I seem to find this issue throughout a lot of Chipotle's. And it never seems to get any better. First I wanted to point out that these employees must understand they are the face of this chain, a little smile or welcoming tone of voice would help. I've been to this location twice within 2 weeks. The first time i came in, i ordered a protein bowl and the amount of portion they gave me seemed so small it could be a kids meal. Fine, i gave them the benefit of the doubt that the employee might have been new. The second time I came in, I asked for double meat and extra lettuce this time as the CEO of Chipotle says "just ask for more".. As i watch them build my bowl, their "double or extra" portion is literally HALF of the first usual portion. So i'm just less than half of a double but still getting charged for a full double portion?!? Keep in mind the bowl is $11.15 for steak, If i wanted extra steak, it's $5.90. WTF?? Honestly, does this look like "extra" lettuce? I'm not sure if there is a portion control protocol or secret menu or code word to get a proper portion order. There's never a decent experience when walking into a chipotle. You Would come to think these chipotle's wouldn't last long enough to have multiple chain locations, but the only way they continue to still be in buisness is making more money off customers while providing less than what you really pay for. oh and on top of all this, they ran out of their "hand made guac". and all the customers in line can see the girl the back with dark pink hair showing all of us how much she hates her job while making more in slow motion hoping for time to pass by so she can go home. This location needs more than improvements... It needs a completely new management and staffing. read more

I'm not sure what it was about this particular location, but the service was noticeably slow during my visit. The line stretched almost out the door, and despite having about four employees working, it still felt like they might have been short-staffed. To their credit, the employees were friendly, and the manager did mention that we could let them know if anything needed refilling. However, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing. Many tables were dirty, there was food on the floor at several spots, and the trash cans and surfaces clearly needed attention. It just didn't feel like a well-maintained store, which again makes me wonder if they were understaffed. On the positive side, the food itself was delicious and exactly what I expect from a fast-food Mexican spot. I ordered a chicken bowl with a regular bag of chips, and the portion was huge--we definitely had leftovers. Given the very long 20-25 minute wait in line and the general messiness of the dining area, I feel that a 3-star rating is fair. I just finished a workout at the nearby 24 Hour Fitness and wanted a salad for lunch. I saw that Chipotle was nearby. The thing I like about Chipotle is that it's pretty vegan friendly. I was surprised that it wasn't more busy straight up at noon. I was able to order right away. I opted for a bowl. I got the brown rice topped with pinto beans, sofritas, I got guacamole, corn salsa and a side of pico de gallo. Lettuce on top. Sofritas, I believe is made from seasoned tofu. It definitely had a kick to it! They charge almost $3 extra for guacamole. But I feel this makes the bowl a little more tasty. I sat on a padded stool that faced out towards the street. The booths didn't look very comfortable. I got a drink, that I was able to get a refill on my way out. Total came to about $15. I saw someone roll a burrito then proceed to touch someone's cash and continue on serving food like he wasn't spreading germs around. So gross. I had called this location about getting a taco bar for a Mother's Day family event. I I spoke with a nice gentleman and then I said I would call back to place the order. When I call back, a woman answered the phone I asked if the gentleman I spoke with was in and she said yes, and then hung up on me. Stunned, but I called back and she answered again and I said I'm calling to talk to him. She got him and when she handed the phone over, she called me some very bad words in Spanish thinking I wouldn't understand what she was saying. First of all, hanging up on someone that's calling to place an order is weird and then calling me bad names in Spanish thinking I wouldn't know what she's saying is ridiculous. Whoever owns this location, please take note. We placed an order for pickup at 8:30pm. We arrived and it wasn't ready even though the online system said ready for pickup. We waited 10 minutes and the cashier said they were behind and there is no way to check where we were in the queue. At 8:50pm, I asked him again and it still wasn't ready. He finally said he would ask the staff to make it next. This location apparently is extremely understaffed, with only one person making food. There are long lines to order as well as many people waiting to pick up their online orders. We finally got our meal close to 9pm. Please fix your system! read more

The light sour cream on one was actually heavy not light, and it was missing queso on the other one entirely. Stopped by for a quick supper after the gym. I've enjoyed Chipotle food in the past, but haven't eaten it much lately. My meal did not disappoint - it was delicious and really hit the spot. Others in the area must agree, because this place was hopping. We beat the rush and service was quick and friendly. We watched the staff put together a few to-go orders and they've got the system down pat! I was also surprised that the price was still reasonable given how other fast casual dining and fast food prices have skyrocketed. A really disappointing experience. Dirty outside tables, unexpected extra charges (guacamole), overly salty food (guacamole and chips), and unclean restroom. The chicken was too spice and I like spice; I do t know if this is standard or not. Plenty of shaded outdoor seating and room for a group inside. The service was good. This Chipotle gives HUGE portions compared to the one in San Jose. However, their steak and rice is a bit on the dry side. There was some crunchy bits in the rice and also really soggy parts. I also found some yellowed parts in the salad. Overall, not sure why but the dish tasted a bit bland. As always though, their Pico and Corn Salsa slapped. Would maybe come back. read more

i was at this location earlier today and ordered a cheese quesadilla with chips. the employee making my quesadilla barely put in any cheese, and when i asked for more she put quite literally a pinch of cheese, folded it, and popped it into the oven without asking if it was enough (it absolutely was not). when it came out, they tried to charge me extra for guacamole (which is free with a cheese quesadilla), and also charged me for chips that they didn't give me. the quesadilla was well overcooked and had barely any cheese at all. i did notice that the same employee was placing way more cheese and other fillings for white customers, which, given the poor customer service i experienced, made my experience feel racially motivated. i would not recommend this location to people of color as they are not treated well. *UPDATE* I reached out to the website that Chipotle asked me to and provided them with all the necessary details they asked for including the time that I was there and a copy of my proof of purchase. they sent back an automated message claiming that there was nothing that they could do about poor service, nor could they provide any kind of compensation for "unsatisfactory food". I would like to note that the food wasn't just unsatisfactory: it didn't even somewhat begin to meet the criteria of what this meal was supposed to be, like the cheese quesadilla did not have cheese in it. i had to go back to get the chips i was charged for. the tortilla was tough, likely old, and overcooked. the service was unfriendly at best. this location obviously doesn't care about customer satisfaction read more

We have had it with this location. They never get our online order for delivery or pick up correct. Seriously, EVERY order has something wrong. They should be shut down. The last straw was the quality of food in today's order. We are just done. We ordered a carnitas burrito, it showed up as a bowl (with a label on the lid that said burrito), see picture. Half of the guacamole on the steak bowl we ordered was a huge chunk of underripe avocado and was inedible. For something that has an extra charge, the quality should be good (at the very least). We have complained about this location in the past for consistently getting our kids meal wrong, this time the kids meal was correct. So that was the one good thing about our order. It's seems that the only way to get an accurate order out of this location is to go and get it in person and watch them make it.
