My go to fast casual take out spot in OHC. Locally owned, fresh ingredients, good portions, and best of all it comes with free guac. Lines can appear long during lunch rush but the staff is great and the line moves fast. I cannot recommend this place enough.

AMBIANCE A quiet, cozy local spot near the West Side Market that's perfect in fulfilling any Mexican craving you've got. SERVICE When we walked in, we immediately walked up to the counter to scan the menu before stepping into line to build our own burrito. We were kindly greeted and despite being obvious first-timers to the spot, the staff was patient and kind and smiled often. We ordered a naked burrito with guacamole and shredded chicken and fresh vegetables for 85 cents extra and the classic brother's burrito with all the toppings. The vegetables tasted fresh and the proteins (even included shrimp!) were well prepared. Both burritos tasted incredibly fresh and were a great value and plus, a wonderfully kind staff. We were pleased and very satisfied with our experience. Awesome spot that makes me wish Chipotle was as good as this one in service and food quality!

OCB is my go to uber eats food. My order is correct... EVERY TIME. The portions are the same sauce as when I order in person. ( some places I order skimp) More then 5 less then 10 different types of salsa Several different proteins and vegetarian/vegan options. I'm not even sure why people still get chipotle with this far superior bowl in Cleveland.

Stopped in and got a bowl--everything was fresh and flavorful. It's a Chipotle-style setup where you build your own, and the portions were generous. The carnitas were really good, and I appreciated the variety of toppings. Service was friendly and quick. The space itself was clean with a nice layout, and the location is super convenient--right next to a bunch of other spots in Ohio City, so it's an easy stop during a day out. Overall, a solid option if you're in the area and want something casual and filling.

Visited OCB with co-workers recently. This time, I requested a chicken bowl with rice and veggies. It was built quickly and I bought a fountain drink for dine in. My bowl was tasty and the portion size was great. The chicken wasn't seasoned all that well, but it was good as were the veggies. The bowl was filling and I enjoyed it. Its very similar to Chipotle, but with less protein choices. There is outdoor seating available, but we dined indoors on this visit because it was chilly outside. We'll be back.

Two tacos, chips and guacamole, a burrito, horchata.

I love a good dive taco/burrito shop. This one is great. The beef is on the spicy side but even for a shrimp like Me I can tell you, it was still delicious. Do not miss the horchata. Creamy and luscious ... not thin. The shrimp tacos were good too. Guacamole was above average... not the most amazing but definitely worth it. They should serve more chips with that guacamole though. Recommend this stop.

Chicken burrito taken out the tortilla

So... I work across the street and decided to give this a try. The staff was very friendly. I got a burrito which is not my norm but I wanted to be able to eat it in the car... The flavors are good. I do feel like the fajitas could be a little more tender. My chicken wasn't as tender as I would have liked it either. I ended up taking the rest out the tortilla and eating it like a bowl. I will def try them again. Hopefully the proteins will be more tender. Good price point

My husband and I stopped here for lunch on a recent visit to Cleveland and oh man was it delicious!! It's a pretty small spot and when we walked in, no one else was there. But we must have just gotten there right in time because while we ate, a steady stream of folks came in for lunch. I opted for build your own tacos - one chicken, one chorizo and one barbacoa. Each was just as good as the last. It's similar to Chipotle where you walk down the line and let them know what you'd like to add and they had plenty of yummy toppings. My husband had a burrito and enjoyed his as well. Chips and salsa (we had the pico) were also perfect. They make a great pico. This really hit the spot and I would highly recommend stopping by!!

Very unappealing carnitas burrito. Also was ice cold

I started with the tenders, and they immediately set the tone..crispy, golden, and actually seasoned all the way through (not just relying on sauce to save them). Juicy on the inside, crunch that holds, and flavor in every bite. This is what people think they're getting at chain spots, but rarely do. Then came the sandwich & and this is where they really got my attention. Same perfectly fried chicken, layered on a soft, sturdy brioche bun that didn't fall apart halfway through. Balanced, flavorful, and clearly not an afterthought. If you're a sandwich person, don't skip it. The sauces? Worth exploring. They're not just there for decoration & they elevate everything. Now for the honest part: fries were solid, nicely seasoned, but not the highlight. And I wouldn't recommend delivery..this is a "eat it fresh or you're missing the point" kind of place. Service was quick and friendly, and the vibe is simple, no-frills, and focused on doing one thing really well. Final take: Cleveland has a lot of chicken spots, but this one stands out for flavor alone. It's giving underrated gem energy. Pro tip: go in, order both the tenders and the sandwich, grab extra sauce, and don't plan on sharing. Woman owned business as well & they give you a thank you card instructing you to contact the owner directly if there's anything wrong with your order.

