I was asked what kind of rice I wanted and felt like I'd have to make do and said brown, which I don't dig as much. My ambivalence was observed, and I was asked "which one would YOU LIKE?" placed a mobile order for a veggie bowl and a steak burrito. Somehow a chicken bowl was all we got(did not order anything with chicken on it). We made it all the way back home before we realized. We tried to call to have situation rectified and was sent to robots spent 5 minutes trying to get through to a staff member. I love chipotle so much and living in cheyenne this is my only option when I am craving it, went in today and was told there was no white rice and asked if brown rice was okay, I said yes because I was told there was no brown rice and given no eta for white rice, when my husband ordered he was told it would be a few minutes for white rice, so I asked if I could have mine remade since there was white rice after I was told there was not, the man on the first station proceeded to throw a literal temper tantrum because I asked for it to be remade, I understand it's annoying but I also would have just waited if I knew white rice was almost ready. Whatever he finished with the meats and stuff and I got all the toppings i wanted and the man "rolling" my burrito proceeded to smush my burrito all over the foil and after not being able to wrap it someone else came and double wrapped it, which is fine but I'm sorry if someone is going to throw a tantrum over a customer changing their mind maybe they shouldn't be in customer service (from someone who has worked in many food service environments) and if someone is completely incapable of rolling a burrito maybe have them at a different station or don't work at chipotle at all, I was very disappointed on friday after this location was closed, probably due to low staffing, but maybe they should have made sure the new people were probably trained before making themselves look like a complete fool at a job that is damn near common sense read more

I recently ate here for the first time in years, and overall, the experience was decent. The food was really good, and I believe the steak is a bit superior to Qdoba. The chips were really good. I also loved the vibe of the dining area with the good vibe music. But I couldn't give this place a 5 rating due to the service. I felt my party and I weren't too welcome when we walked in. The young lady who was taking care of our order did not seem like she wanted to be working that day. Her demeanor wasn't too friendly. That's what stuck out to me. I get people have bad days, but you gotta maintain conposure when dealing with customers. Customer service does go a long way. I would definitely be interested in trying this location out because of how good the food was, and I hope the service is better. read more

I order here on a pretty regular basis. Over the past couple of weeks, the meal I order every single time has become less and less. I always ask for extra rice, I pay extra for double protein, and I add extra pico de gallo. Their interpretation of "extra" must be skewed... which is why on my online order, I have the name say 4 large scoops of pico. Today, it's like my order wasn't even read. The amount that I pay not only to have it delivered, but to add the double protein (plus the up charge on items because it's online order through DoorDash), the least they could do is make my order how I'm asking for it. Unfortunately, I can't always drive to the location and in the past, when I have driven to the location, there's a sign on the door to do online ordering anyway due to staffing issues... So why even bother wasting time to drive over there if I have to online order anyway and still get a fucked up meal. Thanks for the extra lettuce and sour cream that I didn't ask for though... do better Chipotle. I guess Qdoba will get my business in the future. read more

I normally really enjoy chipotle. Today I was forced to order online as in person ordering was not available due to staffing issues. This was i convenient but nevertheless is was patient and ordered online anyways. When I was finally able to start eating i popped the lid off only to reveal a gross burrito bowl. As a former employee myself and regular customer i know what the food is meant to taste like. The rice is very over cooked mush that is clumped together, very disgusting, also the flavor is extremely bland. The guacamole is very very over salted. The salsas and beans appear as normal but I am extremely disappointed and will probably be taking a break from chipotle. The staff does not seem friendly and the blonde little gal was very rude towards her fellow workers which made for a bad atmosphere. This chipotle never gets our order right. We have ordered online several times to go in and pick up so we don't have to wait in line as long the only problem is they make our burritos wrong or forget our queso or forget our drinks. We have started checking our bags before we leave. The portion sizes are much smaller then any other chipotle I have been too such as Denver, and with the price increase it hardly seems worth the cost anymore. Not the same chipotle anymore. This is one of the best locations I've ever been to and I'm a Chipotle regular. I've been 2-3 times in my 3 weeks in town. Always super bright and friendly. They actually listen when I speak! They work efficiently and quickly. The place is clean and everything is well stocked and running smoothly. It's so rare these days that people treat you like a real live human being not just another fellow disgruntled sleepwalker through life. Forget the great food, I'd go there just for that! read more

App only ordering is really dumb. The website kept kicking me out. It took 20 mins to get it to go through. I asked if I could just place an order at the cashier but was told that's not possible. Did a pickup order: gave me hard shells instead of soft shells; beans were still hard; the entire contents of the taco fell out of the shells; and it was cold. This is after I checked my order in the parking lot- picked up exactly when I ordered it - which was the fastest time I could pick (10 min from the time I ordered). I will say that the food the serve here is always consistently good, they are quick with getting orders through. However that is the only thing consistent about this location. The last 3 times I have tried to eat here the main line has been closed, forcing customers to get the app and order online or to go somewhere else. Sitting in the restaurant is a nice vibe to it and usually is an enjoyable experience. I would recommend this place to people for the healthy options and enjoyable food.
