Employees were nice and the food was good. The dining room and salad bar where both clean when I just went at 11:45. Got my order to go and they were balancing to go orders - efficient. 10/10 recommend the Daphne Location.

Food was terrible. Not enough cheese on a quesadilla to even meld the two sides together which prevented picking up a slice to dip and eat.

Upon arriving we noticed the big parking lot, good location, and when we walked in we were greeted immediately. Inside was nicely decorated, dimly lit, and clean. We promptly got sat on a Sunday afternoon, and quickly got served water, got our drink orders, and food orders put in. The brunch menu is from 12-3, with mimosas and bloody Maria's. The bloody was really nice - could tell it had tequila! Old fashion was nice not overly Smokey. Onto the food, the tamales were some of the best I've had. They were HUGE. They came with birria, great consume, flavorful poblano rice, delicious poblano and corn cream (something of that nature) was so creamy and was GREAT. I couldn't believe how hot and fresh everything was. It was some of the best Mexican I've had. My husband enjoyed his chicken as well - it was tender and juicy, good char on the pineapple too. The portions were huge and we didn't eat it all. Good thing we didn't, the chef gave us complimentary dessert (ice cream because we're gluten free)! It was our first time and we'd love to go back. Everything looked and sounded great. Good margarita options, the flight was ordered by the table next to us! The overall cost for us two, although not the worst, but definitely not a cheap brunch was $110 with tip. Hot sauce was $2.50 on the side. A nice treat with friendly staff and good food, but not if you're looking to save some money.

The ambiance absolutely lived up to the hype. It's beautiful, upscale, and has a very romantic atmosphere that makes it feel special from the moment you walk in. We ordered the Maui tacos and the carnitas tacos. Both were delicious, generously portioned, and filling enough that I ended up bringing one taco home. The food was fresh and flavorful, although my taste buds lean more toward the bold Sonoran-style flavors I grew up enjoying. The salsa was sweeter than I expected, and the chips were made from tostada shells rather than traditional tortilla chips, which felt a little unusual and wasn't my favorite. At around $22 per taco plate, it felt a bit pricey for an early afternoon meal, but the portions were generous and we certainly didn't leave hungry. The highlight of the evening was the birthday surprise. Our waitress coordinated a birthday ice cream dessert complete with a sparkler and singing. She completely caught my husband off guard and helped make his birthday celebration extra memorable. For the atmosphere and special experience alone, Tulum is worth a visit.

Our waitress blamed the kitchen for every mishap. One mistake, ok two mistakes and more, not buying it. We tried ordering drinks but our waitress had no idea what kind of wine they sold so she had to go check. When she returned we ordered drinks and when the drinks showed up we ordered the small beef and cheese dip, they also brought chips and salsa that was very tasty. She ordered a fahita steak quesadilla, she said it was very salty and average at best. I had the enchilada supreme with no sour cream, I was very clear and even said it twice. Our meals showed up before our "starter" beef and cheese dip. Mine had sourcream on it so I asked them to fix it as ordered. Next the dip showed up and the cheese had a thick skin over top of the cheese, it too was average. My enchilada showed up and it appeared they scraped off the sour cream and re applied the lettuce, etc. The problem is by then, the enchiladas were not very hot and the fries were soggy, luke warm and not crispy. The manager did come over and asked about our meal, I replied it was just ok, that was as nice as I could be. He offered to make it good on our next visit, I told him not to do so, he said he could fix it, but our meal was over at this point. We will likely try other mexican restaurants in the area before we attempt to come back to give them another chance. On any day a restaurant can fail.

I didn't have it , but I felt it was necessary to mention. Onto this corn appetizer- it was nonsense- a piece of corn sitting in corn with mayo- there is no toasted quality to it whatever- the idea is there, but the execution was poor. Now on to the main disappointment- the chicken fajitas . They get their chicken the same place The Chinese restaurant gets their chicken and then they just throw it into a pan with peppers and onions, and a tomato, it was absolutely terrible. Completely uneditable and made my stomach hurt, sitting there, looking at it. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she said, we just make it like that.. we just make it like that, how nice. She definitely saw the plate sitting on the table when I asked for the check and then I had had the nerve to ask if I wanted togo boxes. Classic corporate training at its best.. The two honorable mentions were the fact that they decided to mop the floor with bleach in the booth right next to us and it's obvious that you just don't do that. Anybody running a decent restaurant would know that you don't throw bleach all over the floor when people are eating right next to it, regardless of what the cleaning needs are. Runner up was the staff sitting in the booth across from us, talking extremely loud. Just avoid with all costs.

After our last adventure at El Compost Pile on Schillinger we went back to the trusty local in Tillmans Corner. What a GREAT DECISION. Crowded as possible on a Friday night, might have been the blessing here. Food was fresh and hot, but I am getting ahead of myself. Seated quickly and greeted by Fred, a hero in the food service industry. He was very patient with us and our off the path ordering style and questions tonight. Let us know that the kitchen was running a little behind and our order was behind a table of what appeared to be 20 people. Well Fred's calculation was off, we were served very quickly, as Lil Pug pointed out, he set the bar lower than expected and left us feeling special. Food, drinks, appetizer cheese dip, everything was great. Fred was a superstar and made us feel glad to be there, very personable and attentive. I sound like a fanboy, maybe I am now, who knows. Not often I drop close to a hundred for 3 meals (plus tip) and feel like the experience was justified, but the service tonight was worth it all. Not sure what's going on in Tillmans Corner lately, but the service we have been getting in the area is crazy good. Will we return? Hell yes, and will ask for Fred. If he isn't working it won't be a deal breaker, but if he is working I will not miss the chance to experience his care. I sure hope the Manager takes a moment to let him know how we appreciate his service and he is a complete asset to this spot. Ya'll keep him happy so he stays. Please.

We selected this spot because it's located across the street from the hotel we reserved and when we got out of our car the smell of the food was good. We went in and they kindly greeted us and said it we will be seated in about 30 minutes. We accepted and greatly was seated in 10 minutes, that was the good part. We walked to the table and I saw a guest with a plate of fajita and noticed it looked bland. They gave tortilla chips and salsa, the chips had no salt and the salsa was very mushy with no taste. I ordered Birria tacos, no season. The dipping sauce is very watery taste. It came with beans that had a very improper season. The enchiladas and other orders my family had was flavorless, low quality of ingredients, guacamole was too mushy. Someone dropped a plate that crashed on the floor. It took the waitress around 10 minutes to bring our tickets to pay. Waitress didn't check in on us. We had to wait for more water.

Not quite Margarita time for me, but I spotted a really fun full bar and an extensive menu of specialty drinks and bar food specials. The menu looked really nice and while I was gonna go for the street tacos, We opted for the limited Lunch Menu at the last minute. (served until 3) The lunch menu had something for everyone. I gorge out on the complimentary chips and salsa but my son chose to order the "large" queso which is definitely enough for 4 people... wow! what a portion. The salsa came in cute little carafe and was very mild for any latino tongue, but I loved it. Son ordered the quesadilla and I the loco burrito. Plenty of food, I really enjoyed mine which was accompanied by pico and guacamole salad. Son slathered his with more of the queso and we both requested boxes to go. The surroundings and staff were very pleasant. Perhaps I'll pop over for a margarita later, I saw a jalapeño one that might just do the trick.