The food is a bit spicy and has a style from another country. It honestly feels like a copy of Raising Cane's, but for the same price the chicken pieces are smaller. I also asked to change my coleslaw, but they told me no, which was disappointing. Overall, it's okay, but there are definitely things they need to improve.

After an…read moreexhausting wednesday at Cedar point we arrived back in Cleveland pretty late and were looking for something tasty and hearty for our hungry bellies. The place is right downtown, there's a bit of riffraff in the streets outside but that's to be expected in this area. The place itself has nice cold AC and has some tables if you want to hang around and enjoy your food onsite. I was never a huge fan of calzones as they are normally so big and so much breading, but this was a completely different vibe. The staff was so kind, i wish i knew her name because she walked me through the whole menu, gave me the "hook it up" seasonings and a soda on the house, and brought all our bags to our table by hand. My mmmeatball calzone was amazing!! My fave of the bunch we all tried. Perfect balance of fresh cheeses including mozzarella ricotta and Parmesan, as well as seasoning meatballs and a soft bread pocket that wasn't overly big or fat. My friends spinner sticks was also delicious, even hours later when we reheated it. I also tried the chocolate chip cookie dough he but wasn't a huge fan, i guess it turns out the ones that are safe to eat just don't hit like the ones u aren't supposed to be eating hehe. When I'm back in Cleveland this will definitely be the late night move again and again! Thank you

I arrived a few minutes before halftime and sat at the bar. It wasn't busy, maybe six people total. I initially sat near the end by a column and figured the bartender might not notice me right away, but as a former bartender myself, I assumed he'd eventually make his way around the bar to check on guests. That never happened. After a couple of people left, I moved closer to the front of the bar near the entrance. A few more minutes passed before the bartender finally approached me. I had already grabbed my own menu from behind the bar area by that point. When I ordered, he asked if the food was "to go," which honestly made me feel like my sitting there during the game was more of an inconvenience than business. I ordered food and a drink. By the time my food came out, my drink was already about three-quarters gone, which would have been the perfect opportunity to check back in or offer another round. The food runner brought out my meal, but the bartender never checked on me once. I would have gladly ordered additional drinks, but I was never asked. Basic hospitality and bar service 101: check on your guests and keep the interaction going. I ate my food without so much as another drink to help wash it down. I closed out and left; there wasn't even a "thanks for coming in" or "have a good night." I ended up going elsewhere afterward to watch the 4th quarter, having a few more drinks, and receiving significantly better service. As someone who used to bartend, this experience was frustrating because good bar service is not complicated. A bartender who stays engaged with guests will naturally sell more drinks, create a better atmosphere, and earn better tips. I still tipped 17% because I don't stiff people, but that below my usual 25%+. That level of service didn't even deserve what I left.

I keep giving them chances, and unfortunately, because I live downtown and it's a two minute walk, they continue to get my business. Ironically, they would get even more of my business if the experience were better. Customer service is practically nonexistent. You can stand there while multiple employees look directly at you, and not one of them offers a simple "hello" or "we'll be right with you." It genuinely feels like you're inconveniencing them by walking in. On my most recent visit, the cashier had an AirPod in and was on the phone while working. They are also constantly out of basic items (chips, pop, containers). On a previous visit, I ordered a quesadilla, and they were out of the proper container. Fine, that happens. What doesn't make sense is throwing the rice and beans directly into the quesadilla instead of using the small side containers for salsa, which they did in the past. Either they were out of those, too, or the employee simply didn't care. If I wanted everything mashed together, I would've ordered a burrito. Of course, since it's to go, I don't notice until I'm already home, and wasn't walking back, I think they count on that because most people just get the food and go, then don't bother to go back. Which is why when you order from the app there a greater chance the quality of your order/food is going to be poor. This location desperately needs better management, basic customer service training, and some consistency. For the record, I've spent many years in restaurant and retail management so I feel I am more understanding the most.
