I had to take a moment to share an experience that truly stood out during our visit to Chipotle today. Our outing took an unexpected turn when our baby suddenly got sick, and what could have been a stressful situation was completely turned around thanks to Anne, the manager on duty. She went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only was she incredibly attentive, but she also came over multiple times to check on us and make sure everything was okay. Seeing that our original meal was too spicy for our situation, Anne thoughtfully offered a simple alternative--a plain rice and quesadilla--which was exactly what we needed. It wasn't just about the food; it was her genuine care and compassion that made all the difference. I've never been to this location before, but experiencing a team member who truly cares about customers at this level is extremely rare. Anne exemplifies what great service should look like. When this location first opened it was great. Then I started getting soggy burrito bowls and inconsistent portions so I stopped going. Today I didn't want to drive 5 miles and really wanted chipotle so I thought I would give them another try after a year since they are a quarter mile from my home. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! Young brown haired young lady started my order burrito bowl looked okay if very light on the chicken. Then she started my three tacos. Very inconsistent on the chicken in each taco. The third taco had three pieces of chicken so I asked her to put a little more like the other tacos. Let me say this when the tacos were moving on to toppings there were THREE tacos. What a DECEITFUL DISHONEST BAD EMPLOYEE. I went to the cashier and I was trying to find my app so I didn't see the employee add the toppings. When I got home and my friend opened her tacos there were ONLY TWO TACOS!!!! One taco had two tortillas. Tried calling to talk to someone about it and I was hung up on after I asked for a manager and when I went to call back it just rang. I get it you are working fast food and maybe you don't like your job but seriously this was not an honest mistake. You CHOSE to be deceitful. Horrible business when an employee does this because you lose a customer. If you lose enough customers then you lose your job. Worst experience today at this location. Waited in line for 20 minutes. There was at least a crew of 7 and there was only one person making food on the line. One. Once we finally get to order I was told there was NO CHEESE. I was told there wouldn't be cheese for twenty minutes. Annie is the best she helped me and my family greatly when we aren't able to always go out, we chose good ole classic Chipotle. She helped when we had some problems constantly trying to help us, offering us plain food to help with an upset tummy, and constant care. Great location! The food was super fresh and delicious, and the customer service was awesome. A tall young man I believe named Mathew helped prepare my order and was super friendly and accommodating. The other staff were also really nice with good attitudes. Guacamole still suffering after all these years. Skip the guacamole if you're expecting bright green. I did a review seven years ago and it's still the same color - almost black. I took a fork and dipped into it to see if maybe it was just the top - nope - it's all dark. I would say it's time for an update! My hubby and I stopped in for burrito bowls, because it is my #1 pregnancy craving! Let's be honest, not only during pregnancy lol! I ordered the Burrito Bowl with carnitas, white rice, black beans, fajita veggies, cheese, guacamole, a little sour cream, roasted chili-corn salsa, fresh tomato salsa and romaine lettuce. It was an amazing combination that deserves 5/5 stars, I would highly recommend ordering my go-to!! We also tried most of the flavors of their Organic drinks and would personally recommend the addicting, oh so flavorful Organic Watermelon Limeade(not pictured)! This Chipotle has an amazing staff that always serves me with a smile even when handling extremely high amounts of in store customers and online orders. I come here about 2 times a week. Today I came in on April 14th at 9:30pm and saw two female employees that always give me top quality customer service with a smile. I couldn't help but hear one of them needed a break and I asked about it and learned that someone called in sick and someone else quit even though they were scheduled. These women are warriors and had a positive attitude despite incredibly difficult circumstances. I hope upper management reads this and gives them the compensation they deserve. If you have to do the work of absent workers then you should be paid extra for the extra work. It would be a huge detriment to lose these quality workers because they are who run this store with class at night. Also even though they were understaffed the burrito was delicious. read more

