Came here for the first time yesterday and I'm glad I did!! Food was amaaaazing, and the portions were insane. I couldn't put a big dent in what was given hahaha On top of that, the service was great too. The person who put the plate together and the guy at the register were kind and nice to deal with.

The food was delicious and the portions were great!!! Shared one with my husband! Wonton soup was also good!!!

Chinese Kitchen is one of those spots you just have to try. The service was quick and everyone was polite. Juaquin really stood out, he was so nice and pleasant the whole time. Even with a long line he managed to greet every customer and actually have a conversation with people. That kind of service makes a big difference. The food was great and the portions were huge. Easily enough for two people. I ordered Combo B to share with my wife, half fried rice and half chow mein with teriyaki chicken and BBQ pork. We also got the salt and pepper fried chicken on the side. The teriyaki chicken was cooked well with a really good sauce, the BBQ pork had a nice sauce too and plenty of meat. The salt and pepper chicken was the highlight, super crispy and packed with flavor. Even splitting it all between the two of us we still had leftovers. For less than $20 you get more than enough food and it tastes great. I would definitely recommend this place if you want good food and the best bang for your buck.

Coming into this restaurant, you see its appeal right away; it's never empty and customers are always in a great mood, sharing their thoughts about their food choices and ready to give on site testimonials! The food is extremely delicious and the portions are enormous. The experience is always positive and the environment is very pleasant.

The food was fresh. The service was good and quick! Egg rolls were delicious. Better drink options would've been nice but overall a good experience.

If you're looking for your typical Chinese spot this is the place for you. Not only do they stuff your plate but it's also really affordable. There can be a line at times but that's expected for everything listed above. The food is good and the staff there have always been really nice and helpful. Highly recommend the orange chicken and chow mein!

Had this place twice in less than a week. Both times, I was greeted as I walked in. I must say I love a good "neighborHOOD" restaurant...especially when it's Chinese food. They give you GREAT portions of whatever you order. Their chia tea is delicious too. The peppered chicken is my favorite so far.

This place is very small I think about 5 small Tables but so darn good! It was $15 for all this and 2 drinks. I shared this meal with my sister and we will definitely be back. The portion size is huge and since it does get busy fresh food comes out constantly! The owner and the employees were so nice. We got the chow mien and orange chicken & chicken with green beans. The green beans were so soft and flavorful just delicious.

We decided to try it. It's a small just take out only place. Parking is always easy. On the menu, I saw chow fun and knew we had to try that. And also the lemon chicken. I don't usually see those in some Chinese restaurants so when it's there we try it. We also had the egg plant tofu. Everything was absolutely delish! Will definitely come back and try other menu items. People there were also very friendly.

It took me a while to even consider returning but I'm glad I did. The owner of Fu Sing is related to the people who owned Tin Sing in Gardena years ago and after they closed, the only place you' could find anything similar was Paul's Kitchen in Downtown L.A. or Monterey Park (also closed). The pakkai (sweet sour pork) and almond duck were the absolute best. Fu Sing isn't quite as good as Tin Sing but it's as close as we're ever going to get again so I'm happy the bugs in the system have been worked out and I can order without aggravation. Some other specialties that were popular with the Gardena crowd were the steamed pork and the pork egg rolls which are like taking a stroll along memory lane. Hopefully they'll consider expanding into a full service restaurant rather than remaining a take out shop to bring back the Gardena experience that so many of my friends, family, and yes, even enemies enjoyed growing up.

Located on the border of Torrance and Gardena, the restaurant, with its casual décor, is large enough for 60 guests when 2 large round party tables are included. The always-friendly staff brought the menu and water right away. For this visit, we ordered the following dishes (which started arriving within 10 minutes): Roast Duck: As expected, the duck skin was crispy, and the meat was plump, tender and nicely seasoned. Beef Chow Fun: The seasoning was super flavorful, and the glossy, but non-greasy sautéed thick rice noodles had a perfect texture. The beef pieces were tender, and the portion of bean sprouts was just right without overcrowding the dish. Wonton Soup Noodle: The thin noodles were perfectly al dente. The broth was light but flavorful. The wontons had nice thin wraps, and the fillings were well seasoned and with pleasantly firm consistence. We left the restaurant feeling 110% full and satisfied. Highly recommended.

We stopped by the Second Wind in El Segundo right by LAX, after hearing about it from some friends…read more(who actually work at LAX). I gotta say it's a solid spot. It looks relatively new and the interior is very cool with anime and pop art stuff. The bar is connected to both inside and outside areas which is nice. We tried: Bulgogi Alfredo Pasta, Sriracha Hot Honey Wings, Flaming Wagyu, Snow Crab Avocajete Dip. I loved the snow crab dip. Its like a avocado dip but add snow crab and some Asian flavorings. Really enjoyed it. The flaming wagyu was also very good, and liked how they torch it table side for you. The bulgogi pasta was good too, and really captures the Asian fusion aesthetic here. They actually have a coffee/boba place located right inside the restaurant which is convenient to get some sweets after. Overall, we enjoyed it and plan on coming back to try some other items.

To our surprise, we found this "new" place, The Second Wind. The menu looked enticing and the lunch specials really looked like a great deal. So we decided we needed to come back for lunch and soon. A week later, we returned. Parking is very easy in the free lot for the complex. The interior design is energenic, vivrant with amazing looking Asian inspired pop art. Very cool interior. You can be seated and served or order to go. They have a combination lunch special, two items for $15.99. But, many of those items have an up charge if you add a protien. Either way, in these times, $16 for two items is reasonable. Our server greeted us quickly and let us choose the table of our liking. There are a handful of booths and open tables. My wife ordered the Beef Bulgogi and the Eggplant. I ordered the Chicken Dumplings and the Garlic Noodle (adding chicken for $2 more). The portions are generous. Light eaters might be able to just order one two dish combo and share. The Beef Bulgogi was good but the veggies looked a bit dehydrated. The Eggplant was just okay. The Chicken Dumplings were very tasty but served cool. I ordered them steamed and expected them to be warm at least. The Garlic Noodles with chicken was the biggest disappointment. To me, and my wife, over cooked with crunchy pieces. The chicken was also over cooked, dry and tough. When our server asked how things were, I mentioned it. He didn't seem surprised. I asked if the noodles were always dry and he said yes. He offered to bring more sauce, which he did. I added it but it didn't make the chicken any better. In the end, I left 90% of it. They only have cans of sodas so no refills but they are attached to a tea house that serves a great selection of teas, bobo, etc. There was some good things but more not, overall, we were disappointed. Honestly, I was a bit surprised they didn't offer to replace my dish or offer a small discount. They could see the pile of food I left. Anyway... Hopefully your experience and food preparation will be better than ours and...enjoy!!!
