My most favorite is the chocolate twisted tarte with strawberries and cream on top! They give you a lot of fresh strawberries! I also tried the Dubai chocolate mochinut and it was good! Went here today for a meeting around 3 PM with a group of ladies, and we were seated near the entrance. Between all of us, we ordered more than a dozen drinks along with plenty of pastries. As the afternoon went on, it became unbearably hot inside the café. We asked the staff if they could lower the temperature, but were told that administration had taken the remote control and that employees did not have access to adjust the air conditioning. It was a very unusual explanation, and honestly, I wasn't sure whether it was true or if they simply wanted us to leave. Food is good, experience is good, service is overall good BUT, they didn't honor their deal and advertisement. I was told about the $2 happy hour, asked an associate to confirm while in the store. So I trusted them and thought nothing of it. I paid; everything was good. I read the receipt and saw that I was charged full price for all the pastries. I called and asked if they were still honoring the $2 happy hour and it turns out yes they do. But unfortunately there was human error in the cashier charging me full price for all pastries; luckily I took the receipt - then again all sales were final according to them so I couldn't get my price corrected. I trusted they would automatically adjust the price, but I guess not. But take this as a reminder to check if you are paying the correct price, reviewers. And for management, maybe just a reminder, or in-service on following through with the deals. This location is a lot small than the other location, but it had enough options to choose from. We got there a little before the church goers. The pastries that we chose were ok, it did taste like it was a few days older and some of the pastries we chose had a "wet" texture to it like tres leche, but I don't think it's suppose to. We had to reheat or warm up the pastries to somewhat enjoy them. The best one was the curry croquette, it's always a winner. The drinks we bought were ok. The mocha frappe instantly separated as soon as we got into the car and the matcha latte that I had bought didn't taste the greatest at all. The quality of the matcha was not worth purchasing it. I bought several items so it was not an inexpensive outing. But I couldn't sign up when I would click to join the rewards program, I'd get an error page. I finally went to check out Paris Baguette last month and as soon as I waked through the door it felt and looked like heaven! There's seating to the right and all of the goodies to the left! Topped off with whipped cream and a drizzle of Nutella made it even more enjoyable on a nice warm day. The pastries themselves are great and fresh, although I've noticed they tend to run out in the afternoon (as one would expect). It seems to be a very popular spot for pastries and coffee! They have both sweet and savory pastries, which is awesome. I got a butter pecan latte with almond milk and a tart to split with my husband, as well as a mochi donut. Everything was SO good and tasted fresh. Additionally, so nice they don't charge so much for non dairy like other bakeries have. The slight up-charge for the dairy alternative isn't that bad. This reminds me of a French version of Porto's in SoCal. Lots of pastry and sweet options. The sandwiches are great, but they don't always have the full menu available. The cake was reasonably priced, I paid $53 for a chocolate cake, candles and tip; however each slice of cake is $6.99, I'm not sure if that's competitive to other places. They have a few reserve parking spaces right in front since I'm assuming parking get challenging with the 24 hour fitness gym located next door. This time I ordered a lavender matcha frappe, it was tasty and even though I ordered the smaller size they gave me a bigger size so that they wouldn't waste the extra. It's a pretty big store compared to other locations I've been into. Me and my niece stopped by early evening...around 4:30 ish. If you want to get some of the really good options, I recommend coming early because I guess once the shelves are empty they don't fill them back up come evening time. Which makes sense I guess. They do still have desserts and sandwiches available. There were people in the store eating and hanging out. The atmosphere is ok. It's like bakery/cafe. You smell the goodness as soon as you walk in. Customer service: it was ok. They helped us right away. One thing I don't like is when they grab your dessert from the window. They don't wear gloves so if they're not careful their hand and fingers may touch your dessert. I watched the guy that helped us, he was very careful but one of his fingers almost touched the top of my dessert. I don't know maybe I'm just being nit picky. TIRAMISU TART The boyf was bummed out that the individual tiramisu slices were sold out, so this was his next option. Rather than creamy and luscious, it was espresso rich, earthy and crumbly. SOFT STRAWBERRY CAKE + SOFT CHEESE CAKE This reminded me of Japanese soufflé cheesecake. Not NY cheesecake, like a fluffy sponge cake. Wow, Brentwood is starting to pop with the opening of Paris Baguette. I have had a good experience when I tasted some of their pastries way back then in their Dublin location. I am gland that we have one now here in Brentwood. The ambiance is same as the previous branch, squeaky white tiles in a well lit place. Pastries and breads adorn the walkways while you pick your liking with provided tong and trays. Highlights of Paris Baguette for me are their cronuts, delicious cream and a flakey donuts make for a yummy treat. The kids really love their pizza bread. Right now, I have 86C Bakery Cafe just a smidge on top of Paris Baguette. But we have been frequenting Paris Baguette often, with their yummy cronuts and the kids pizza breads, I feel that those lines are getting blurry. read more

This is the sticky milk buns for $5. It came with a piece of hair. I took a picture in the store & we didn't notice it when we bought it, but you can clearly see a hair in it (which i circled in the picture). Upon getting home & eating it, I luckily found that hair before we ate it. We are disgusted, what are the sanitary procedures at this location? Are hairnets worn? Gloves?
