I love chipotle but this location has little to be desired. Seems to be highly mismanaged. The last four trips I made to this location they are always out of chicken and/or taco shells. This always results in me having to eat at taco hell across the street. Nothing worse then preparing to eat chipotle tacos for dinner only to end up with another Taco Bell meal from a location that isn't the closest to my house. One or two times I didn't think much of it. After fourth time of wasting my time to drive there, I felt compelled that I needed to voice my complaint of a store that needs better management. Never have I experienced this at any other location yet. Get it together over there people. Sick of having my dinner intentions ruined while giving my money to your shitty competitor. read more

Went there today told the girl that I have a gluten sensitivity she looked at me like a grew second head. Didn't change gloves or anything.

Can be good sometimes, but it's usually a bad experience. Always out of ingredients. Last time they were out of corn as well as carnitas. What is the point? Sometimes there will be online orders ahead of you and they will forget about you and make about twenty orders instead of yours while yours sits there and gets cold. I've never experienced that at another chipotle. read more

Service was extremely poor. Just so you know a little bit about me, I am very polite... I am the type of person who says "please", "thank you", "sorry"... etc. I'm not a complainer...I'm educated... and literally do not have a bad bone in my body. That being said.... I was nicely asking for my order and received horrible attitude from two out of three people helping me. First kid told me not to point at the food as I selected what I wanted (???). He showed some other rude body language/remarks. The one girl at the end was sassy to no end and being extremely sarcastic. She kept looking at me in the eyes and asking "what else?" with a sassy grin on her face (??). I kept telling her what I wanted and she kept repeating it back to me like I was an idiot. With the sauce, I had to think about what I wanted (I didn't know thinking was a crime), and she ended up rudely repeating it back to me as if I was deaf. My patience was so thin towards the end that I even asked why they had so much attitude. She muttered something under her breath and then that was it. I definitely didn't deserve any of that treatment. I was literally flabbergasted. I don't care how bad the day is going... if you are in a bad mood, then be neutral towards your customer at the very minimum. They treated me as if I initially gave them attitude.... which didn't happen. At all. The cashier must have seen my frustration and she ended up being really polite to me. Anyways. Please correct this. No human being providing a service to another human being should act in such way. I used to work as a pharmacy technician before I became a pharmacist at CVS and I definitely saw my share of rude human beings. I've gotten boob-money, crotch-money, prescriptions with pee on it... and I still treated them politely and professionally. Please correct this. Always out of food past 8:30pm. They are open until 10 but refuse to cook past 8:30. Why stay open? This has happened to me numerous times and when I confronted management; they act like I am lying. I emailed corporate. Let's see if anything happens from that. read more

Ordered at 11:45 online for pickup at 12:00, picked up on time, chicken was hard, dry, they were about 6 pieces of chicken,light beans were crunchy, order sour cream very little on order, very little tomato. Order online or wait forever. They are so slow, don't dine there unless you want to be at a dirty table. Some of the people making your food seem to have an attitude. I live 5 mins from the amherst location and I choose to drive 15 mins to the elyria one because they are cleaner. read more

I would like to start by saying that I have never seen this Chipotle so messy. The serving table that the employees serve the customers from looked like Hurricane Dorian just blew through. Not only was there corn, cheese & lettuce all over the top of service table, there was corn spilled in the hot sauce. When my husband asked for a side of hot sauce for his chips the server dropped & spilled the medium hot sauce in the mild salsa and did not spoon it out. In the past the servers were constantly wiping off the serving table when something spilled while serving the customers. Every table in the dining area was dirty, we had to wipe off a table in order to have a place to sit down and eat. The waste cans were overflowing. I discreetly said something to the employee when I was paying (not the manager) so that the customers behind me wouldn't know what I was complaining about. My question to you is, if the area that the customers see are this bad, what is the condition of the other areas that we don't see? read more

The best Mexican fast food chain period. It's fresh, clean, simple and the healthiest choice around. Also, it's food with integrity. Chipotle offers non industrail farmed meats. Usually order online, so I don't dine in much unless the gf and I want to eat out. The dining area could be cleaned a bit more frequently, but other than that the staff is usually top notch. They went out of their way to check if food was ok for my girl with a ton of allergies to eat. They're also always polite when I stop in, which is always a plus. They do get rather busy, especially around lunch, so it is best to order ahead of time, if they don't have your order ready on time, they will make it ASAP even if the place is busy. read more

We like the food. But the eating area is unfinished and not clean. Worst of all, they play amplified noise to make it sound like a very busy restaurant. It's so loud we cannot stay. So we get our food and go home. What's the point to this? We would eat there a lot more often if the amplified noise wasn't there. We dread to go in the door. The amplified noise is so extreme I'd bet it exceeds government standards for a workplace environment. Eight hours of more of this would be deafening. The employees can barely hear what we are ordering. Turn off the noise and replace the crude plywood panels and we will return. Otherwise, we will not return. read more

This store is always dirty, I have went about 2 times and the 2nd time I figured it was only dirty maybe because it was so busy, but it was dirty again, you don't want to eat here because you feel like you're dirty when you walk in, I will never return to this store. Not only is the place filthy but when you go to get your food they put little portions in it, I don't know about anyone else but when you go to chipotle you pay to get a lot of food. Anyway, this locations problem is the ungodly wait times, no matter what time of day. Also, how do you run out of rice at any time, it's what you put in almost every meal. TERRIBLE service. The kids behind the counter are more worried about socializing with themselves than taking care of the customer. I have been to this place many times (before I realized there was one in Elyria) and EVERY SINGLE TIME it was a terrible experience. This location is by far the slowest! They only have 1-2 people at the counter and they consistently run out of prepped ingredients. Food quality is good but the long, slow lines are too frustrating. read more
