pao Pao appetizer, it was phenomenal. They also have exceptional coupons on their menu and we were able to get a free order of Lo Mein every time we ordered. This place is doing it right!!! read more

This food is disgusting. No meat in the wontons. Tons of vegetables in the egg drop soup. And my main dish ( broccoli shrimp) cold! Not to mention never have seen them put brown sauce on it ! Usually it's the white sauce. I live literally 6 blocks away and getting delivery would not expect my food to be this cold. I didn't want to go out for a reason. Now I must throw this junk out and go get something more edible. read more
