What a fantastic find! I was getting my tires done in the same shopping center and decided to walk around - and found Chip Cookies. The shop is really cute, modern, and very clean. I was greeted immediately and was given the 411 on my cookie options. I went with the 4-pack - 2 semi-sweet and 2 milk chocolate chip cookies (I love the classics) and wow - loved it. The cookies are warm, with a gooey center. It was very decadent and delicious. They have other varieties like sugar (with frosting), butter, white chocolate Biscoff, and specialty flavors like tres leches, red velvet, and more. They also have a customization bar so you can put toppings on any of the cookies. I'll definitely be back and I'll be trying their other cookies for sure! Cookie lover's must try spot! read more

The grand opening was amazing. They had nice decoration on the outside of the store. Especially, one being a photo op. Then, inside, they had a permanent photo area, that says, "Chips Happening in Las Vegas" very clever. Tom, the parent of the owner, was very nice to come to all of us in line & introduce himself. Told us a little bit of the family & history of Chip. I bought the $15 for 4 cookies. I have tried the FREE chocolate cookie so far. Will write about the other flavors a little later. I was craving cookies and this one just opened up by my house. It's located in a pretty big plaza so parking is nice. I ordered 4 different cookies. The staff was super helpful in explaining to me what the cookies were like. I got tres leches, boneless, og chocolate chip, and Biscoff. They were okay. I feel like for the cost I wouldn't expected a deeper cookie flavor. However I felt the cookies had a pretty similar taste. They also were really warm and were falling apart. Chip Cookie's advertisements have been flooding my Instagram, and I finally got the chance to visit. I would definitely return, even though we didn't experience the spectacular customer service mentioned in comments. At first, it was unclear what set this place apart from other cookie shops, as we weren't familiar with the toppings and menu options. Our first visit felt somewhat rushed and that we were an inconvenience to the worker that even as the solo group of customers in the shop that evening. Despite this, I'm giving them 4 stars because the cookies are delicious, even when reheated days later, and they're not overly sweet. We chose the SW and Biscoff since the OG wasn't available, and I wasn't sure if the other pictured cookies were part of the weekly lineup. Omg CHIP Cookies in Vegas!? This is insane! I'm so excited for this opening. I've been a fan since 2016 when they opened in SLC, Utah and ever since moving back to Vegas in 2018 I've been missing Chip cookies so much! The location is great since it's so close to where I live and a spot with spacious parking and easy to access. The store isn't too big like their main one in SLC, but I don't care as along as the cookies are still as delicious as all the times I've eaten in SLC, that's what matters! And they did not disappoint! The cookies are still the same gooey soft center and not too sweet and baked warm and fresh to me. My favorite is the Biscoff Cookie with white chocolate, honestly think it's a bit better than their OG Chocolate Chip. :) Their service is quick and easy! I really appreciate, Adam and the staff. They're always so kind. The cookies are consistent and they taste better than the pink brand, in my opinion.
