After calling to ask if we'd be able to come pick up the item they missed, we were told they were unsure of what they could do and would not give us the missing item. So colorless... the main ingredient was water chestnuts ,then chicken. The food is pretty good for fast, take out style Asian cuisine. My family and I decided to dine in and were kind of put off by the vibes of the area and overall cleanliness, but it was fine. The service was an odd back and forth between not having enough time to take my order and chatting away to me and other patrons. Overall, an OK and somewhat confusing experience--not terrible though. Although the store front is clearly marked with the word "Delivery", this service is only available on a subjective basis. I called down and asked for delivery, I was told they were not doing delivery right now. She told me to hold as I could hear her talking to someone about her sister. I found this really unprofessional, and I should have hung up and took my business elsewhere. The food was prepared in a not-so-traditional manner. We visited the actual store today and although the decor doesn't fit the style of an Asian restraunt. The food is why you're here. It also seemed like one person was working the entire store as the cash register remained unattended after we placed our orders(Don't get any funny ideas). We've ordered Wok N Go through Doordash many times and it always came piping hot and tasting great, even if the driver was running late. It took forever to get there since google took us on the *scenic* route but it was worth it. I had the Mongolian beef with steamed rice and my mother had the Honey chicken with steamed rice. Mine was the savory yet spicy dish I fondly remembered and enjoyed. While my mother's was astoundingly, amazingly delicious. I had to control myself from eating too much of hers because it tasted like chicken and waffles with maple syrup. So fire! I strongly recommend it to you all. We never eat our rice on the same day we get it because their food is so filling. So it's always nice to have something left over for the next day. I was very disappointed with this place. It was extremely hot inside the restaurant and we were sweating the whole time we were dining. The chicken seemed strange to me and when I asked if it was breaded they told me "no." As it turned out the chicken was dipped in flour. There was nothing on the menu to indicate the meat would be floured. I mentioned it to the person who took my order. They didn't offer to make anything right. Food is decent. Average Chinese place. But, beware of phone orders. Make sure they read the order back to you, and then check everything before you leave. I had to make two trips to complete my order in my last two visits. Also, ask them to start the carry out order when you place it. Not sure if that will work, but they typically don't start an order until you walk it to pick it up. "15 minutes" equals, "Wait 15 minutes, go to pick it up, and wait another 15 minutes for them to fill the order." Decent food. You just have to keep on them. read more

I stopped in here at lunch time on a Monday and ordered the Jalapeno Chicken lunch to go. The price was a little over 7 bucks with tax. so not terrible. The food was not ready immediately, so it would seem that they cook orders fresh instead of having them precooked. I received my white box after a moderate wait and took it home with me. When I sat down to eat the meal was still piping hot and quite tasty. The portion size was quite satisfying. I am a pretty big eater and I could have easily left some of the meal for a left over snack. All in all, I give it a thumbs up and will plan to return. read more

When you walk in you get the sense that you're in the wrong place because its set up more like a Retro 50's burger joint than a chinese restaurant. But hey, its clean and pleasant. I ordered the Almond chicken for myself and the Mushroom beef for my fiancee as well as a cup of their wonton soup for each of us. The soup was just terrible; probably the worst I've ever had. The wantons were bland and fell apart far too easily. The rest of it was devoid of flavor like most clear brothed soups are at these places. The Almond Chicken, despite having an insane amount of celery was ok. I had a few bites of the Mushroom Beef and I must say it was probably the best I've ever tasted. Take that for what you will. The menu has more than a few selections and perhaps that's the problem. In my opinion they need to focus on the recipes they do well and drop the so-so garbage. I can't speak to how good the food is because I never got that far. I decided to order for lunch, because they offer delivery service. They are about 4 blocks away. I ask the woman on the phone if they deliver, she indicates they do. I order a lunch combo. Entree, fried rice, crab rangoon. She says, you have to order 2 or more items. Ok no big deal, I order a second entree. She says "And what else." I say, "Well that's 2 items." She says "It's 2 AND more." "Excuse me?" "Yeah it's 2 and more items for delivery." I hung up. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. It's not on their online menu that there is a minimum for delivery, and I'm sure as hell not going to order 3 "items" when I've already ordered 2 entrees. Who is this delivery service aimed at? If you're gonna walk in, go for it, their prices seem as reasonable as "Golden Bowl" right down the street, but the delivery service is severely lacking. Long story, If you happen to live in their very limited delivery area, be prepared to feed 4 people if you want to order delivery. read more
