My daughter and I were contemplating where to have dinner tonight so we finally settled on burgers. It's been awhile since we had one so that time apart from biting in a juicy burger justified our decision to try this place out and we did. Now for the honest review. The restaurant reminded me of Five Guys; same color theme of red but more simplistic menu comprising of burgers, fries and drinks. That's it. Simple is always best. We settled on cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger. Ordering at the kiosk was simple. Minimal interaction with workers who were busy churning out the orders. Kiosk also allows you to specifically select what you want on your burger. Easy to navigate and pay. Ambiance is great. I saw one of the young workers come by and wipe down the tables and the place looked clean. When we got home I was surprised on how smallish the size of the burger was. Most brioche buns are smallish to begin with but the amount of fries they give you surpasses the size of the actual burger (see photo). Little in size but big in flavor. The patty was smallish but thick and the flavors make up for its lack in size. Even after a short 5 min drive, the truffle fries stayed fresh and crunchy and never got soggy or cold. Very delicious and enjoyable. Overall I'm very impressed with the food. The manager was communicating with his young crew and they did a great job. See my review below. Used to be good. Sunday afternoon march 9- 2025. Mark it down as the worst experience in history at any lbb. The app wouldn't work. Forced me to reset multiple times. When the order finally went through, it but a ridiculous amount of time on. Arrived at the location and asked if the order could be expedited. The counter guy was rude- refused to help and actually said he wouldn't even look at it for 15 minutes. The girl half apologized for him and said she didn't know why? I've never been treated so rudely at one of your businesses. But I may not come back to any of them including super deluxe. There is no reason for treatment like this. If this is how you train your people, there are plenty of other places to eat that are nice. If management doesn't reach out I will go on the offensive to tell everyone how rude your staff is. Stopped in for lunch today and don't think I'll be coming back to this location again. There were multiple issues with my visit. The burger was not even warm and it made me question if it was properly prepared... not something you want wonder part way through the burger. I should have used the computer to order because the cashier seemed confused and new to the system. Not sure what's happening with the small space this LBB is occupied in but waiting for my food I felt like I was experiencing a sinus infection, warm air mixed with burgers partially cooking and whatever else was brewing in there made me physically uncomfortable and caused an immediate sinus headache. Had to try this spot since the sister lives here and recommended it so we went but close on Election Day and was a bummer but return and got some this time and was open and got the special burger with arugula truffle fries and some regular burgers for the fam. Service there was a regular and knowing we did 10 deep on burger it was a wait and I know there was hauling butt cause other was coming in to place order, food was good the kid like them but ran out of bacon at some point so some of out burgers was bacon-less but still was good. Ok place for just a quick bite if you are not terribly hungry. The burgers are tiny, truly "LITTLE". Flavors were great. The truffle fries were my favorite part of the meal. They were crunch and perfectly flavored! I liked the fry sauce as well. We both tried the special which was the fancy burger. We also grabbed a rootbeer float. Having developed an allergy to beef and pork over the past couple years, I had given up on ever getting to enjoy a burger again, but I noticed today a sign in a window for an impossible burger at a little joint I had never heard of before. It was a great burger, and the perfect size for a light lunch. The hidden gem, however, were the truffle fries. Hot, crisp, lightly salted, and deliriously delicious. I would drive the hour and a half from my home in Washington just to get those fries again. Little Big Burger, you made an otherwise horrible day so much better. This is my second time having Little big burger and it was still delicious and my obsession with truffle fries continues. The service is fast and they also have self service kiosk next to the cash register so its super convenient. First time into LBB, and, will certainly be my last. The moment I walked into the door I immediately noticed how utterly dirty the entire restaurant was. The floors look like they haven't been swept or mopped in months, the fry warmer and wall behind is atrociously gross, the walls are disgusting, there was SO MANY old fries all in the floor around the fryers and underneath, etc. I still tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered. My burger was undercooked and so drenched in ketchup that by the time I got to a seat and opened it my bun was becoming soggy. Burgers are really small, hint the name, just for the burger is around $8 with no fries or drink everything is sold separately. Staff looks like is mostly kids under 19, they don't greet nobody, rude. The place was clean though. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and fries. The burger was good but the fries not so much. This restaurant is walking distance from my home so we stop in quite often. Tonight will probably be the last time. The restaurant is so dirty it is unpleasant to eat there. We have noticed this several times but put it off to being busy. The tables are sticky and have not been cleaned well in a long time. The floor has dirty napkins and food on it. There are a lot of fries on the floor in the cooking area. The fountain drink area is not stocked and dirty. There are tables to eat outside but they also have not been cleaned for some time. I know other customers from other business use the tables, but they are in front of Little Big Burger, they should keep them clean. There were four employees working so I don't think they didn't have enough help to clean up at least a little. Again, this is not the first time the place has been dirty. I do need to mention the food is good and the fries are yummy. A good restaurant needs a clean place for customers to enjoy the food. read more

Used to be one of my go-to burger spots near my house. They make pretty good burgers if you eat it when it's fresh and hot. They don't make great burgers to-go. Honestly, best fries in the entire world (also have to eat hot). However, they have consistently raised their prices over the last few years. The first time they did it I gave them a pass. I understand sometimes you have to do that. But for a burger that was already on the cusp of being over priced given the size, the fact that they're north of $9 now is outrageous. Additionally, and as others have noted below, the cleanliness of this particular location is unacceptable. Someone below mentions a particular cook who wipes his face on his sleeve. I too have seen this guy and the white streaks left on his shirt from wiping his nose. It's gross. Kitchen is always an absolute mess.
