We went to our favorite Chinese restaurant this evening. Chins on Avocado.and Chase. This place is amazing with great service and delicious food. We had the sizzling Rice soup, sizzling beef, sweat and sour Pork and the almond chicken with hot tea. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a very Chinese ambiance and very helpful and curious staff.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have eat in and take out. Give them a try you will not be sorry.

Found this Chins while I was out shopping with a friend. There was plenty of parking. The food was just okay for lunch. The egg roll was my favorite thing on the plate. The fried rice was just fried rice with nothing in it and it had no flavor. I wish the food was better because the service was amazing. The staff was very attentive and quick.

OMGosh! We haven't had Chinese food this good in years. This restaurant put out sooo much flavor, quantity and quality in their food! We've tried several places since our go-to, 'House of 9 Dragons' in Bonita closed, but we haven't been too impressed with the others. Our meals came to us by Door Dash and all the dishes were extremely tasty and everything was expertly packed and delivered with polite courtesy and a smile. EGG ROLLS (no pic): There are 4 vegetable egg rolls to an order. They are wrapped in rice paper, and are filled with delicious vegetables. Deep fried and accompanied by small containers of both hot mustard (which is nasally hot with horseradish and very good), as well as plum sauce that is both tart and somewhat sweet, but not too sweet. EGG FOO YOUNG: This dish surprised me in a good way. A dish I regularly order in Chinese food, Chin's presented theirs a bit differently; in a quantity that knocked my socks off! I enjoyed very much that the egg patty and sauce were completely separate from each other so you could customize it the way you like it. Each element of the dish was so spectacular that when they were put together, the dish combined to guarantee an unforgettable combination. The elements inside the brown sauce made this dish sing: a quart container of tender white meat chicken pieces, plump mushrooms, carrots, snow peas, water chestnuts, and bamboo shoots rounded out the sauce. The only thing that would've made this dish better is if more than just one patty was offered. The patty was fairly large, so I was able to make two servings of it. Then was able to finish the sauce over the fried rice. Delicious! LEMON CHICKEN (no pic): This was not my dish so I didn't take a pic, but I had a taste and it was very good. The breast meat was crispy and yummy. The lemon sauce provided was perfect! SHRIMP FRIED RICE: Your usual Chinese shrimp fried rice was perfectly accentuated with large tender, plump and tasty shrimp. The bits of egg that finished it off were good. Also accompanying our meals was a container of white rice plus four fortune cookies. Go here. Highly recommend! *****FIVE FABULOUS STARS*****

The food was good but I didn't get the correct food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's unfortunate because they weren't busy at all.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I enjoyed a nice meal here. Great nostalgic food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's really pretty and classy inside too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All our food was delicious, on the sweet side of course but it had great wok hei. And for how nice it was inside, I was impressed by the price and serving size. Lunch specials are an average of 15$ and easily make two meals. The dishes aren't skimpy on meat either. The service was excellent too. I would definitely return!

Very small portions and very overpriced. Flavor is not bad but not worth the price. Also the food takes a very long time to come out.

It's a walk-up, order and pay first kind of place, then you grab a seat, which was super easy and casual. The person taking my order was incredibly nice and patient while I figured everything out. Honestly, all the food I saw coming out looked amazing, which made it even harder to choose. They have plenty of seating both inside and outside, including a really nice covered patio, which I loved. The service really stood out to me. Even though you order up front, the servers were very attentive and came by multiple times to check on us and offer drink refills, which you don't always get in this type of setup. I ordered the steak plate with mushrooms and mashed potatoes, and everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The mushrooms were especially good. The only small thing was I wish the food had been a little hotter when it came out, but the taste definitely made up for it. My only other note is I wish they had unflavored iced tea. All the options were flavored, and since I'm not a soda drinker, that would've been nice to have. Overall, such a great first visit. Great food, great service, and a really comfortable atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.

I opted for the steak plate with sweet potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts. The flavors were delicious and so was the piece of bread, but unfortunately, I had issues... I was asked for the temperature of the steak - mid rare. That wasn't what I received. My first bite was, at best, was medium and leaning towards mid well. By the time i took my third bite, the temperature rose and was now well-done. It was also very chewy. It doesn't seem like the steak wasn't well-rested and/or overcooked. Also, there were huge pieces of stalk still attached to the sprouts. I'm all for fresh produce, but they should've been cleaned better. We're still deciding on whether to go back and have something we remember enjoying.

We were seated along the wall which had booth seating, which I prefer. For drinks I ordered a Thai tea no boba and the hubs a coke. We order the following items for dinner: Appetizers - - Crispy egg rolls - with pork (4 pieces) - served with veggies and fish sauce, these were tasty. - Salt pepper chicken wings - (8 pieces) they were a tad over fried but flavor was good. - Spring rolls - (2 pieces) with pork and shrimp, we ordered these Togo. Hubs enjoyed these for a late evening snack. Entrees - - Combination fried rice - chicken, shrimp and cha siu (Chinese bbq pork) I liked the flavoring of the fried rice - it was not bland, but I did mix in a tiny bit of hoisin sauce. - Pho rare steak - overloaded with green onions and cilantro. We always order pho but I really wasn't feeling it that evening, so it was all the hubs. If you love tons of green onions and cilantro, get it! The broth had a really strong flavoring of the cilantro. Overall dinner was fairly good. Seemed like there were regular customers that visited often. Staff were super nice and friendly. Parking lot was not packed at all. If in the area, I'd visit again. 2026: 7

The way they had packaged the food left no room for any spills or any other disasters so thank you! I ordered the pan friend gyoza and the wonton soup! The gyoza had the perfect amount of crisp. Not too greasy and crunchy and not just boiled. It came still hot and ready to eat. Fresh flavor and amazing gyoza sauce on the side! You gotta have it with the sauce. The wonton soup was huge! I wasn't expecting that much food but my goodness I'm pleased with what I received. The noodles and bok choy were separated from the broth. Then once you received the bowl you can mix them in! Loved that packaging!!! Very tasty wontons, cooked great and the noodles were fine. Broth flavor was savory and a lil salty. Not bad! Overall big win for today's meal! I would order here again and look forward to the other items on menu! Thank you!!!

The ramen noodles were delicious and they had a firm texture and were able to maintain their shape without becoming too soggy. The ramen soup was refreshing and flavorful.
