I love the experience of finding terrific food in totally unexpected places. So, in my constant search for the next great smashburger, finding one in an Asian food court, of all places, was definitely a surprise. And while the wings are also excellent (I didn't try any of the other offerings), it is the smashburger that I highly recommend, and for which I am adding my 5-star rating. Finding TTB was a bit of an adventure. There is no visible signage from the parking lot. You enter from the parking lot under a sign that reads "SF Super Market". Then you walk toward the supermarket ahead, but turn left to go under the sign that says Saigon Street Food Court. And then you need to locate the TTB counter inside. And for this smashburger fan, the journey was definitely worth it. The smashburger patties are large, with the requisite crispy edges, yet juicy and beefy in the middle. And even with all that goodness inside the bun, the bun itself remains perfectly intact. It is a giant, yet easily navigable sandwich, and it is delicious. Just the right amount of melted cheese and condiments, everything fresh-tasting. We also tried the onion rings (perfectly crispy) and the wings (with a crunchy coating over juicy, tasty chicken). The fries were a bit thicker than I like, as I am a shoestring-fries fan. But they had a bit of crunch on the outside and were soft on the inside. The chef/owner, Young, took our order, went back inside the kitchen, and then brought everything out to our table. He is a terrific guy, and so pleasant to interact with. With eight or so restaurants in the food court, there are plenty of tables and chairs for eating inside. The whole burger experience was comfortable, and I definitely look forward to returning. All of Young's offerings are fairly priced, and as should be obvious, I highly recommend TTB for an outstanding smashburger experience.
This place honestly surprised me in the best way. For a burger spot, it really delivered. Ordering is completely self serve on the screen to the left, so you don't really interact with anyone here. The only time you actually talk to someone is when they hand you your order. The process was quick and easy, and they have a solid menu with a lot of options to choose from. We ordered the Hangover burger, and it was massive, super juicy, and cooked perfectly. Definitely the kind of burger you need extra napkins for. The sides and extras were just as impressive. The mushroom bites were super delicious, especially dipped in the ranch, and the jumbo chili dog was fully loaded and very flavorful. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the K-style wings were a standout because it was super juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. Everything tasted fresh and well made. It is a little on the pricier side, but considering the portion sizes and how good the food was, it felt worth it. Overall, this spot exceeded expectations, and I'd definitely come back again when I'm in the mood for a satisfying burger and comfort food that delivers.
I didn't know that I needed a korean style breakfast sandwich in my life. Umm and this place delivered! Whoa. This place is located in the food court of SF supermarket. They have kiosks to order the food. Plenty of seating in the food Court as well as bathrooms. Everything looks new and clean. Comfortable environment. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches. The sandwiches looked so good we almost didn't want to eat them haha. The Seoul morning sandwich was incredible. A lot of flavors going on. We got it with bacon. But there's so many flavors happening. You could just order it without any meat and it would still be delicious. The Korean egg drop sandwich was mouthwatering as well. Totally different from the Seoul sandwich. We got it with sausage. Scrumptious. The eggs were fluffy and the sandwich was made to perfection. To be honest. I think these could be some of the best breakfast sandwiches in the city. Just incredible. The service was good. They were very busy other orders. Staff is extremely friendly and gave me a tip for a burger I should try next time. If the burgers taste as good as the breakfast then I'm in for a treat. They also have wings and tenders. This is a must try spot.
The food was solid and the portions generous. I wish I could give a 3.5 rating because I'll definitely be back. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat at this little gem but it's definitely worth a stop. Food was tasty. The service was good. My sister had the Sunrise Burger and the egg on the burger was massive. My Egg Drop sandwich had wonderfully fluffy egg and the bread was soft like it should be. My son had the chili dog and unfortunately the chili went everywhere in our little to-go order. Will need to get the chili on the side next time.

The patty was smashed patty style: well seasoned and tasty. The bun was soft and fluffy. The egg in the burger was good and made it like a breakfast burger.
Grab the napkins because the Fire Crunchy Chicken burger is a saucy one! The resto is in a food court which was quite empty, and quiet - they need music to help with the space - but I chose this one because cause it was one with 3 folks who ordered before me. The gentleman at the counter engaged well with all the people. A one man show. I couldn't decide which item to get as their menu has a lot to choose from. I wanted the Hangover burger but I wasn't too hungry so opted for the Fire Crunchy Chicken burger. Two heavily coated chicken tenders, mild spice (at least for me) and was not too crunchy but still a nice bite. The coleslaw was plentiful. The combination of the chicken sauce and the slaw made it for a very messy, yet delicious combo. I ordered a side of fries and drink to help balance out the meal. Total was $20. For a unique burger, I think the price is alright. I def want to try their breakfast sandos and the other burgers.
That's the burger in the SF-Rancho Cordova Food Court. It is always the best. We've been here multiple times, and the food is always incredibly delicious. Every time, we go straight for the burgers - they're fresh, yummy, and oh-so-tasty! The presentation is lovely, showing the care that goes into each dish. This is quiet, clean, and organized. Not to mention the service is phenomenal! The staff is always friendly and kind, making us feel right at home. It's a joy to support this amazing small business, and we can't wait to come back for more. Highly recommended. COME AND TRY THE BURGER NEVER DISAPPOINT.
The flavor in this burger was unreal. It tasted so good and the meat was well done. The one strike against it is that it is so greasy. It's impossible to eat without your hands getting covered in grease so I gave in and ate it with a fork and knife. Despite the mess, it was worth it.

