This place was great and I got a killer deal on some beautiful 20" XDs and some bad ass Falken tires. The guys here know what they're doing, with only sending a pic of my truck, Freddy immediately know exactly what I was looking for (Make My Truck Sexy). He was knowledgeable and immediately gave great suggestions. My truck really shines now and it is turning a lot of heads. My truck before was a blank slate with stock 20" rims, but after my truck looks perfect for me. Not over the top, doesn't look bro-day, just right! I got 20" XDs and 305 55 20 Falkens with leveling kit. Before and after pix. Thanks Freddy!

DO NOT GO HERE. I have had multiple problems with this shop, my buddy has also had problems with this shop, Freddy the owner takes no accountability for his mistakes and could put your life at risk. He put wheels and tires on my truck and did not check the lift kit to make sure 17 inch wheels would work with this lift, after taking my truck to Chevy for an oil change they told me hey you need to check under your truck and take it back to get it fixed, my tire rods were shaving and rubbing my tire. After bringing it to Freddy he claimed his spacer must have fallen out. Even spoke to a tow truck driver who said " do you know how many trucks I've had to tow out of this place" they may have the best price in town but by far the worst quality and do not give a crap about you, they just want your money. Ever since I had the issue with the rubbing my tire rods now need to be replaced because of his mistake and he would not cover the cost my wheel constantly shakes.

2018 Silverado 7" Maxtrack Lift with Kanati 35's on ProComp 20's

I had been trying to figure out what I wanted to do to my truck for awhile. Once I talked to Fredy, he helped me figure out what I needed to do. He took my vision in my head and made it happen. The prices can't be beat, the customer service is on point. Very happy with everything. Will be back for sure. Thanks again.

Came in to get a new set of wheels on my truck and they told me that I could wait on the install and wouldn't take too long. I waited 5 1/2 hours to come out to a scratched rim, missing valve stem cap, and the wrong color lug nuts!!! The owner Fredy tried to blame the installers for the long wait but it was his terrible customer service and lack of communication obviously. He also tried to blame me for not saying anything about the color of the lug but even though it was discussed multiple times. Will NEVER come here again. BEWARE!

I called to get pricing for my new tires & rims for my Dodge Durango. Spoke to Ray over the phone and upon arrival had Freddy help me out. I wanted 20 inch tires because 22 " wouldn't be stable enough for the pothole on the fwy. Well, he convinced me and I went with the 22" ! He knew exactly the "look " I was aiming for. In addition, they could get it done the following day! Made an appointment for two days after and did not disappoint! Highly recommend this place. It is rather busy for a secluded location in Chino but definitely worth considering if you're looking to upgrade your vehicle. If that's what you're looking for. Where do I start?? I got referred here by a friend. I wanted a lift on my Jeep. Customer service was A plus!!! I got exactly what I asked for! DO NOT GO HERE. I have had multiple problems with this shop, my buddy has also had problems with this shop, Freddy the owner takes no accountability for his mistakes and could put your life at risk. They are worst shop and he order a parts for my car from last 8 month and he give me a time and the parts a re still not here i already paid everything and now he blocked me from the phone and never response never call me back this is the worst thing i ever got this shop people are rude and they just throw on other people that he did that the work they did on my car was so poor and and all the nuts are loose and can show the proof of other shop who fix later all the nuts everything was loose and that was risk to my life too read more

If you have expensive wheels DO NOT COME HERE FOR INSTALL. I repeat. DO NOT COME HERE FOR INSTALL! I wish I could leave a higher marked review as the person I messaged and talked to on the phone was GREAT, but their treatment of your wheels is TERRIBLE! I went in to get my tires changed and I was going to stay in the back to monitor how they install as I am always weary of not knowing how people treat my items when I am not around. Well my mistake for listening to the employee because my wheels were pretty much damaged bad when they installed the tires. From what it looks like, they dropped a wheel on its face or something because one has some pretty bad rash marks and the others have chips and scratches on all 4. Some are worse than others, but the fact of the matter is, they will NOT take care of your wheels. I will upload before and after pics of the wheels as I took some photos prior to install and they really did a number on them. I can honestly say I will NEVER come back to get tires installed here. I will probably only buy tires from them as the prices are not bad at all, but I will be taking them to my original tire shop (TC or AC tires) that I have gone for years and never have this bad of an experience with chips and dents on the wheels, even when the wheels are not expensive, they take care of them unlike this shop. I should have suspected something when they told me "Can you wait inside while we install the tires". If you have expensive wheels DO NOT COME HERE FOR INSTALL. I repeat. DO NOT COME HERE FOR INSTALL! Grab your tires from there and run to your original person who installs your tires because believe me, you will be FURIOUS on how your wheels end up in the end. Cool people, but you guys really need to learn how to take care of peoples items. read more

I would give them no stars. I sold and purchased current discount cards from a school here. The exp date of 12/31/22 for a free oil change. I called to see if appointment was necessary. The girl on the phone said they don't have free oil changes. She put me hold and called someone who told her yes. I let a family member know who purchased a card. They went and were denied. The store insist that the card is old. I've contacted the company they contracted with and reported them. I also tried calling the store to speak to someone and they dont answer. read more

