Far too expensive for a small flat dent. See picture. Clearly was looking to take advantage of our offer to pay without involving insurance. He wanted to repaint multiple body panels to "match" paint color. There was no paint danage and a simple effort to pull and shape the 4 inch area would have sufficed. As a matter of fact, the vehicle owner didn't even want to repair his car. We insisted. We went over to another body shop a block away (recommended by our mechanic on hearing about our experience with Chinoz). They quoted half the cost. Please do not allow Chinoz to take you to the cleaners. Get multiple quotes. read more
