There's many different flavors and if you don't like it, you can custom make your own! They have Banana splits and root beer floats. It's usually never busy, but the staff is friendly. We were with our grandson and he loved ice cream. He had vanilla ice cream with gummy bears on top. We had their rolled Rocky road with marshmallow. Terrible service today by a boy named Sebastian. He left my me and wife on hold on the phone for over 10 minutes until we just hung up. When I arrived at the store I told him I was the one on hold for 10 minutes, he laughed and said ohhh sorry... he asked what I wanted to order and before I could order he pointed to the other to girls working there and asked if they could ring me up cause he had to clock out. I have been coming to polar bear since the beginning. The humble older owners always use to be here and greet us. Now there was 3 young kids who dont even greet or acknowledge us. Skip us and only serve half our orders. We see the other half of the orders just sitting on the counter while the guy flirts and jokes around when he should be working. We ordered Rocky Roll, Mint Chocolate Chips, and Ube (Taro). My niece loved her Rocky Roll it had a lot of toppings, my friend liked her mint she rated it about 3.5 stars. My Ube was ok too. It took a few seconds for the flavor to hit my taste bud. My topping was whipped cream and sprinkles (not a fan). I kind of wish it had white chocolate shavings or Ube sprinkles. So excited that the opened a rolled ice cream joint in the area. The place is in a small strip mall, modestly decorated but the ice cream is pretty awesome. The prices are reasonable- $5.50 for a small and there are lots of different choices. The small was more than enough but next time, I'll size up because it was so yummy! This is the second time I have been here and it was AMAZE I got the Oreo rolled ice cream. Service was fast, we got there right in time before the after school rush. The woman working in the front was nice and helpful. They have a stamp card where you receive a free ice cream after it is all filled up. Their menu is really helpful because there are photos with and a description of each ice cream so you can see what you are ordering.
