Awesome service and outstanding deli meats and salads! Great helpful staff. They also deliver locally a big plus.

Decided to stop by Magri's market and deli to pick up some lunch. As I entered I saw a nice clean open area with a deli counter to my left that ran the length of the room. Some of this was the refrigerated type with glass displaying the difference salads, entrees and desserts they make. Above these was a large menu board listing all the specialty sandwiches that could be made. They also had a nice variety of homemade soup that could be paired with a half of a sandwich. I chose the French dip to go. At home I was pleasantly impressed to find a nice portion of thinly sliced roast beef pilled high with Swiss cheese on a beautiful soft roll. It came with a small container of au ju to dip into. The beef was tender and moist (even without the dip) and had a great flavor. The au ju was great accompaniment to it and I really enjoyed it. I thought it was a good value for the $10 price and I'm excited to go back to try another of their sandwiches. read more

This is an interesting spot to visit halfway between Chicopee and Hadley. It is sort of a farm store kind of vibe for me. They offer all sorts of salads by the cup or bowl (e.g., pasta, egg, bean, etc) plus an assortment of sandwiches made to order. You can also buy sweets as sell as pre-made and frozen meal items. They have some different variety's of chips, drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol), hot dogs, etc. they really have something for everyone. They staff are all very nice and accommodating, it's a nice change from make of the other places to get lunch, a family kind of feel. I decided to pop in to check what this little store was all about. I was immediately wowed with the selection and cleanliness. I am not much a drinker but their selection of unique local canned beers was very impressive and some of the options very intriguing. Hope was pleasant and immediately acknowledged me on her way to ring up another guest. The younger ladies behind the counter were not welcoming or attentive more immersed in their own conversation and cell phones but they are young and carefree. Hope's attentiveness made up for their lack. I just wanted to get a feel for what they offer as I get acclimated to the local area. We've been to Magri's multiple times. They are in our neighborhood and a great local place for fresh fruit and veggies! Their beer and wine selection is fantastic! My daughter and I stopped into Magris on our way to a soccer game it was almost closing time and they were so friendly and helping getting us soup and a salad. I've come here many times for fresh veggies and fruit always top quality items. The homemade food is just like grandmas best meals. They also have a wide variety of wines and beer. Working in Chicopee, I'm always on the look out for these hidden gems. A co-worker brought me here and introduced me to the staff and their amazing little deli/produce shop. I was welcomed like family Rockin' sandwiches, wraps, salads and pre-made meals are always fresh, prepared in front of you and VERY reasonably priced. If you feel like an apple with your lunch, tack on PENNIES to your bill. I have no idea how they operate so well and with such great prices and service. Family owned and always a quality meal. Stopped in with my husband to see what they had to offer. Sandwich lady seemed a bit annoyed, but nothing out of the ordinary these days-it is 2020 after all. We both ordered our sandwiches, and the ladies face looked like she smelled a fart when we asked if we could change the the bread...okay whatever, we'll keep the rye sheesh. Special requests: No tomato for him, add American cheese for me. While waiting, I saw a lady gloved up behind the counter texting on her phone, and then going back to pouring red sauce into a container and then back to texting -no glove change. Sandwiches done, time to ring out. Still wearing the same gloves, she rang us up, handled the money, and continued wearing the same gloves onto the next customer, pulling up her pants in between. She did at least have a nice friendly convo with us. Then back to the deli for her, you guessed it - same gloves! Sandwich reveal time: I feel like sandwich lady had a contest with herself, which sandwich could I make the worst, and the quickest? (Even though thee was no one else in the store) and result, we both lost. All ingredients were slapped in the middle, including the mayo. I had no cheese as requested, he had tomato as unrequested. His sandwich came with cheese, but there was none, and the anorexic singular piece of bacon on only one half of his sandwich was just downright disrespectful. Definitely not made with love. I give it two stars because the middle of my sandwich was tasty, the avocado was fresh, and the dirty gloved woman was friendly. Hope the baked goods we purchased restore my faith in humanity, because I'm severely traumatized that my sandwich had no cheese, and of course there's the bacon issue. What a spot, a true hidden gem! I've been in several times and have had several different sandwiches. The Magri's BLT is the nest BLT I've ever had. It's different and there is avocado vs. tomato.....amazing! Their meats, fruits and veggies are so fresh. They sell their own. Pre-made dinners and have a cooler full of milk and eggs and soda and water. Last but not least, they've added a menu of custom got dogs that are very unique and delicious. I don't think they intend for most people to eat there, as the seating is limited to about 8 people. It is basically a deli in a small grocery store. They have a fabulous selection of meats, cheeses, and toppings to make wonderful sandwiches. The sides are limited, but the ones they have are great. The ladies behind the counter all work like a well oiled machine, and get the food out super fast. They are also very entertaining to watch as they prepare your sandwich. read more

This place is so very good. I love their tuna salad!! It's so fresh and tasty. I usually get the tuna salad to eat with the salad greens from the fresh salad bar. An array of Home Made Desserts...try the Chocolate Cream Pie! You won't be disappointed. Wine and Beer selection along with Fresh Fruits and Veggies. The Freshly Made Juice du jour...is the best.
