Hi. My mother was alone home and somebody knocked on the door. When she open the door was nobody there but a Chipotle bag on the floor. Since she saw it there she thought that my husband or I ordered delivery and put the bag inside the house. I never orden delivery at Chipotle, certainly I don't going to, I don't want my food on the floor and do not even wait for us to open the door an verify is our order. We used to love to come here after the gym, we would split a bowl that is until about 4 weeks ago when we walked in and a very unpleasant sewer smell hit us. We didn't say anything but left because it honestly smelled disgusting. Fast forward to 3 days ago, we figured we would go back and give it a try because hopefully by now they had taken care of whatever issue was that smell... but no, we were sadly mistaken. Early this week I was walking through the hallway at work after coming out of a long meeting wondering what I would eat. Normally I make my own lunch to take to work but this week from the get go was absolutely insane with the amount of work I had to do. I was stressed, hungry....starving really. You ever see those "hungry....grab a snickers commercials?" Well let me tell you I was close to losing it because of stress and hunger. Thankfully, I saw one of my good friends who also happens to work in the same company as I do, Margarita, walking the hall in the opposite direction and we stopped and chat. She was also hungry and was going to eat off site and invited me to go to Chipotle. I though hey that's not a bad idea. We drove to this Chipotle to have a quick lunch. Mind you, I am always apprehensive to eat lunch outside of work because I am always worried I won't have enough time to eat and enjoy it. I also hadn't stepped foot into a Chipotle in about two years and was wondering if the service/food had changed. When we entered the line reached the entrance but the workers there took the orders and gave out the food quickly...probably was in line like 7 minutes. I got a bowl with rice, black beans, corn and steak. Omg delicious. I am a bit of a carnivore though, and I felt they could have added a bit more meat to my meal. I also had for a drink an Izze Clementine which I also hadn't had since I went to Chipotle last time...I love Izze Clementines! My friend and I sat and ate our food as we laughed and talked. The dine in area, although small, is comfortable. It was a great lunch... the meal was satisfying, the drink refreshing and the company was certainly entertaining. I am so glad I was stopped in the hallway by my friend and went to chipotle with her. My stress disappeared for a while and I was able to take on the rest of my day. read more

Oh chipotle. Time after time I have high hopes and they are dashed. Conceptually a great restaurant and the fact that you can order ahead online is a nice bonus but out of 5 times they have only actually had our order and/or had our food ready so that feature isn't really a draw anymore. The chicken tacos are ok. Nothing special. The chicken is always lukewarm at best and the tacos get soggy of you don't eat them right away. If you are taking out they are almost fall apart soggy by the time you get to them. I found the veggies in the taco had no real flavor. Need seasoning I suppose. Fair. That's about all I've got. The burrito bowl was fine as well. It was warm. The guacamole was good, fresh. Nice portion. The aluminum topper keeps things warm. Nothing special but no complaints. Prices are in what is expected. Terrible service. No one actively cleaning tables, the tables were dirty and with food. No utensils had to ask for forks and then no one bothered to refill the utensils. No guac and its 7pm. Went to pay for the food and wanted to use rewards but it was not working and the employee stood there and I had to ask her to enter it manually. do better! read more

Well I don't usually do this cause when I get a bad order I just chalk it up to employee error and give them another chance. I have been ordering from this chipotle local for over three years. I honestly didn't have any issues until I started ordering quesadillas which chipotle only let's you order online instead of in restaurant. I only order the quesadillas cause a family member only likes that specific item. She orders a cheese quesadilla with only cheese as the ingredient. The last four times I've ordered the cheese quesadillas they have been shockingly deviod of cheese. I broke apart a quesadilla and over half the thing didn't have any cheese at all. Truly a sad outcome as I now will go to a local taco shop as they make quesadillas that are tasty and full of the one and only ingredient that I want lol. This is the second time I ordered using UberEats and once again I was missing something from my order that I paid for as well as always missing the vinaigrette for the salad. I am now convinced that because of the inconvenience to return for the missing items, they are aware that most people will not go back, This is why they are not more diligent in making sure the orders are correct. When asked for more she did about half that and was annoyed that I asked for a regular sized amount. She proceeded to tell me rice is an extra cost and was charged $2.50 for rice! It's 6:00 P.M., the place closes at 10 P.M. They had no white rice, no black beans, no guacamole. They informed several customers before me they would not be making anymore black beans for the day. I have a hard time understanding how this establishment that is open for another 4 hours refuses to keep their trays stocked until closing. The best part was the "online" section of the restaurant was fully stocked and they refused to grab black beans from that side because it's for "online customers" only. Yet the online customers were waiting for their orders for at least 15-20 minutes while I sat and ate my beanless burrito. Reconsidering my visits here in the future. read more

