Just walked out after eating here, arrived at 2 PM , one woman was the only employee in sight, she was friendly and sort of dished up what I ordered. I was dining in and every table was dirty, the floor dirty also. The ice machine kind of worked, it delivered about equal parts water and ice. Only unsweet tea available. The food wasn't bad but everything else was very unsatisfactory. I think this will be my last visit here. read more

At day's end I purchased a 20 dollar burrito (that started at $11.25) and threw half of it away. I dislike throwing away good food. The qualifier here being the use of the word "good". We did not eat-in so cannot speak to any ambiance. Queso is so very bad- I couldn't even eat it. It didn't even taste like cheese but more like spicy flour paste. The chicken bowl is good but too expensive for what it is. My husband and I haven't eaten at a Chipotle in quite a long time because after eating there our stomachs did not fair well. We gave this Chipotle another try last night and still were not impressed. It was not very clean first off, the bar where you choose your items was a mess and low on supply. The garbage cans were overflowing. The food was not very good and stale chips. We will not be eating here again. So many workers there just standing around like there was nothing to do. The food is kind of expensive for what you get. Once again - no fajita vegetables for my "fajita burrito". It's a staple on the menu but they never seem to have the veggies. Just some lame excuse that it's a free item and it doesn't last, which is BS because I was there at 12:30, during lunch time when they should be expecting a high volume of orders and they have only been open for a couple hours. Use a little initiative and go to the grocery store and buy enough vegetables to last a whole day. You don't have that many items to keep in stock for your customers. Also, the carnitas had a huge chunk of hard fat in it. $19 for a burrito, drink, chips and guac is ridiculous. I will get my burritos at a local Mexican restaurant cheaper and better. I've been a loyal chipotle customer for over 20 years with most of my experience in Arizona and California. Was so thrilled to have one in my local area. I've been there three times. And all three experiences were the worst I've ever had at chipotle in 20 years. Stale chips all 3 times, Inefficient service line, trash cans and condiment area not clean, I'm giving a one star simply because the burrito bowl, meat, rice, etc. was still at least acceptable. No one appears to be in charge, though I'm sure there's a shift manager... But whoever this new franchisee is should be reprimanded by corporate or chipotle corporate should take over the store. The rudest staff I have every encountered at a Chipotle. They were indifferent. Didn't acknowledge any guests coming in or leaving. The bowl size was ridiculously small. Asked for a large piece of fatty barbacoa to not be put in my bowl. Worked said, " it's what we have!" and put it in anyway. Restaurant was filthy! Every table was dirty. Floors were dirty & sticky. me and boyfriend went in there today around 4:30 today after doing some shopping, I am pregnant and all I wanted was a salad. walking in the it was completely empty there was workers sitting in the lobby. the lady taking out order seemed angry we walked in I asked for a salad and she rolled her eyes told me they didn't have salad lettuce and I said that fine I'll take the shredded lettuce she rolled her eyes again, she was mumbling the whole time so I then ask if they were having a bad day today no one acknowledge me finally she finished my salad and ask if I could get some sour cream on the side she then says "I guess". my boyfriend orders and she's mumbling and grumbling once again he asks her if a certain chicken was spicy and she rolled her eyes and goes "a little" all aggravated and shrugged her shoulder. my boyfriend asks for two vinaigrettes for my salad she tells me their out so I just get ranch. the lobby was disgusting, utensil slots had food all in them and all the hot sauce bottles had sauce and food on them, non of the tables were wiped down. they started talking about us because we were going to eat in the lobby. overall absolutely terrible place I would never go back. read more

After pushing back the opening date the first time you would think they would be more prepared to push it back a second time. Maybe post it somewhere or tell people when you're expecting to open. But no on January 5th you're just telling people "not open" and getting mad when they ask why.
