I go here all the time, chipotle is my absolute favorite. This chipotle gives decent portions, not the best, but you can ask for more but sometimes they seem irritated when they have to give you more. The service/staff though...not the best, can seem very annoyed and irritated, they seem like they hate their jobs here. Ordered a burrito bowl though the mobile app like I normally do at other locations. I probably should have checked the reviews for this one before coming here. The positives are that my order was ready when promised and they included a fork. I can't really just them on anything other than the food because I had no interactions with any employees since my order was at the pick up location. As for the food I was not a fan. Not what I have come to expect from Chipotle. I had a simple burrito bowl. The rice in it was one huge clump. They barely put any chicken in it. Everything was rather cold and flavorless. I had a side order of tortilla chips. They were burnt. Overall it a good experience and I see why every warns to steer clear of this location. I normally devour a burrito bowl pretty quickly but this one I got halfway through it before just chucking it into the trash. read more

I had a very frustrating experience at this Chipotle location. When I went to pay, I told the cashier I was redeeming a free fountain drink reward, and she said that was fine. I scanned it, paid, and then she told me I still owed $2. I was confused, but I scanned again and paid because I didn't want to hold up the line. After she gave me my receipt, I asked for my drink, and she told me I never redeemed anything, even though I clearly did. Later, I checked my bank account and saw I had been charged the full amount, including the extra $2, and my receipt didn't explain it at all. I went back to ask about it, and the cashier immediately had an attitude, rolled her eyes, and talked to me in a rude tone. I also brought up the drink issue again, and she continued to act like I was wrong. A manager stepped in, but she also rolled her eyes and told me the $2 was for chips--chips I never ordered or received. I never mentioned chips at any point, so I don't know why they were added to my total. Overall, the customer service was extremely unprofessional. Both employees were rude, dismissive, and acted like helping me was a problem. This isn't the first time I've had issues at this location; the service, accuracy, and even the cleanliness are consistently bad. This store really needs stronger customer service training and better management, because the way customers are treated here is unacceptable. read more

I picked up a catering order, and they carelessly tossed the food containers in the box, causing it to leak all over my car. The portions were incorrect, and they forgot the lettuce and other sides. I've stopped here a few times, and I always seem to regret it. Portions sizes are small even by the new Chipotle standards. Service is abysmal and ranges from disinterested to just plain rude. We've been going to this chipotle for years - ordering the same thing without any issues. We ordered tacos, but with the tortillas in a separate foil because we don't want the shells getting soggy. The attached photo is the Chipotle worker who consistently and quite rudely gave us a hard time when we tried to order the tortillas on the side. We asked to speak to a manager. She told us that she was the manager. We then asked another employee to help. The other employee spoke with her briefly and convinced her to go ahead and fulfill our order the way we asked her to. She then gave us only a tiny amount of meat for the 3 tacos!! She basically told us that this is the amount we were getting and refused to add more meat. We were not asking for anything for free!! We just wanted the taco tortilla separate and we were willing to pay extra. We always order tacos that way (with the tortillas in separate foil). I don't understand why she was being a "gate-keeper" and giving us such a hard time. We walked out and went over to Qdoba and ate there. They are more flexible there and put the paying customers first. We will not be going back to this Chipotle location. read more

Expect to wait at least 20 minutes past when your order should be ready... and you can see the bags sitting behind the counter but no one ever acknowledges your presence so you can't ask on the status of your already very late order. Every damn time. Spoiler alert: order was wrong Second chance visit Update: despite hesitations to visiting this location, I did it again... and these are "steak" tacos. Had to dig real deep to find the steak. There was enough steak in 3 tacos to maybe make one whole legitimate taco. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! The smoked brisket has the texture of wood chips. no, i'm not exaggerating. I quite literally, couldn't finish my burrito due to the twig-like texture of the smoked brisket that I COULD NOT CHEW AT ALL. And this isn't the only the only bad experience I've had at this location. They skimp insanely hard on the protein. In past visits they had run out of certain things like sour cream, lettuce, vinaigrette, both rices (YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT FOLKS!!!) CHICKEN (AH IT GETS WORSE!!! She asked for extra corn since she gets nothing much else. They charged her $1.50, that is ridiculous!!! There was very little chicken in her bowl, and the bowl amounted to nothing at all. $10 for a small spoon full of chicken, small amount of cheese and corn. First encounter, the employee working there was RUDE and locked there doors 40 mins earlier then closing, when I got inside they said sorry we're not taking orders, I asked why.. because they still had 40 mins to close .. he said because it isn't busy.. then a few weeks ago, I said let me give this place one more shot, of course ... hair in my food. The BEST (if you want to experience the worst customer service)! When I checked my receipt I saw that they charged me twice for a burrito bowl. Luckily, I caught the error when I was still in the parking lot, so I went back inside for a refund and explained to the cashier of the mistake. First, I let the cashier rummage around the small paper bag to verify that I had but a singular, sad bowl. Alas, my vindication was short-lived as I had the pleasure of encountering the manager (or whoever it was that had the bedraggled countenance of someone who hates her job but also has an iota of authority to issue the refund). It was staring to get busy, so the manager felt the need to unleash her ire on me, as if I caused the issue. Let me tell ya, it was a real treat to be yelled at in front of a captive audience of hangry customers waiting for their gristly burritos and gloppy tacos. She screamed at me to tap my credit card on the screen. Now, I don't know about you, but I'm not used to getting screamed at on my lunch break. So, I was a little flustered and accidentally dropped my credit card back into my cavernous purse. As I was scrambling to find it again, she yelled at me to hurry up and use any credit card I could find. Wow, thanks for the helpful tip! On a side note, I find that being yelled at truly calms the nerves and is so helpful in tense situations! It also helps charge up your nervous system, and I hope you get to experience it here at this lovely establishment. The employees here will ensure you get the whole humiliating experience! In the end, I'll have to keep en eye on my account to see if the refund went through, so that's fun. Stopped in on this past Tuesday. Ordered a bowl and when she served the fajitas, the portion was so tiny I asked for a little more. This location tried to charge my fiancé and I for salad dressing and I got a salad???? I have been a superfan of chipotle for over 10 years and at other Chipotle locations I've NEVER been charged for a salad dressing even if I didn't order a salad and just had a bowl. I'm not sure if this is a made up rule by this location or if it's a corporate rule but I just went to another chipotle restaurant a few days ago and didn't have this issue.