I would order it without the sauce next time because it made it extremely messy to eat. It was super greasy and dripping everywhereee! The sauce also made it very sweet and even after sharing half with my kid, I had a hard time finishing it. I was also disappointed with the protein selection. I would've loved a bulgogi option. If you wanna try an egg drop sando, go to Momo or whatever it's called in the Bober on EG Florin/Calvine. Hate to say it, but I do not recommend the egg drop sando, at least with the sauce on it. I ordered thru the kiosk, but you can order with a person. The little interaction I had was friendly and that alone leads me to recommend trying their other items.
The new food court at SF supermarket is usually pretty slow even during lunch hours so it's a great place to come and get food fast and fresh, that's the burger is one of the two spots I've tried here so far and blu is it delicious! I got the egg drop sandwich and although it's a bit of messy eating (use a fork trust me) it's superb in flavor and texture, the bread looks to be a milk bread that is well toasted but still soft almost like a French toast, the egg is fluffy and the sausage I got adds a much needed saltiness to the dish- the portion is generous for just the sandwich which is about 10 bucks by the way. in this economy and these egg prices, you are getting a great deal! The mozzarella sticks are good too, crunchy and melty, you can tell it's not deep fried in old overused oil! The service was super quick and nice And the ambiance of the spot is a nice clean food court not much to look at but nothing to complain about either the kitchens are nice and clean and the layout is simple
Food is Korean-American cuisine. They offer american classics like burger, hotdog, breakfast sandwich with a korean twist. They had bulgogi style burgers, with korean chicken sandwiches, as well as seoul breakfast sandwich and a egg drop sandwich. Overall there was plenty in the portion, it is pretty saucy so you could ask to lighten the sauce/ketchup a little before you get it. Pretty exciting to test it out. Pay at a screen or at counter and they will bring out your food to you. Plenty of seating the SF market food court
For a windowless food court burger place in an Asian grocery store, this place is great! 1. I loved the K-pop burger with tender beef bulgogi topping. Juicy and delicious. 2. My daughter had the OG burger and she thought it was pretty good. It is worth mentioning that some of the other places in the food court are excellent, too, so if you come with friends, everybody can pick what they like and have some pretty good choices. One criticism would be the wood tables and chairs. Tables stripped of varnished and stained fabric chairs.... Not appealing for a relatively new place. Just a bad choice of furniture. read more

Okay, first off.....wow! I was literally blown away by how good this sandwich was...it was savory, sweet and a bit tangy. For $10.50, my daughter and I were stuffed off of each having a half. Service was quick and friendly. Will try the egg drop sandwich next! read more

Oh HELL YEAH! i literally just got in my car, and i had to take pics and report to Ya'll. Honey, I just arrived in Flavor Town! This is the BEST burger I have ever had. Point blank, PERIOD! The flavor is insane and like nothing I have ever tasted. I was just about to go to another burger joint and I am so glad I made detour. I will be back to this spot. Trust me. Located in the Saigon street Food Court, my mom and I came and tried something from each place. I was most interested in this place because of their Korean breakfast sandwiches. We got the sausage and egg and OMG it's so good. Who would have thought of putting sweetened condensed milk on a breakfast sandwich? The eggs were perfectly cooked and probably the best eggs I've ever had at a restaurant. Be sure to eat it quick or it will get soggy. I might ask for a little less milk drizzled next time so it doesn't get soggy. The service was good and the staff was friendly. Will definitely be back. read more
The owner was so friendly! I didn't know they opened at 10:30 am, but he was generous enough to let me order. I had the OG Classic Burger and the Korean Egg Drop Sandwich (with your choice of bacon, sausage, or ham, egg, American cheese, and sweetened condensed milk). Decided to try this sandwich shop in the SF Supermarket Plaza and was very impressed! The service was great and they were very attentive in even bringing the food to our table. There are many great options and I decided to try the Egg Drop and Breakfast sandwiches. My personal favorite was the Egg Drop sandwich and I would definitely come back here again to try the other items! read more

Had the Korean Egg drop sandwich with bacon and sausage. It was delicious. The light sauce they put on top is a bit sweet and balances the taste well. There was no one there so service was really quick and staff was nice for the little interaction we had. There is a large sitting area within the food court. Plenty room for a whole family. With there being many food options to choose from everyone can get something different. Super fresh , I'll definitely be returning to try other items. read more

We've visited this place multiple times and it's been consistently good. We recently had the Korean egg drop sandwich with all meat and it was delicious!! Highly recommend taking the time to enjoy this place in the food court. read more

Not an easy place to find. It's the food court at the new SF supermarket at that address. FIND IT, it's worth it. I ordered the K-Pop Burger which Korean marinated beef with cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayo and ketchup. Wow fantastic flavor. The burger was a good size and bread was a nice complement to marinade. I also had the sweet potato fries which were enjoyable. I am anxiously waiting for a chance to go back. read more
