Such bad food. Spent 100$ today on three orders of chicken skewers and fried rice and a soup. The chicken skewers were completely OVER cooked DRY and HARD. It was like eating beef jerky. The fried rice tasted like fish because of the shrimp? Eww. Go to the real Chins restaurant and skip this. I spent way too much money on food my family couldn't even eat.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The food comes out piping hot but the service was okay. It was very dark so we didn't notice the nats/flies until halfway through eating. I got the plum tree beef and it was very tough and chewy. My mom got the sweet and sour shrimp and that was amazing. I also feel like the lunch specials are great for the portions you get. But then we got the complimentary soup and some of the eggs were still clear and raw, so that was disgusting (for me) because it was like drinking mucus. Overall, it's not bad but I think the most important thing is being mindful about what you order. The shrimp has always been good but I wasn't fan of the beef or even scallops the time we came before

Da Ru Noodle Soup (not my fav) and side soup I think 3 Flavor Sizzling Rice Soup (good)

How do you not get any utensils or even a napkin when ordering from legoland? We had nothing to eat our meals with. I don't think I've gotten to go food without utensils in a while! I wish there were more pics of each entree so you know what you are getting which is why I try and post pics. Also I forgot west coast Chinese food is not like east coast Chinese food. And I don't know the area but another post said chin's Szechwan Is better?

Absolutely disgusting. I picked up dinner after work and it was so bad I could barely eat it. I posted a pic of what I order and the pic of the food is supposed to be to be the chow mein. It had almost zero noodles, had a large about of water/liquid at the bottom of the container, and was basically unseasoned vegetables. The tangerine chicken didn't even taste like citrus and was barely edible. The egg rolls were the only thing I ate. What made it worse is it was not busy at all.

Super yummy. Traditional Chinese; Kung Pao shrimp, chicken and scallops were delicious. Mu Shu Chicken was a favorite as well.

Everything like the decor, food and especially the customer service was exactly how it was the last time we went, so that in itself was impressive. The employees are so kind and efficient and Trina is the absolute best. Even after not being there in a long time, she remembered us and what we usually order! She is amazing. We ordered our Pho's, Spring rolls and my usual Bun Bo Hue. Every dish continues to be so delicious and full-flavored. Nothing lacking. We also ordered Thai teas which was refreshing and so tasty. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great meal. They even boxed up our leftovers for us which was such a thoughtful touch and treated us with some free desserts since it was a holiday. The restaurant itself is very clean and has a nice ambiance. The food was absolutely delicious and tasted very authentic. We loved the Vietnamese dishes since that's our ethnicity. But it's great that they also offer some Chinese and Thai options on the menu. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful and clearly made with care. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating they were to my mom, who is diabetic. They kindly substituted extra vegetables in place of noodles for her without any issues. We really appreciated their willingness to help and make sure she could enjoy her meal. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and excellent food. We will definitely be back the next time we're in town and can't wait to try more dishes from the menu!

As noted by its name, this place served a fusion of Chinese and Korean cuisines. Their Encinitas location took over what used to be a roadside diner along N Coast Hwy 101. The seating capacity was less than 40 people which included a few high-top counter spots. At my last visit, I came for a late dinner before their closing time. A large menu was posted on the wall behind the service counter that listed about two dozen food offerings. The items seemed to be comfort food like pot stickers, spring rolls, fried rice, and chicken wings but flavored with unique combinations of seasonings and spices. I started my meal with the Marinated Beef Tri-Tip Skewers which came as a set of three and a Chinese mustard for dipping. The meat was very tender and well-seasoned. I also ordered the Cumin Lamb Stir Fry which the cashier said was medium spicy. After tasting a couple of bites of the noodles from the serving bowl, I agreed that the heat level was moderate, even for my palate. I thought the portion size should have been more for the price. That was my main criticism for both items, otherwise the food was solid for an Asian fusion eatery.

The restaurant is small, cozy, welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. It isn't well suited for larger parties as most tables are tables for 2 unless tables are pushed together. They do have patio seating and heaters outside, but it didn't appeal to me being so close to the street/loud traffic. Gabriel checked us in, seated us, took our order, served our food and waited on us for majority of our visit, I would give him 10 stars just on his impeccable service. The food though? The food was AMAZING!! Everything we ordered was the best we have ever had anywhere. The buns were very kawaii (and we ordered ever single one to try). The fillings were savory, but we also loved their seasonal panda bun with ube filling while the kids preferred the nutella bunny. Best chicken karaage we've had by far, the coating almost tasted like it was rolled in kinako powder. The ramen broth was "chef's kiss" with so much flavors, the crab rangoon were jumbo and the filling was delicious, but the chicken katsu was also the best we have had anywhere (including Hawaii). The breading was just top tier crunchy while the chicken was thick and juicy. There isn't one bad thing I could say about this place, from the service to the food, I would make the drive out here again. Super duper, highly recommend, don't sleep on this little place, you'll regret it!
