Horrible experience. I decided to order a STEAK burrito bowl, a side of guacamole and a beverage through the Uber eats app. When my food was delivered and I opened it up my whole order was incorrect. From the bowl to my beverage. I never asked for corn inside my bowl because I am allergic to it and the bowl had corn in it, I also saw that the meat was incorrect. I asked for STEAK and the type of meat it had was SOFRITAS. Apart from my burrito bowl being completely wrong my beverage was wrong too. I ordered a Nantucket Nectars Pressed Apple Juice and receive a Hubert's Strawberry Lemonade. I decided to look on the receipt that was attached to my bag and check if this was my order or had the delivery guy taken the wrong order by mistake but my correct order and my name was on the bag. Then I decided to call the store and politely ask for my correct order or a refund but I got no response after my 7th call I decided to walk to the store and see why no one was asking my call. I understand we are in a pandemic and people are short in staff but when I walked in there I saw 10 employees simply doing nothing. I don't recommend this place not only was my order wrong and they didn't have a good customer service but put my health at risk with serving me corn that I am allergic to. read more

This is the dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been to! There are no napkins no forks AND there's no ice in the soda machine. When I walked in there was no one in line so I don't know what the employees are doing but they're not working. The manager on staff he doesn't care about the restaurant conditions. The guy making my burrito couldn't have acted more like I was putting him out as I ordered my burrito. This was a horrible experience. I've been to this chipotle 3 times, each time was a horrible experience. You might ask "if you had a horrible experience why return 2 more times" well the only reason was because my friends loved chipotle and I didn't want to be the only one to say no, it sucks lets go somewhere else. Ok let me start off with my first time there I ordered my food everything was fine, I ordered a veggie bowl. When I sat down to eat it by my second or third bite I bit into something hard that came apart into smaller pieces in my mouth as a kept chewing it was a really wierd texture. I spit it out, and it looked like a piece of charcoal, it was all over my bowl I had to throw it out and just let hungry. My second time there I ordered another bowl, sat down at the seating area and found a leaf identical to the tree leaves outside of the store, Let me keep in mind that I went no where near the door when I got my bowl. When I brought this to the attention of one of the employees she told me that it was a garden leaf...(uhhmmm ok?????) Third time there I ordered a veggie bowl, went to the seating area to eat and 1/3 into eating my bowl I find a dead fly. yum. That immediately went in the garbage, I was so grossed out and nauseated, That was the last straw never going there again. read more

Let me start by getting this out of the way, I got my standard. Burrito bowl with chicken, guac, and a hell of a lot of hot sauce. Shit was fire, not only on my tastebuds, but also my soul. The ambience: great. All the brushed metal tabletops were clean, and vermin free. I sat down in the corner, put my headphones in, and began pitchforking delicious, natural ingredients into my face. About a quarter of the bowl in, a young couple walked in. If I had to guess, they were in their early 20's. So full of hopes, dreams, and I assume, hallucinogenics. The employee helping them had to cutely interrupt a playful kiss they were sharing to ask what they wanted to order. After ordering they sat perpendicular to me on the raised chairs, in a way I could peek at what they ordered. The woman ordered a quesadilla, dripping with gooey, delicious looking, hormone-free cheese. The man got a trio of delights, tacos with antibiotic and cage free chicken, beef, and pork. I was so jealous of the two of them and their great taste! Not as jealous as the woman is going to be when the man later confesses to cheating on her with her best friend. And with the girl that picked on her in high school. He deserves every kick in the balls, then subsequently, the back and face he gets then. But even more so, he's going to wish he got a freshly made margarita with Patron® to help dull the pain and to forget what a piece of shit he is. As I was beginning to mourn the last of my fresh made guacamole, an older man walked through the door. He had the stare of a man that had seen to much. I assume a war veteran of some kind, with a visible scar on the back of his right hand. He got on line, ordered, brought his tray over and sat across from from me. His burrito was massive, about the size of a heart of one of the many Vietnamese soldiers that his bullets had pierced all those years ago. He didn't want to be there, mother fucking Johnson and his bullshit draft! How many young men's lives and minds were destroyed in the name of capitalism?? Oh yeah, he got a side of chips. They looked dope. All in all a great meal. After a day of shopping at other fine establishments on 86th Street, be sure to stop in Chipotle, "where the food tastes pretty darn good!" It's great to have a chipotle in the neighborhood but the lines during dinner time are out the door! They do have indoor seating that goes up to the second floor but they could definitely use some major speed. Granted it just opened and the staff is still new so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt but waiting in line for half hour is just not cool. This location is convenient but not the best. I've been here a few times already and they always skimp on the ingredients. I think it just depends on the staff that day. I've been overcharged before as well. I asked for lettuce and I get literally 5 strips. Lettuce has to be the cheapest ingredient there and employees usually give you a boatload. But nope, I got a garnish amount of it. I do have to say that the employee who did seemed to hate his job and also moved very slowly. So it really did seem like he just didn't care. He also skimped on the guac and it sucked. I haven't been here when the food was cold though. But it has happened in other locations so it's not just this location that might serve cold food. We all know this place is known for fresh food and great fast service. Clearly it's owners missed the boat at this location. The line is long and not enough room to stand. The seating area on ground floor is right smack in the middle. So if it's crowded someone will be hovering over you while you eat! Friday night five pm food was not hot. The meat and rice. So after all the extras on top my food was cold. Now I ate at a location in downtown brooklyn. Totally different. Workers working hard to serve you quick. Cleaning person visibly seen. I ordered a salad bowl online and I got majority rice and not very much chicken. I even got the wrong rice and did not get my vinaigrette.