"Chipotle is my life!" Seriously though, Chipotle is delicious. Definitely big enough portions and ingredients are always fresh. The only thing that would make it better is if they offered free chips! Always delicious and usually quick to get in and out. Ordering is fast and there's enough seating for the size of the place. On March 11, the fajita veggies and salsa were missing, and I reported it. They said no refund. We have a few claims, but every one is truthful. Not my fault they make many mistakes. The burrito bowl was nothing more than some chopped meat. It looked like dog food and had absolutely nothing else. The GrubHub driver was kind enough to go back on my behalf as I am sick. Being a popular place you can expect a long line but it is NEVER out of control. Even with long lines the service is fast. A year and a half ago I was fired from Chipotle after filing a sexual harassment investigation on manager "Darnell Ramirez" in Cutler Bay, FL chipotle. It was a daily thing I dealt with, and as a mom and a wife I got tired of being disrespected and filed the report. Few weeks later they found a way to fire me after "he was cleared" during investigation. They asked all of his peers that worked there and they sided with him (as usual) and he kept his job. HE was the one who got to fire me outside in public while I was crying. After multiple calls to the owner Chris (I forget his last name) and him giving no response, I showed up at a local chipotle where he would be...to speak to him and he said to me in front of everyone "We will not take you back because now we think youre the type to just file sexual harassment claims on men for joking"...no joke he said this to me...an owner! Once again I had another breakdown. Then he texts me to "come in for a spot at that local chipotle" and I was scared and excited...I was promised they would have hours for me, I am a mom and a job is valued. So I come in, even though my fiance was against it. Lo and behold I was only working one day a week for 5 hours. So I quit. They forced me to give up, after firing me and keeping the man that openly called me a milf, openly said "Oh but you prob have sex all night", a man that ran his fingers through my hair while I was. On the cooking line, a man who brought me in the manager office and said "Damn tiff you are too fine to be working here". A man who would openly talk about his sex life to me even though I said "not interested, Im working". Then based what happened to me (and many other women who worked there) off of a bunch of men and you g teenage girls backing him because they were afraid to lose their job if they said otherwise. This man would even let the young men on shift, cinduct the interviews of the pretty girls...if the pretty girl was deemed (their words) "fuckable and easy" they would hire them. It took me a long time to want to write this to your company, but I feel it should be known. You have made me afraid to ever file a sexual harassment on a man at a job again. You made me feel like "I shoulda just put up with it!" And that fucking sucks. Thank you Chipotle for not making women feel supported in times like these. read more

This is one of my favorite restaurants love the food... however. This is by far the worst location. Nasty attitude while they toss the food in your bowl with snappy remarks and I don't give a damn expressions. Employees FaceTiming while they re fill the condiments and customers wait patiently to fill there beverage and get the cold treatment when asked for some room to get by. All this while the manager brings his own phone on FaceTime from behind the register so the employee in front of the beverage station can say hi and have a conversation. Oh by the way that customer is still waiting to get to the beverages. Something needs to be done this is not good by any means. I will not be returning any time soon to this location. read more

As most of us already know, this place is awesome! The food taste good, its healthy for the most part, and its quick! During the week, coming home to cook after a long day and being stuck in traffic is not very likely. Chipotle provides a much better option than "fast food", which I hate! I really like the fact that they serve brown rice and the food is usually pretty fresh. The price is very reasonable and the portions are enough for two servings. The only reason I have to give 4 stars instead of 5; they often run out of items and you have to wait and the food is always cold by the time I eat it. However, neither of the two are serious enough to keep me out of here. I am so happy they opened up in my neighborhood!! read more

Went in there this evening for 3 meals, 2 needed steak but there was a delay. Asked for one with double steak but they forgot to add the extra after the wait. My son didn't hear the person behind the counter when he was ordering and she was really rude and impatient with him. They were out of lettuce and out of fajita veggies and the servers looked like they were annoyed to be having to work there, I got the sense that me making an order was inconvenient for them. When I got to the checkout I asked if we could get a free bag of chips since we didn't get lettuce or veggies but was told no, sorry we can't do that. So they charged me for something I couldn't have but wouldn't work with me to make it right. This branch has gone downhill lately, although they have rarely been known to get our mobile orders correct in the past.
