I ate here in the middle of a cross-country trip over a year ago, and I'm still wishing I hadn't. Part of the problem is that I came at breakfast time. Mexican for breakfast is just not that appealing, but I had been in the car for many hours at that point and it seemed to be the only thing quick and close to where we pulled off. Service was a bit rude, and the lady working seemed a little snippy about the fact that I didn't know which side of the line to go in on (no one else was in line, so it wasn't immediately apparent in my slightly sleepy state). When I actually got my food, I found that she had ignored my request to leave out any form of peppers, and the tortilla was quite burned and crispy. Clean, quick and delicious! Vegan pinto beans now available too! Yay for Chipotle for offering a variety of diet and lifestyle choices as well as delicious options. First off, I love Chipotle, but my experience at this one was not great. First, the restaurant is smaller than others I have been at. Second, they don't even have changing tables in the bathroom. Seriously, it's 2018, there are parents with small children that come to your establishment. Lastly, I had to go back up and get cheese and lettuce for my kids tacos. I was down in Cheyenne for a business trip on Monday. The little get-aways are always nice for the change of food from Gillette, Wyoming. I had their Steak Salad. Being a Salad fanatic I've come to know a thing or two about a good salad, and this one was reeeally good! I'd visit again! read more

I've eaten numerous times and the food is always good! It can get a bit busy for lunch but line always moves pretty quick. I usually get the bowl and switch us the meat choice every time. Always happy with what I order! And they have Pibb Extra to drink... so hell yeah. read more

I eat here at least twice a week and it used to be wonderful. The last two times I have ordered double meat and a side of queso. The meat is always close to a single serving (if I am lucky) and the queso has been half full. I am very tempted to find a new restaurant. read more

Chipotle is more of my wife's restaurant than mine, I guess my taste buds are too Midwestern for it. However, I do enjoy eating here on occasion. I am a fan of the steak burrito with extra steak, cheese and rice. Their burritos are huge and have great flavor to them. My wife also likes their chips and guacamole. Chipotle is a good place to go if you're in the mood for true gringo Mexican food. read more

Every time I've gone ALWAYS have to ask "may I have just a little more rice?" Every time it seems like I get less than a half scoop on burritos and bowls especially. Big tip with your online orders Chipotle! If you have customers that are INSIDE the store you take care of them first, designate someone for those online orders second please!!!! read more

Went to this Chipotle location for the first time today. Plenty of parking outside. The place was not busy at all when my husband and I walked in. The service behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Both my husband and I ordered two bowls of food. The food was delicious and the ingredients were fresh!! Usually we get tacos or a burrito..but we decided to try the bowl instead. Were both glad we did...it was yummy!! We would definitely return to this Chipotle location again. A+++++ read more

Crunchy brown rice but otherwise really good.

I was so impressed by this Chipotle. I've been to dozens across the country during travel- as with numerous food allergies and severe autoimmune disease, it's one of the few places I can find food I can eat. In all my Chipotle visits, I've never seen such a responsible and knowledgeable team. When I mentioned I had a gluten allergy, the entire team immediately went into action changing gloves, utensils, and getting out the unused bins of toppings for my salad. Way to go Chipotle! In all my Chipotle visits across the country, I've never seen half this response without adamant prompting from me. (Read-only nagging.) This location has an exceptional team, and I will also be recommending this location on Celiac's & GF apps. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was great. It was near closing and watched them clean. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. Spoke to the manager and said they have a very detailed checklist for cleaning every day. Haven't eaten at a chipotle in years - had a bowl and some guac and chips. Hubby had a quesadilla. Ordered a "steak" bowl and got a mouthful of liver-flavored grizzle in every single bite (not fat, grizzle, no exaggeration, every piece of meat is riddled with it). Newsflash: just b/c your beef isn't ground, doesn't make it steak. They were out of brown rice and said it would take 40 minutes to make it, then the mindless server dumped a giant ladle of pico on it that covered the entire bowl (I know, it's complicated), and they wanted to charge extra (over the $10 I paid) for a few tortilla chips. Second time I've been there. Second time I've gotten nasty repugnant grizzle instead of steak. Overall, really unprofessional environment. Never again. read more

I stopped in for something to eat while I was out shopping. The service was exceptional. When I entered the door I was greeted with a friendly hello. Then the young man waited patiently while I looked at the menu. I had no idea what to do to proceed because it was my very first time at a Chipotle restaurant. I felt embarrassed that I didn't know what to do. I asked the young man who greeted me what to do and told him it was the first time I had been to Chipotles. He was so kind and patient with me. He did not make me feel dumb at all. The cashier was also kind and friendly. The food was yummy and so plentiful I could only eat half. The other half will be lunch tomorrow. THANK YOU! read more