I took my truck to wheel house center today and have to say I am completely satisfied with the professional service I received. I needed new tires and my brakes done. Freddy gave me some great option ideas for new tires and made sure I my trucks braking system received the right pads for my driving needs ( pulling a trailer ) The wheel house gave me a 2 1/2 hour completion time so I spent my time window shopping at the businesses next door and when I came back I relaxed and watched cable tv in the lobby and my truck was ready just in time. I like the rims I purchased but I did not like the service. First I purchased a set of lugnuts and they were suppose to paint the calipers and didn't do that. Said the guy was new and forgot.. So I had to wait for the lugnuts and bring back my car the next day for the calipers.. Then they charged me the money I was suppose to pay called me back saying that they didn't charge me the tax because I used my debit card when they didn't tell me I had to pay taxes on it. Why did I have to pay the taxes after when they messed up by not telling me. I'm a little upset on how the situation turned out. read more

I came here recommended by 2 friends and I left very satisfied. At 1st I was simply going for new tires but after seeing some of their previous work decided to also get rims. I was looking for a off road look for my wife's jeep compass and Freddie was able to work with my budget and found a great set of rims on some toyo all terrains. believe the bad reviews. yes the price is good but youll be dealing with bullsh***** excuses from freddy. he lags. doesnt answer the phone he doesnt text back hes in the hospital one week , then next week in another state stranded w a flat tire. freddy will offer a deal then not follow through. avoid this place & especially avoid freddy. im being honest read more

Got a quick quote from Freddy via FB messenger on Monday. Compared a few shops. Freddy's hands down best pricing and I got my tires next day. I usually shop the same place over and over. Just wanted to save a few bucks and this was well worth the savings. The size I requested was much bigger than my factory size, I knew this ahead of time. Freddy and his installer wanted to put 1 on just so they can show me if it would fit correctly or not. Super kind gesture, I still told them to install even though it rubbed (I knew this prior). And if you find tires elsewhere that is cheaper at a competitor (see details on their website for restrictions) they'll price match it! That's what I did last year when I bought my tires. Found it cheaper at an online website and they matched it. All in all this is my place to go when I need something anything to do with tires. They even started offering wheel alignment since March. It wasn't available when I got my tires last year, but it'll definitely be a service I'll add when getting my tires replaced next.

It was only around $15 extra, and it absolutely paid off for me. I once had a tire blow out while driving out of town, and the only place nearby was a small local tire shop. America's Tire simply asked me to send the receipt, and they reimbursed me without giving me a hard time at all. That level of customer service is rare these days. I really appreciate companies that stand behind their products and take care of customers the right way. I truly hope they keep these great prices and excellent service for many years to come. I hand carried in a single flat tire and rim to get the tire replaced. Dropped it off and a few…read morehours later, picked it up. It all looked good. I go home and mount it onto my truck, which I do not daily drive because of the gas prices. I go for a spin and notice that my tire pressure light is now on, but I'm not alarmed because I know sometimes it takes a while for the sensor to connect back with the truck (the truck had been driven around on its spare with the flat tire at home). Over the next week or so, I noticed the tire pressure light had not gone away so I tried to reinitialize the sensor with my tpms programmer. It just would not work. In fact, my TPMS programmer would not even detect the sensor. I thought maybe the sensor had somehow ran out of battery, as a coincidence. Last night, I finally had enough time to break the bead on the tire in order to access the sensor to replace it. I was shocked to find that an incorrect sensor had been mounted. In fact, the current sensor is not even for a Toyota Tundra because it's a 433mhz sensor and the Tundra uses a 315mhz sensor. And yes, I know for a fact that my sensor was working when I got the flat because I watched the pressure decrease from 45 down to zero on that tire. In other words, someone at the tire shop switched out my sensor. (The invoice said nothing about switching sensors or anything . It was a simple mount and balance). I don't know why they would do that, perhaps someone broke my sensor when replacing the tire and then swapped one on to cover it up. Regardless, completely shady and dishonest. I've been going to various America's Tires for about 20 years and this is the first time I've ever encountered something like this. The sensors are like $40 for four of them on Amazon and about two hrs of my time. It's not even the money for me because I know how to deal with these sensors, but for someone else it could have really screwed them up because they would have been paying money for a diagnostic. I would not have expected this type of practice at a legitimate store. Very disappointing.

It keep losing air to the point that the tires side walls cracked and it was time for new tires all around. But again, the tire kept losing air so it had to be the rim. After contacting a few places, Jason's Wheel replied with a reasonable quote and I scheduled the visit. Not sure if i spoke to Jason, but he informed me after a short wait that it seemed to have been the balancing weight at the edge of the rim causing the air loss. They removed it cleaned it and rebalanced the wheel and i was on my way in less than 30 min and a much lower cost than quoted. I'm still baffled that neither of the tire places removed the weight or even recognized that it could be the issue. Now i know they can't be trusted in that matter. Sad really. Now, a week later after Jason's magic repair, the tire is still keeping it's air. If i ever have any wheel/run issues I know who to go to. Highly recommend Jason's Wheel Repair!

I highly recommend Wheel House. I purchased a set of four Fuel Wheels with Falken tires. I had done some research on tire width and size but was a little unsure. Freddy was very helpful and knowledgeable about the selection process for Wheels and tires. He double checked to make sure it was correct. I had received pricing from other shops and Wheel House was the most competitive. The shop also had a very good selection of Wheels on the floor to look at. From Freddy to the Installers, everyone was very professional and courteous. The Installers also were very protective of the wheels on the install. Gotta say awesome customer service, I called for a set of Federal Couraga MT tires and within 5hrs they had them at the shop ready to be installed, they quoted me very fair and the install was quick and painless. This place is great. I've been looking for tires for my lifted 2019 ram for a couple of weeks, these guys hooked me up with a set of 34s for 150 less than anyone else I called. They mounted and balanced the tires perfectly. If only I had known about them sooner I would've gotten my lift done here too. read more
