I purchased the surprise box of four cookies for $10. It was a steal since an individual cookie is $4.95. The cookies in the surprise box weren't mini-cookies--they were full size! You can customize the cookies with sprinkles and a drizzle for $1 but I liked them the way they were. I recommend the biscoff cookie. While charging our Tesla I remembered there is a chip cookie location in the Streets of Brentwood. We have tried the Dublin location so I knew we would enjoy having some more warm cookies for our weekend treat. It wasn't busy for a Saturday which is good for us, maybe bad for them. We got the - Tres leches - it was so creamy and tasted just like a tres leches, definitely would be a repeat cookie order Muddy buddy - it was crunchy peanut butter cookie with chocolate topping and powdered sugar, same concept of a muddy buddy but it wasn't a winner for me and I LOVE everything peanut butter. When checking out we saw the basket for the day olds and figured we should give them a shot! I do think $3 is a little much for day olds, maybe 2/$5 would be a better bargain for the customers. Day old boneless - the cookies were warm in the basket and tasted just as good as a freshly baked one. I do love chocolate chip cookies but can also live without the chocolate chips so it's a perfect cookie! Day old biscoff - also tasted just as good as the freshly baked ones we have tried. They are definitely a sweet treat and you cannot finish a whole cookie at once so it's great to get a few to share and try new cookie flavors in the process. read more

Their mini's are generously larger than Crumbl and has just the right amount of sweetness. It also felt fresh longer; pop it in the microwave for a few seconds and still tasted good. Chip Cookies just opened a little over a month ago (10/26/24) with a prime spot by the theater. Which is how I spotted them. Decided to go take a look and figured let's try a cookie. The staff looked to be young women that were incredibly nice. And they seemed to enjoy working there - big smiles, friendly, and explained everything. There's no seating - not sure if that's coming in the future. So for now your cookie is to go. My guy ordered the OG no customization and it was warm and yummy. I ordered the Sugar cookie that comes with frosting so I also didn't do any customization. The cookie was great but I kinda wish it didn't have the frosting. Been wanting to try this spot and heard they opened one in Brentwood. Went during the week and there was no line. Figured I tried their mini chocolate chip cookies to bring home to the family. I gave one each to my kids and to my surprise it was rock solid. So hard to bite into and it was more burnt if anything. I came back to the counter to show the lady how hard the cookies were. She responded saying "oh yeah, these do look burnt." In my head, she was the one who packed the cookies for me and saw the quality of the cookies but still decided to served it to me. She then replaced the whole order. But honestly the cookies were ok, nothing special. I would rather get a box of chocolate chip cookies from Sprouts. I don't know if this spot is all hype. I was only able to order 3 of the cookies.. biscoff, boneless and the sw something (it was essentially a chocolate chip cookie with Maldon salt). They were really good. At first I was on the fence because they're not super sweet but considering you have the option to put sweet toppings on them that probably keeps them balanced. They were just about sold out so I didn't get to try as many as I'd like but I'll be back. The girl that helped me was really nice. Well, I can tell you that Chip Cookies has the best cookies I have ever eaten and I have now visited this place 2 times in less than a month. Their selection of cookies is fantastic and very different from other places even though one could compare it to Crumbl. They have several toppings and add ons that you can put on or in the cookies that make these cookies the best I have ever tasted. The staff is super friendly and the owner is super nice, we got to spend some time with her and her kids in the store today. What a great family. The store is super clean the smell when it hits you when you walk in is intoxicating and the cookies are amazing. You can't go wrong. They have some great options, the OG is great and the Biscoff cookie as well. Go and check it out. These cookies last over night, can be zapped in the microwave for a few and still taste amazing and you can even get the dough frozen if you want to make them at home. Chip is Now baking fresh cookies in Brentwood. Went on a weekend at 4pm and line was out the door! There are still grand opening balloons by the entrance so it was a bit festive and the store front is noticeable. However, once you step inside it is a very quiet ambiance with no music playing. There aren't any tables or chairs inside (not sure if that's part of the business plan later) so plan on having your cookies to-go or eat at the tables across the parking lot if the weather is nice. The workers were friendly and patient. My fav was the SW cookie. There's ooey-gooey chocolate inside and it paired perfectly with vanilla ice cream on top. I went in here on Mother's Day after a movie to treat my wife and son to a cookie. There was no line, we had the lobby and employee serving us all to ourself. I placed my order and she began processing it then a door dasher or uber eats type comes in and the employee stops serving me and moves to helping the door dasher. Then the employee shifts back to me but another dasher comes in and she stops helping me and moves to the dasher again. Why do they have a fast pass and get to move to the front of the line. Seems like you have a store front but don't value your customers who take the time to visit. Either way it's rude to service someone who wasn't their first, not like you are selling ice cream, it's a cookie, they can wait their turn, they are being paid to wait. I am a customer paying you to be served. Also I wanted to buy a drink but your soda cans have Santa images on them which tells me they aren't fresh. Try to match your level of service to the level of tastiness of your cookies. I'll be back one more time hoping for the service to match the cookies. read more
