It was ok. I ordered a bowl and it came out fine. It just was't very good and didn't wow me. What wowed me is how proud they are their prices. The chips and salsa was ridiculously priced and the bags are a third full. More like a bag with a few chips, I ordered a bowl with pollo asado and extra steak for an additional $5.55 for the steak that had no pollo asado and very little steak and have never seen such a bowl this empty! Wife ordered a salad bowl that came with no lettuce, I mean come on! The bowls were cold, rice was not fully cooked (hard rice) and just and and and! I will never go to this location again. There's a reason this location has horrible reviews. They deserve them. We eat at chipotle way too much (I received an email that I'm in the top 5% of chipotle lovers from our order history in the u.s. ). However, we avoid this location like the plague now. They are always running out of items. We showed up at 11:30 am on a Saturday more than once and they didn't even have veggies cut up!! If you order for pickup and they're out of ingredients, they just leave them off and don't tell you unless you happen to check your order before you leave. This is a poorly managed location. They also ALWAYS get our order wrong if we order for pickup. Do not recommend at all!! read more

This is a Lake Dallas staple, I get that but it's not awesome as some seem to think. It's good, I'll give it that but that's about it. The food is okay. I recently got beef fajitas and the flavor was great but there was barely enough meat to make two tacos and easily a whole onion or more on the plate. Onion overkill! I should have just got a two taco plate. The margaritas we had were definitely a cheap mix too. All that being said the prices are right!! If we would have gotten the same things at most other Mexican food places it would have been double. Also, there was only one waitress for the whole room that we could tell. Chipotle is always amazing. But these poor reviews are more than accurate. If this is your closest chipotle, drive further literally to any other one. I went on aug, 10th as an uber eats driver to pick up an order right at 10:00pm. The doors were locked, which is fine of course since that's when they close, but then I proceeded to knock and wave towards an employee and I point towards the order that I see on the pickup shelf and she proceeded to walk towards the back. I thought she was coming back but when she never did I moved over to the other window to the employee cleaning and I knock again and I see her smile while avoiding eye contact and say something to another co worker and walk away. I stood there for at least 5 minutes outside the door knocking and had to cancel the person's dinner order. So unprofessional and just disrespectful. Don't know how these people are still employed after these reviews. read more

Rude and unprofessional behavior by all employees. Went in to order take out got half way through order they realized I had no mask. Then tried to tell me it was MANDATORY in Corinth TX and in state of Texas which it is not. Tried to explain I already had Covid-19 but they did not care. Most in the restaurant were eating with no mask on or had taken them off and were walking around without them. Their Yelp rating is already less than 2 stars so I guess this is another example of poor leadership from management. Rest assured the customer is not right at this location. Probably won't be coming to this location again. Employees were extremely slow moving so it was natural there be a long line. It did not help that there was no air conditioning. It was hotter inside than it was outside. Finally made it to the front of the line and the portions I was given were ridiculous. I have never been given so little. I asked for double portions and it still seemed a little less than what a normal spoonful would be. To add to the disappointment, the bean and rice were noticeably undercooked. Absolouly miserable. The last three weeks we have ordered from here and each time we had an issue. Yes, we should have learned our lesson, but given the pandemic we chose to get over it. Today makes 6 months of me being clean from chipotle. I couldn't be happier or richer. There was once upon a time when I could order double rice and beans for an extremely affordable price of $2.10. But as they say in Breaking Bad and probably also a lot of other things, "all good things must come to an end." Without warning, I started encountering employees who would charge me $5 for these two sides. I inquired and apparently my order was now considered a 3 pointer? Or a triple... point? I don't remember for sure because I blocked out the memory (it was traumatic). I tried coming back about 4 separate times in order to maybe get my order for the affordable price of $2.10, but to no avail. I spent an unnecessary $21 or so in my desperate acts for affordable beans and rice. Do you know just how many beans and rices I could purchase at Sam's Club for $5? Neither do I and yet somehow we both know it's at least 4x more than what you get at Chipotle. These guys started making me actually cook for myself because their sides of rice and beans were $5+. And that is why they didn't get one star. I'm a better partner to my loving girlfriend, I actually have friends now, and I'm a more attentive owner to my pet. I also get my car tuned up regularly because I can afford it now. Unfortunately this Chipotle condones the customer behavior of placing a $200 orders with no warning through the mobile app and then blocking the drive through for the next 25 minutes. Couldn't agree more with theses comments on this location and the desire to drive much further to the Lewisville store. I live 1.5 miles from the Corinth location and every time I opt to use this store, I regret it. Never experienced lumpy, dry white rice at a Chipotle until here last night. The guacamole serving in a burrito bowl was less than half the size of a side serving one receives in the plastic containers. Again, the Chipotlane was closing down at 8:30 when the store closes at 10, so all the online orders were coming to the main serving area, resulting in inside customers just standing there for minutes at a time without any acknowledgement while the associate worked online orders. 2 people working the serving line while 5, yes 5, were cleaning up for the evening and it was a Friday night; they were busy!! The cashier... I had to tell him my order 3 different times. The assc nearest him at the end of the prep line should know my order. The overall experience at this store continues to be a 1 star rating for service, speed, food quality and that extremely poorly run "Chipotlane". read more

This location is the worst I have ever been to in the chipotle company. The rice is always undercooked and crunchy. The guacamole is rarely fresh and usually brown and gross. I did the online order and went and picked up my order like normal because my order is always right. But I got home this time and my order was wrong and had chicken in it instead of sofritas. And problem because I'm a vegetarian. So I went back and Mary was amazing and made sure my order was right to every detail. She was so helpful and had a good attitude and I left actually happier than when I drove through the first time! Love this chipotle! So even though they got my order wrong they still get 5 stars because we are human and they fixed my problem so fast and with a smile. And they have gotten my order right every other time to a T.
