Food was terrible. Not enough cheese on a quesadilla to even meld the two sides together which prevented picking up a slice to dip and eat.

Food and service are fine. Not great but fine. It's Moe's so I don't expect much. I'm leaving 2 stars because every single time I come here, mind you I'm here roughly once a week or so, they allow a gentleman to sit right in front of the door asking for money. I have no issue with homeless folks nor do I not have pity. I still don't want to be borderline harassed for not having a dollar on me when I'm just trying to get a burrito. Hopefully the fella can find his way and get back on his feet but again, it makes me not want to go to this location. read more

Visited this location several times and never had any problems. Location is clean and the workers are always so nice. Very attentive. The line generally moves pretty quickly and they always have what I'm looking for. Stop by and try their queso, it's so good! read more

Not even worth one stat- shoved my order off onto a punk Dasher that threw my food at the door. The bowl was trashed, chips were open, guacamole, salsa, and queso were missing. Do better Moe's and DoorDash- and no one wants to take the blame here. $30 wasted and in the trash now. read more

DeliciousI do wish they had delivery service though... maybe they do but I haven't come across it. I love the flavors of the smoked and BBQ spices & sauces used on the different meats offered. Their BBQ chicken is wonderful and I love the sides: BBQ beans, mac & cheese, Cole slaw, and corn bread all delicious I highly recommend. This Moe's in Daphne is the absolute WORST. I love the one in Spanish fort, the food and service is always awesome, but I live super close to the one in Daphne, so I try my best to avoid it, but my kids always ask for it.. 1st - I had a problem with my food about two months ago, they didn't even fold the aluminum foil around my quesadilla, so it was just all in pieces in my bag, also ( I did order close to 8, ) but in my opinion do not sell anything that you know has been sitting there all day, I ordered the three taco meal with it also, and the beef was spoiled, it had the most awful taste, I've never tasted anything that bad.. so my children's dinner was trashed that night, well I put in a review for the managers (not on a public site) and there response was "Sorry to hear that" nothing else... I'm a manager my self, and the guest could cuss me out and I would still kiss their feet. I mean the guest to your work place is what keeps you in business and keeps you having a check so I've always been thankful for all guest, including the rude, and unpleasant ones. I am not one of those, this is my first review I've ever wrote about an establishment, and because I want to warn everyone to not waste their time or money!!! Okay a couple of days before Christmas, my daughter wanted Moe's and we were in the Spanish fort area so we went to that one, everything was perfect! Like always! Well I bought the gift cards for there Christmas promo that was spend $30 get 3 $5 gift cards.. I've tried using them atleast 4 times since then and every time the employee can't seem to figure out how to add the gift cards with the letters instead of numbers. Which is fine, the past times I just paid and said I would use it another time, well tonight I noticed that the gift cards actually expire in a few days which is crazy because if you paid for them why would they expire? Which leads me to my visit tonight - i arrive at 8:10pm, on a Wednesday night that there hours are open until 9pm I was asking my two year old what he wanted, but there were no employees behind the counter, just one sitting on a bucket in the back, holding her hand over her mouth reading her phone.. most of been super important to not acknowledge a guest for 7-10 minutes I finally asked if someone was there to help me... and she strolled behind the counter with a smug face, and just looked at me dumb until I start spitting out my order... they had no queso out, almost everything was either empty or put up for the night, I could understand 10 minutes to close, but not when your still serving for a hour. So once again I tried using the gift cards I bought and the young gentleman tried to help me, but asked the same girl with the smug face for help, and then she ended up taking over cashing me out, well instead of even attempting to help with the gift cards she just kept telling me to call them.. like who is them? lol. I asked if she knew the number, no. Had corporates number? No. If she could look it up? No. If it was posted on a wall anywhere in there, No. So the young guy pulled out his phone like he was trying to get the information for me, and she told him, "no don't do that" like WHY?!!! why not help a customer that bought gift cards from your establishment? I feel deeply for whoever owns this place, because if shes the one running the show it's not going to be a show much longer. Needs new management ASAP. read more

Employees were nice and the food was good. The dining room and salad bar where both clean when I just went at 11:45. Got my order to go and they were balancing to go orders - efficient. 10/10 recommend the Daphne Location. read more

If I could give zero I would. The manager was pretty good but the other two employees were awful. The foods barely edible. The chips are stale. The customer service was not great. The cleaning wasnt great and I didn't even get all of what I paid for. Was missing queso and order was messed up. If you're the owner/ manager and you see this FIX YOUR STORE. Their hair was dangling all over the food and they weren't wearing their uniforms. Couldn't even wear their hats right. FIX IT read more

Moe's in Daphne, Alabama is probably one of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever been to. It is practically unbearable to go there... And I don't any longer. There are common areas where you get drinks and salsa are always filthy. The mowers in Spanish Fort is somewhat better, but not much. I recommend you try Taco Mama's in Daphne as an alternative. read more

I visited this Moe's 2/17/20 as always it was very clean the employees was very friendly and eager to serve u . The only complaint is that some of their fixing was a bit dry in appearance this was around 4:30/. 5:00 pm . Other than that everything was great . I really enjoy Moe's and will b back . read more

This Moe's is like every other Moe's. They yell welcome to moes when you walk in, you pick what you want from their colorful menu board and pick your toppings as you go down the line. We like Moe's, it's fast, easy, fair priced... service was nice. I like the salsa bar and their sweet tea. I had the home wrecker burrito, it was good. Probably would ask for less beans. My BF got some special with a green sauce. Can't remember what it was but tasty. I just wish they would press their burritos to give it that something extra and make it hotter...more fresh. I've been to the Moe's in Spanish fort, which I like because of the one employee who sings, "Welcome to Moe's", but they were dirty and the food wasn't as fresh as it should be. This Moe's was really good, they were very clean and super nice. They even offered me more chips if I wanted more. Definitely coming back to this one. Moe's food is outstanding. But, the Moe's in Spanish fort is filthy. We try about twice per year in hopes it's changed but as of last week it had not. Food and trash on floors, dirty tables and over flowing trash cans are the norm. The hollering "welcome to Moe's" gets annoying, especially when the person should be cleaning instead. read more
