Really improved in the last few years. Good 'grab and go' food. Service is good. Plenty of parking.

It had probably been 6 to 9 months since my last visit. I was very disappointed to find that the meat portions were much smaller than before. They appeared to be half the size they used to be... it was pretty significant. I don't believe it was an issue by the servers either, as I noticed that the container it came in, had much smaller sections for the meat portions too. I am not sure if this is an issue at all locations, or just this one, but I won't be coming back. read more

Good location with ample parking. The dining room is always clean and the staff are very friendly. The only hold back from 5 stars is that I often have to wait for them to cook at least one item I want. It is nice to get fresh but then again it's fast food and my styrofoam container is sitting on the counter for 10 minutes and everything else is getting cold. That's my only complaint. read more

I usually have great experiences at this Panda Express, but I recently had a really disappointing interaction with a server named Daisy M. She was noticeably rude, avoided eye contact, and came off very dismissive--for no reason at all. While every other customer had their orders handed to them with basic courtesy, Daisy directed only me to walk across the counter area to pick up my bag after I paid. It felt personal and unnecessary. Our initial exchange was simple--she asked, "Is it just the plate?" and I said yes. Nothing happened to justify her attitude. The rest of the staff was polite and helpful as always, but Daisy's behavior stood out in a negative way. One of the worst experiences I've ever had as a customer. Lilly made it incredibly clear that I was bothering her by coming in to order food. She was incredibly short and rude. Neglecting to realize that if customers don't order food. She doesn't have a job. I watched her be incredibly rude to a delivery service driver. Snapping at him and telling him "go fill this drink." I didn't think they could prepare food as they are not employees. Maybe this is a new kind of customer service, but I will never give that establishment another penny. I'm not really a Panda Express eater when I'm back home in Hawaii, but when you're on the road on the "mainland", rice is something I start to crave. That's how I landed upon Panda Express. I was able to get my rice fix and I was happy to know they have vegetarian-friendly spring rolls! Sweet! Yes, the quality is ... normal. No frills for sure. But it is a way to eat rice when you're on the go. Oh, and they have this fancy TV that plays ads, but it also educated me about the many ways Panda Express gives back to the community. Look, it's Panda Express. You don't go here for the amazing cuisine, you go here because it's cheap food and it's quick with a decent variety. That said, this PARTICULAR Panda location is horrible. I really tried to like this place - it's clean, the people are nice, but OH. MY. GOD. the service. This is the third time I have been here in as many months, and not ONCE have they gotten my order right. It's like even the slightest busy rush and they fail entirely at making sure to check that each order has what you asked for. I ordered chicken teriyaki, combo rice and noodles, and steamed veggies. I didn't get the steamed veggies. Before this, same order, asked for sauces - got no sauces. Before this, different order - broccoli beef, orange chicken, didn't get the broccoli beef. HOW HARD IS THIS?! HOW HARD IS IT TO GET THE ORDER RIGHT?! YOU ASKED ME THREE TIMES FOR WHAT I WANTED AND YOU STILL GOT IT WRONG!! I'm done, never going back here. Lunch for two in a weekday right around noon, thought the wait would be long but not much wait time. Was serviced right away and asked if I wanted to try samples. It seems that the presentation of each item has improved from what I remember and the details of extra fees for premium entrees are clearly marked which was nice. All the items were full in their tray with more entree items being filled. Two plates ordered, one with half chow mein and fried rice for the side and Beijing beef/ honey sesame chicken for the entrees. The other plate consisted of the same sides bit with orange chicken and mixed veggies. Both my sister and I found the chow mein a little dry. The entrees were pretty good for this fast pace experience. The orange chicken could have been a bit crispier. First time trying the honey sesame chicken as I thought it would be too sweet, but just right. The crispness was a great factor adding texture with the green beans. The ice machine was broken which could be problematic for the hot days we have but not a big deal and overall eating back at Panda Express reminded me of school days, filling and price wise not bad but definitely feeling the food coma after! read more

We aren't going out much during pandemic, but Panda Express has online ordering and streamlined pickup. This review is based on our last two visits and the quality was above expectations. The most recent visit was 30 minutes before closing and the entrees were fresh and delicious. I will recommend that they place the premium steak entree in a plastic bag. It leaked everywhere by the time we got home. After reading older reviews, I imagine they might have undergone some training or management changes. read more

Don't bother. Had bad experiences in the past and was dumb enough to return after some time having Panda Express in "time out," What happened? Got food to go including Crab Rangoons. Specially requested sweet and sour sauce in the order. Got food home and no sauce. Called to request refund or credit for the food and they cited they were out of sauce and refused an accommodation. Like seriously, they wouldn't bother communicating at pick up even to let us know they did not fill the order as requested. The Rangoons, along with my $$$, went into the trash. How does this Panda Express fail at making their signature orange chicken every time I come here?! I think they're either being way too stingy on the sauce or they just had the chicken sitting out so long it all dried up and hardened. That's pretty much how all their food at this location tastes...like it's been sitting under the heat lamps for several hours too long. I've tried it several times because of its convenient location, but it's been terrible every time. Now I drive the extra miles to the Lake Oswego/Bridgeport location and avoid this place. That last time I came a few weeks ago, both my boyfriends and Is orange chicken was completely raw in the middle, his rice was way over cooked and mushy, and both of our teriyaki chicken came without sauce. We both got food poisoning. To our mistake, we tried it again recently. It seemed ok, but I ended up throwing it all up in the middle of the night. One word GROSS!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! I just watched the cook drop a ladle but he apparently caught it with the toe of his shoe. He then tried to lift it up to his hand but missed and dropped the ladle on the floor. Now comes the gross part, he just picked it up off the floor and started cooking with it again. I just experienced the most unprofessional and rude employee. We went out of way to come to panda, but we won't be returning because of this employee and how she treated us today. We were being helped at first by another girl who was being nice and I said excitedly as she was serving up what a requested thank you for hooking me up (I am starving and excited to eat).. then piper snatches (when I say this I mean she actually yanked), the container out of this girls hand and starts putting food back that she had put in the container already. She then moved over to the shrimp i asked for that was one of my choices and she gave me like 5 of them and it didn't even fill up the area...
