I finally made it in to try these cookies! I ordered the Tres Leches and Strawberry Pop tart cookies. They were both good! They were on the pricier side. I think I had to pay a little extra for both because of its speciality. The cookies are huge which is great for sharing. I did have a coupon to use which was great! They even have a reward system which I got to use for signing up a while back! I had $6 on my account! I liked how they have discounted cookies from the day before as well! They were $2.99 each. Update: I am updating to 5 stars, I've been here multiple times now and the products are consistently great and I HAVE to add that service is awesome even for the few seconds I'm there. Whoever is hiring, keep it up. I've now lived in Vegas a little longer and have to accept these more "gourmet"(?) or specialty places are gonna cost as such, for some reason more than LA and San Diego did, but that's beside the point. I also went with the Sugar chip which was tasty too. It had a good amount of frosting on it, as I'm a frosting lover and it wasn't too sweet but sweet enough. I got the cocoa chip for my friend & had a taste and it was full of chocolate flavor & we got a biscoff chip & to be honest I can't even remember what that one tasted like so I guess it didn't leave a great impression.....lol I was greeted upon arrival into the store & taken care of by Iris P. who was nice & able to answer all of my questions & got all my goodies for me. I happened to mention "this place kinda reminds me of another cookie business in town" & she said "but we're much better!" LOVED her positive attitude & her great way of representing Chip. I had to go in store and have them type in my phone number to see what was actually redeemable. I went with the biscoff cookie. I really wanted to give this place a low rating. Seriously, we literally got into a disagreement in the car over this place that lasted almost a whole day, and I wanted to rip it to shreds in this review. First, the person at the counter was not helpful and quite pushy. I didn't feel like I could speak with my family about what we wanted because she was so pushy. The price of these cookies was a huge issue, and I wanted to get the flavors I wanted but I felt so rushed. At that moment I wanted to leave but my family really wanted to try the cookies, so we did. When we got to the register, again, I felt pushed by this person now. They asked us to get the app. I knew I didn't want the app, that I'd never come back, but she was insistent that she would let us have the $5 off right now instead of later especially since our purchase was about $100. So, I wasted my time, downloading and signing up, for her to not let us use the discount. I wish I was a rude person, because I would have walked away right then and there, without paying. However, again, I hate to be rude, and I didn't want to embarrass my husband, so we just paid and left. I will definitely be back in to use that $5 and the $10 I earned from this purchase. I don't see any conditions on the usage, and they better not be a spend a certain amount in order to use them. Thankfully, these are EXCELLENT cookies. read more