My burrito was pretty average and consistent with chipotle quality but my visit was overall more bad than good. My least favorite thing is hearing managers berate employees in front of customers and other staff. Not only is most company policy outlined to keep internal communication private but there is also protection against being bullied in the workplace. This manager was picking on the new girl and all the employees just stood there clearly because if they stood up for her they would be his next target. He then proceeded to spend the next thirty minutes in a "supervisors meeting" talking about all the workers and how good or bad they are doing loud enough for the whole block to hear. The employees here are so hard working and the service is consistent and efficient. Best Chipotle in the area, my wife and I prefer this location over any other ! Some of the OG employees are gone, but any new folks who come in are trained well and remember their regulars :) I will say, when the regional manager/bigwig is visiting the location, it is SO tense inside the building and you can feel that the staff are uncomfortable. The young lady on the food line admitted she was new at making burritos and struggled to close them after putting too much ingredients on the tortilla. Despite telling her to be careful- she repeated the same mistake and was unable to close the second burrito. One of her coworkers had to finish wrapping both of them. I would give zero stars if I could. Not to the employees but to the company. I placed an order on Uber eats and thanks to a mistake I didn't realize until submitting my order, I had added an item I am allergic to in my bowl. No matter, I've had something like that happen before and I would call the restaurant directly and ask the employee to omit the ingredient. It's never been an issue until ordering from Chipotle. Got on the phone and had an AI woman answer. No worries, I just asked to speak to a team member. The AI bot REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK TO AN EMPLOYEE! I tried four times and even tried to speak to a manager and all I got was the bot telling me that I will receive an email so I could speak to someone on the corporate customer support team. That is not what I needed in that moment. By the time I had all but given up, my order was at my door and, of course, my bowl was laced with the ingredient I am allergic to. And no, it's not something I can just pick out and be fine. I have always enjoyed chipotle but this seems like a corporate greed decision and all it is doing is preventing guests from receiving good service. It was even funnier when I complained online to corporate and I received a terribly obvious AI written message about how they were sorry but couldn't help me since I ordered third party. This was not a third party issue and I didn't even want compensation. The fact that they don't even want to listen is absurd. Honestly this company is going down the trash and now I am ready to call it quits on them. Horrendous approach to customer service and it's not even the fault of the staff. I'm always disappointed in the food at this location. I prefer the sunrise location, but since COVID I use doordash and I don't get a choice in location. The meat is chewy and flavorless. The load you up on rice, like over 3/4's of the bowl or burrito is rice. Just disappointed for how much money it costs to eat here. read more

I ordered lunch from the app today and had to leave a review. First, I have to say I had to wait more then 10 minutes longer for my order then the app quoted and it was a little frustrating watching all of the people that were there when I got there leave with their orders. On top of that, several people that arrived after me, also left with their food. But that being said, the reason for leaving the review was because every single employee completely impressed. They were working under the pressure of a growing line and a huge amount of door dash and takeout orders. You can tell they are understaffed for that kind of volume. Ended up getting a BOGO to buy one get one free, ordered up two burritos through the app for pickup right when they opened. Everything was very quick we ended up arriving a few minutes before the order time and everything was ready to go. we ordered chicken and steak burritos with everything that comes standard on them. But when we got our TOGO burrito bowls, brought them home and opened them...and they were less than halfway full, I was like OH HECK NO. Where to begin? To get the obvious out of the way, the staff at this location are unfriendly and unhelpful at best, completely indifferent and inept at worst (and they're usually at their worst). Been going to the Fair Oaks Chipotle for two years and they just keep lowering the bar. I can't count the number of times that items have been out. Portions are regularly miniscule, and heaven forbid if you ask for a bit more of their meat that appears to have been overcooked and hacked up with chainsaws. To say this location doesn't care about quality or satisfying their customers is an understatement. All would be wise to spend their money at one of the many fantastic local taquerias. At least the staff won't make you feel stupid for coming in, and a $9 burrito looks and tastes like it's worth every penny. I'll leave with one plus, the chips weren't soggy and inedible today. read more

I can echo some other reviews. They are regularly out of food items. We went for dinner at 6 pm and they had no black beans or fajita veggies. On other visits they have been out of different meats.
