I got the cocoa chip for my friend & had a taste and it was full of chocolate flavor & we got a biscoff chip & to be honest I can't even remember what that one tasted like so I guess it didn't leave a great impression.....lol I was greeted upon arrival into the store & taken care of by Iris P. who was nice & able to answer all of my questions & got all my goodies for me. I happened to mention "this place kinda reminds me of another cookie business in town" & she said "but we're much better!" LOVED her positive attitude & her great way of representing Chip. It was a walk around shopping day for me. I saw this person, later introduced to me as Adam standing outside on the sidewalk. Adam had a tray of fresh baked cookies in his hands. I really wanted to give this place a low rating. Seriously, we literally got into a disagreement in the car over this place that lasted almost a whole day, and I wanted to rip it to shreds in this review. The price of these cookies was a huge issue, and I wanted to get the flavors I wanted but I felt so rushed. At that moment I wanted to leave but my family really wanted to try the cookies, so we did. When we got to the register, again, I felt pushed by this person now. They asked us to get the app. I knew I didn't want the app, that I'd never come back, but she was insistent that she would let us have the $5 off right now instead of later especially since our purchase was about $100. So, I wasted my time, downloading and signing up, for her to not let us use the discount. I wish I was a rude person, because I would have walked away right then and there, without paying. However, again, I hate to be rude, and I didn't want to embarrass my husband, so we just paid and left. I will definitely be back in to use that $5 and the $10 I earned from this purchase. Checked out Chip Cookies on a Friday night after dinner. I had received an email from Yelp about new businesses that had just opened in my area and Chip Cookies ended up being one of them. They are located on Eastern and Silverado Ranch right next to Michael's, just across the parking lot from Target. Here, you can choose whatever cookies that they have available or you can customize them with several other toppings, including ice cream. If you're having difficulty choosing what you want, they have a fan favorite menu available. There were only two people working there - one was customizing cookies for the family that came in before us and the other was working in the back room. The other guy eventually came out from the back room to take our order. We ordered a four-pack box to take back with us - (1) SW chip and (1) sugar chip for me and (2) OG chips for my boyfriend. These cookies looked SO delicious and we couldn't wait to try them out once we got home. I tried out the sugar chip first, which was topped with rainbow sprinkles and white frosting. The cookie alone was really good, but the white frosting on top was a little sweet. I tried the SW cookie this morning prior to writing this review, and it had that amazing chocolate-y flavor and it was just so doughy. I liked the SW chip better than the sugar chip, in all honesty. My boyfriend said that the OG cookies were really good. I think I found my new favorite cookie place!
