I want to know who is rating this place less than five stars. I have eaten at dozens of chipotles, and this one is in the running for the best. The people working here are awesome. They're friendly, they're helpful, and the food is great, as always. It's got the standard plywood and concrete interior which makes it a bit loud and grungy but that's fine because guess what you're at Chipotle! Eat up! read more

Terrible I spent over $30 on a burrito bowl and a coke and it is cold looks like crap and I wasn't given any utensils, tried to eat it and it was not edible!!!! I ordered a bowl with double steak and beans guacamole sour cream and rice and I was charged for it full price I received Rice beans and sour cream no steak and the recording when I call chipolte says if you order through door dash that you have to contact doordash when I did they did nothing for me either so I'm never doing business with doordash or Chipotle. read more

They were out of Diet Coke, lemonade, sprite, and lettuce. On the door they were out of lettuce because of vendor shortage. I don't understand why someone could not jump in their vehicle run to Walmart or adli 100feet from the door and get lettuce. That's not even why they get two stars... there were 8 people behind the counter it was 1pm only two girls working the front they did not smile. It's like they were throwing food in bowls and they were very snappy. We were not asking for VIP service but at the least a hello or thank you would have been something. For the last 3 years that I've lived in West Virginia I've been coming to this chipotle. Today I had a great experience with the staff, the service here is amazing. a young lady that was taking my order was very polite nice and seemed to really appreciate how polite i was. Ok 5 stars! This ties in first place with the Elkhart Indiana store for amazing food and service. My hubby Matthew was on a trip to our beach home in Myrtle Beach and Saturday October 7th he got there about 15 minutes to closing and they had everything needed to prepare his order and he said they were friendly too. In contrast, the Weirton WV store, where we live, is terrible. Out of the thousands of restaurants we've been to across u.s. and Europe , the worst restaurant period is in our small WV town. Chipotle weirton WV is useless. Record 6 consecutive visits with not having half the ingredients and not will after 8 pm to cook anymore food. I'm not sure if this is a franchise location? Maybe just super terrible regional mgt? Or it's the only chipotle within 45 minutes of my city so they know they don't have competition and can be as horrible as they want to be. read more

Great for everyone, but Delivery drivers. Most restaurants will give you a free sandwich or food while you're waiting for food to be made that will be delivered to a customer. This Chipotle will give you nothing. read more

Ended up paying $17.98 for lunch yesterday! Nothing special. The worst part was charging $1.70 for queso Blanco and $2.80 for a scoop of guacamole. I didn't realize there was an extra charge for these ingredients. I found out later. There was a small sign stating the extra charge, but it was too small for me to even read. Ridiculous prices. 2.95 for a small soda. The food was OK. Generous quantities. No plans to return. My two colleagues agree. read more

First time trying. Loved the place. Setup of the seating and the build a burrito, taco, bowl or salad are really great. Chorizo was what I went with. Absolutely no regrets. Staff was really helpful and cool about things. Asking if we needed help building a combo. Server modestly tore a quesadilla we asked for and asked if we'd like a new one. Unlike many chain places, where even if they nigh destroy your food they just hand it to you and say "eat it!!!" Really liked the place all around. Will definitely go again. read more

It was very clean and a lot of employees but only 1 seemed to be helping customers which I thought was strange...so it took a couple of minutes for me to get helped which was a bit frustrating considering there were so many employees standing around and hardly any customers. The person who did help me was very cordial and very efficient, she made my veggie burrito bowl like a pro! Everything on the line looked fresh and clean and the food was super tasty and delicious! We love chipotle. We stop often at them. This place had amazing service. One of the things that bugs me is when they are in such a hurry that they don't drain all the juicy veggies/beans and your meal ends up soggy. I often ask for them to be drained and sometimes I can tell they are annoyed. Not here. The girl took time to make sure the items were drained. They were out of guacamole because it wasn't at the correct temp to serve yet. she explained how they are very particular to insure the food standards are maintained. I appreciated her knowledge and knowing they are following guidelines. It was very clean. read more

Good and the usual Chipolte. The staff were very friendly and talkative if approached. The food line was exceptionally clean. Double everything except meat is the same price as the normal. Chipotle is for sure a weekly staple for my boyfriend and I. We go in so much that the staff actually recognizes us, which is a bit embarrassing but oh well. I love Chipotle because it's so easy to make a healthy decision there and with many fast food places it's hard to not feel guilty about what you're eating. Also the food is always fresh which makes it 10 times more amazing. The staff at the Chipotle in Southridge is super cool. They are all really approachable and nice which gives a great environment to enjoy your meal! read more

Good food and good portions. It could stand to be a little cleaner in the dining area but we found a clean table. I will say the only reason we go here instead of Qdoba is because my spouse likes the chips here better. I get to pick next time and Qdoba it is. Just my preference though. read more

I used to really enjoy Chipotle but my last few encounters there were very unpleasant to say the least. The beans looked overcooked and the work station was very unsanitary. I believe I even heard an employee telling another employee to not really pay attention to temperatures of the food. They seemed in a real rush to get me out of their way. Nice design, very clean but was unhappy with the experience level. Employee didn't wrap the burrito properly. Another employee had to tell her that she needed another shell. She got another shell but in order to transfer the ingredients others were left behind. Will not visit again. read more

I used to eat there all the time but everything I come in the food is dried and nasty. I think the employees are always high too. Pretty sure the cashier didn't give me all my change back either. I wish they still provided the service to me they used to. I'm handicapped and in a wheel chair and they made me feel unwelcome. My office ordered food from there and one of our guys ordered a steak bowl it had very little steak. it was mostly a veggie bowl. when they had called to complain the manager was rude. He said that you're acting childish your bowl has steak. we let him know we were displeased with the order. he continued to insult us, he even hung up on us. when we called back we let him know that his call was recorded and that we would be reporting him to their corporate office. I believe his name was Ron. I will not eat at a Restaurant where their customers are not respected or appreciated. read more
