Much improved since the last time I came a year ago! Guy making ours was nice, gave our veggie bowl a side of guac when in the past it was extra. Also got the free drink for Moe's Monday deal. Our steak burrito was large and tasted really Great! Been a while since I've said that at a Moe's. Plus I ordered it online so I expected it to be small so I was nicely surprised. Chips were not salty nor greasy! The Moe's sauce was tasty too. I was pleased all around. I haven't been to Moe's in a really long time. Last time I went to a Moe's was actually the first time in 2016 in downtown Pittsburgh. At that time, I honestly didn't think it was that great; I thought the rice was hard and chicken was bland. The queso was excellent though. I felt the inclination to go recently since this was nearby especially since Chipotle has been disappointing lately and that's my go to for chicken burritos. This was a great change and happy I went there. The staff was kind and you could tell good customer service was present here. The queso again was delicious. While Chipotle may have great guac, Moe's has way better queso, and Moe's chips are actually better in my opinion. I did notice they also have the Coca Cola Freestyle machine, which is a huge plus, even though I didn't get a drink. All in all, good experience and meal -- I think I'll be coming here more for my Mexican fast food needs; I'm warming up to it. The only parts I didn't like is: (a) How they put the chips, queso, and burrito all in the same bag -- there needs to be separation; and (b) The queso size cost difference was like $3, which seems substantial; You'd think there would be a happy medium. read more

My online order was ready to go right when I walked in. At one of their competitor' online orders can take a while. I prefer Moes over their competitor because of the salsa bar. The burritos at Moes have more free vegetable toppings choices. I like how the Tufu burrito has guacamole with no additional charge. read more

This was my first time eating here. The food was ok. The store itself was really nice and clean. The food looked good. The staff was alright. They seemed a little more interested in standing around bsing with a guy who came in. The food was ok. It had flavor and the serving was huge! I just was digging that the food didn't taste fresh. The rice didn't have that fresh taste like its competitor. The chips were a nice addition but I got one little salsa cup for a whole bag of chips. I told the girl it was my first time there and she didn't really help guide me in her Moe's experience. I would go there again if I had to but would chose different if there was a choice. read more

First time at Moe's today and I am EXTREMELY HAPPY! It's way better than that cardboard tasting garbage called Chipotle. I like the thin tortilla chips which probably aren't optimal for scooping burrito bowls, but they tasted fresh and were super crisp. I love the wide variety of options for toppings although I'm very picky and only do rice, meat, cheese, lettuce, and cilantro...but I'm sure it would be appreciated by others. Staff was friendly and the line was short (around 5pm on a Friday). I got takeout, so I didn't examine the cleanliness, but from a general glance I didn't see anything to complain about. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Her solution was to pick off a bunch and to tell me cilantro is good and it's in salsa. (I'm an adult I've had cilantro before, I know it's in salsas). I tried two bites. My mouth instantly tasted like I was a foul mouthed kid in the 1960's... straight soap . I politely took the bowl back to the register and asked for it to be remade. The staff here are always really nice and the manger Mike does a great job managing the place. I like their tacos the best, and their salsa always tastes good. Came here on a Monday around 5:30...good thing, as by the time we left, the line was out of the restaurant (approx. 30 people). Very similar to a Chipotle, although there are some differences on the menu (that I prefer, actually). Ingredients were pretty fresh, although I would've liked a little bit more meat (pork) in my burrito. I had the home wrecker, and it was pretty good. Appreciated the choice of five salsas to enjoy with my chips, and their hot sauce for the burrito was killer. Wife and kids seemed pleased with their choices, too. I imagine we'll be back. read more

Chick didn't drain pork prior to dumping on chips causing them to get soggy super fast. Chips are super thin so broke easy trying to scoop. David got a burrito. Food always tastes great! No complaints there. However, I do have some complaints about the staff, which is why I gave three stars. First of all, there have been times I've had my burrito wrapped half-assed. One time it was completely open. Now, I don't know if their heavy turnover is because they hire complete dumb-asses who cant even manage to wrap a friggin burrito, or because they have bad management. Either way, two things come to mind that have pissed me off in the past. One; PORTIONS!! I mean seriously, don't be stingy! Give me a decent amount of chips and portions on my food! Especially with rice on the food and chips on the side. Don't give me half a scoop of chips and assume it's enough because that is like 5 chips! I can't stand people who are stingy at these takeout places! I'm paying good money, give me some real portions! Two; TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE TO DO THE JOB CORRECTLY! There was nothing that pissed me off more than coming home to an open burrito that spilled all over the bag and my seat! My grandmother can make a burrito better than that and she's 87!
