Visited chipotle for lunch today. I placed an order online through their app for a set time 11:50am so I wouldn't have to wait in line. My order was ready for pick up at designated time but it wasn't in the designated spot for pickup. So I had to wait at the register for the cashier to be done with another customer before I could have my order given to me. The vibe of the restaurant wasn't too busy either. I don't understand the point of having a pick up shelf if you keep people's orders behind the counter. It makes it rude and inconvenient when you're trying to grab your order and be on your way instead of interrupting the flow of traffic inside of a restaurant especially if you're in a rush. I finally decided to eat my order when I noticed that the guacamole that people pay EXTRA MONEY for was NO GOOD. It wasn't bright at all it was almost brown which means that the guacamole wasn't fresh. It's a crazy concept to have people extra for food that is supposed to be presented as fresh and it's not fresh at all. I ordered two burrito bowls and they weren't warm at all. Giving this place two stars. I'll visit a different location. read more

Popped in for a quick dinner option, this place was pretty busy and it was a mess, I wouldn't want to eat in. Once it was my turn to order, I asked for a bowl. I understand the layering process they use but this guy just slopped stuff in the little paper bowl with no regard for the mess he was making. He under served me on the chicken but poured the queso on, too much. This bowl was the least appetizing of my countless visits to other chipotle locations. To add insult to injury, they gave me someone else's additional sides (and charged me). Not sure how you mess this process up but this locations managed to make that happen. Not the greatest experience that I thought. I ordered an online order and picked it up and brought my food home but when I was about to eat I saw that there were no fajita veggies and tomato salsa in any of the bowls I ordered. Also I order guacamole on the side of my order for my chips and I seen that was no guacamole which got me upset because I shouldn't have to speak to an AI on the app to get only a free drink or free chips when I said be able to talk to a team member that can help me with what they got wrong instead of calling the store and talking to an AI that keeps saying "I understand your frustration but I can not let you talk to anyone at the moment". This location isn't great, based on a visit the other night. There was food scattered all over the counter like they'd had a huge rush, but it was quiet when we went in, so they just didn't clean. Similarly, our dishes had salsa and guac smeared on the outside when we got home. They were pretty skimpy with the meat (even knowing Chipotle has specified amounts -- we eat there often), and they put the wrong salsa on my dining companion's bowl -- one that was so hot they couldn't even eat it. The chips didn't seem too fresh and the serving was also small. Pick another location if you can. read more

I came in during lunch, and usually the employees are very polite and efficient in constructing my meal. However, today there was a new man, not in uniform - instead a red cap and blue shirt, (at least his beard was well trimmed) who must have just started at this location today. He looked uncomfortable at the front counter, and he didn't smile. Honestly don't come here. I worked here from September 2023 to May 2024 and it's absolutely awful. They do not follow company policies and have fruit flies, flies, and ants because of the lack of cleanliness. I spent minutes on one of my shifts killing bugs because they're too lazy to enforce cleaning policies. Management is a joke. Chipotle has a service called EcoSure that reviews and scores restaurants in 3 month periods on cleanliness and function. This location failed twice while I was working here. Management doesn't enforce proper procedures unless it is "EcoSure Season" so dirty dishes are stored on the floor, food is stored improperly etc. Management treats homeless people awfully, kicking them out and scolding them simply for being in the building right before close. We were constantly understaffed because the district manager, nor the general manager or even the apprentice general manager knew how to schedule the store properly. You get absolutely no recognition for going above and beyond and they will promise promotions for months and never follow through with them. They will schedule you 40 hours one week and then none the next, it's incredibly unreliable. They have a SSR policy that forbids you from going into work with the threat of being fired if you come in sick, but if you actually follow that policy they will retaliate by cutting your hours. read more

I'm confused what I'm paying for at this point. I walk into the chipotle and stood at the back of a very short line (about two different people outside of my group in front of me) I stood in this line forever as I watched the three workers working the front standing around slowing working with the customers in front of me. When I arrived to front and asked for my bowl I watched the lady put exactly one scoop of rice into my bowl barely covering the bottom. When I nicely asked for a little more rice I received a dirty look from the girl scooping it and less than a fourth of the spoon had rice on it as she plopped it in my bowl. When the bowl was finished it looked very half full but I had already asked for more of everything I asked her to put on and "I was getting charged for extra" she said and I was in fact charged for extra. If you look at my picture I always shake my bowls before even opening them so everything is mixed together when the lid is tight I didn't take a bite before taking the picture. Then worst of all I live about 12 minutes away from this chipotle and by the time I got home my half of bowl was ice cold. I've had some bad experiences chipotle before but never like this.