They have kids working at this location. They curse at each other really loud. They also hangout in the back while one person serves. This happens on multiple occasions with different people. I don't think I'm going to come here anymore. Sucks because the next chipotle is kind of far from me. Today I had a sever who was a young girl, she was working alone and couldn't hear a thing I said because the other workers were so loud. read more

I love chipotle, every time I go there I love the food. The people who work behind the counters are very rude and don't know what customer service is. When I call in my order for pickup, they get my order wrong 90% of the time. When I sit upstairs the tables are always dirty and it's a mess. The bathroom should not have a password on it, for people who don't know, and have to walk all the way downstairs to ask someone. read more

OK, they just opened, so I need to cut them some slack. Also, I have never been to a Chipotle before, so maybe I am just uninitiated. SERVICE: The staff is mostly new and so are the customers, so things moved rather slowly--ironic for fast food. I actually commend the staff for working so hard and really trying to keep things going. They are also pleasant. FOOD: The food is really my issue. This places aims for healthy; but my healthy choice wound up an over-priced snack (I am not a big eater). I ordered a salad with chicken. There was a scant amount of romaine lettuce and about 2.5 ounces of chicken. I added a small amount of beans and some chopped tomato. I guess if I wanted to feel satisfied I would have had to load up on some higher calorie options: rice, a heaping of beans, guacamole (which would have also added to the cost), cheese and sour cream. But doesn't this defeat the purpose of a healthy meal... (as an aside, who puts rice in salad?) I know people love this place. Maybe I just got an unusually skimpy salad? ENVIRONMENT: This place seems to have become the newest hang-out for adolescent boys. I have no problem with adolescent boys. But when I have to hunt for a seat because six of them are nursing one soda, I think management might want to address this. read more

Have been to this Chipotle several times. Today, today was horrible. I don't understand why one Chipotle can be so clean and efficient and this Chipotle, I don't even know what to say. Tables were filthy, the area where sodas, forks, straws and lemons...filthy. When I walked in the door to Chipotle, the floor was filthy. I've never been to a Chipotle and have the thought that eating at Chipotle may not be a good idea. I ordered my food and this visit to Chipotle just wasn't a good day. The chips were stale and the food tasted like it needed salt. I've never thought to add salt to the food made at Chipotle. I've been to several Chipotles, my very first one was in Chipotles hometown of Denver, CO. I don't think the owner of this company would be pleased with how this Chipotle is being run. I was so happy when Chipotle opened in Bay Ridge. Unfortunately, every time I get my bowls or burritos which aren't cheap clearly, the ingredient portions seem to become less and less available (compared to Soho and other Manhattan locations). To top it off I went today to feed the soul because it's a convenient location for us locals and I pulled out the LONGEST piece of brown HAIR from my bowl tangled up around my pinto beans. BARF MUCH? I will never eat here again. Chipotle for the prices you enforce and your previous E. coli food scare at least provide a sanitary location. The employees are great except for the so called manager named Miriam. She is so cheap with her servings.
