Oh wow! This place is truly a hidden gem. The day I found this place on Yelp, it was a holiday and they were closed. They're actually closed on Sunday's and most US holiday's. So, when I was back in the area, we stopped again and had a chance to try their food and it was worth coming back to. I was only in the mood for soup that particular day and their wonton soup did it for me. It is excellent, flavorful and I highly recommend it. In fact, much of the food I smelled cooking back there was reminiscent of a good ole fashioned authentic Chinese restaurant. The dining area was closed off and there's a small spot near the front door to grab your food. I can tell their ingredients are not the same as many storefront take out joints and that's worth knowing. Just imagine, the pics we take on Yelp actually drives business, but it's a terrible thing when your mouth is salivating for a particular food and you can't have it lol.

Very disappointed in the shrimp fried rice , not only do they use tiny shrimp it was about 6 out of my whole plate I paid $19 dollars for this

Ordered lunch today, had the boneless fried chicken and vegetables. It was a textbook example of the dish. Additionally the egg rolls were excellent. Very pleasant interaction on the phone and when picking up the order.

I love this place! It's just a little hole in the wall place but the food is great and the portions are big and the prices are low. I have had to be in town for work and this has been my goto place. I am trying to sample the menu but because the portions are so big it's making it difficult as I have enough leftovers for another complete meal. Oh well, I'm not complaining. Love the lady that works the counter and also the one who prepares the dishes, they are made when you order. I will definitely miss this place when I leave. Wish I would have taken more pics but usually was so hungry I just dove i

Nothing fancy but the best Chinese takeout in Slidell. Crawfish fried rice is good and the Yatkamein soup is a very tasty version.

I just order Gen Tso chicken w/fried rice and egg roll. chicken was salty on the verge of spoiling. the egg roll smelled like pee. I want so bad to call the board of health. all the food is sitting out and it is 90 something degrees outside. all they do is drop food that has been sitting out all day and warm up in oil. I have a headache and hope I don't have to go to hospital before night is out! read more

If you have never been here, try it! I ALWAYS get the hot and sour soup, it's the best hot and sour soup that I've ever tried. I used to live in California, my husband is from New York and we both agree that this is probably the best Chinese that you can get in Slidell. Try the lo mein, hot and sour soup, HOMEMADE hot mustard and moo goo gai pan. read more

Great Chinese food, hands down best in Slidell! Appears to be a little family owned place, and all the people are extremely friendly. I work nearby, and go here very often for lunch break. Very quick with the food. Great for pick up as well if you call ahead of time. The facility itself if very clean and sanitary, and you can look right into the kitchen as your food is being prepared. Fresh ingredients always, with lots of food for very cheap. Good variety on the menu as well. Overall great place, more people should know about it! Great food, great service! read more

i'm only giving it 1 star b/c i have to. if it wasup to me i'd negative star them 5 by far the WORST chinese food i've EVER had!! i tried it twice just to see if maybe it was the cooks fault but no, it really is just that terrible. i brought my 3 year old niece with me and she took a ew bites and made the most god aweful faceand pushed it the side. and this child eats EVERYTHING! on top of it all the resturant is unsanitary as all get out. and the service sucks! read more
