I love the experience of finding terrific food in totally unexpected places. So, in my constant search for the next great smashburger, finding one in an Asian food court, of all places, was definitely a surprise. And while the wings are also excellent (I didn't try any of the other offerings), it is the smashburger that I highly recommend, and for which I am adding my 5-star rating. Finding TTB was a bit of an adventure. There is no visible signage from the parking lot. You enter from the parking lot under a sign that reads "SF Super Market". Then you walk toward the supermarket ahead, but turn left to go under the sign that says Saigon Street Food Court. And then you need to locate the TTB counter inside. And for this smashburger fan, the journey was definitely worth it. The smashburger patties are large, with the requisite crispy edges, yet juicy and beefy in the middle. And even with all that goodness inside the bun, the bun itself remains perfectly intact. It is a giant, yet easily navigable sandwich, and it is delicious. Just the right amount of melted cheese and condiments, everything fresh-tasting. We also tried the onion rings (perfectly crispy) and the wings (with a crunchy coating over juicy, tasty chicken). The fries were a bit thicker than I like, as I am a shoestring-fries fan. But they had a bit of crunch on the outside and were soft on the inside. The chef/owner, Young, took our order, went back inside the kitchen, and then brought everything out to our table. He is a terrific guy, and so pleasant to interact with. With eight or so restaurants in the food court, there are plenty of tables and chairs for eating inside. The whole burger experience was comfortable, and I definitely look forward to returning. All of Young's offerings are fairly priced, and as should be obvious, I highly recommend TTB for an outstanding smashburger experience. read more

They have kiosks to order the food. Plenty of seating in the food Court as well as bathrooms. Everything looks new and clean. Comfortable environment. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches. The sandwiches looked so good we almost didn't want to eat them haha. The Seoul morning sandwich was incredible. A lot of flavors going on. We got it with bacon. But there's so many flavors happening. You could just order it without any meat and it would still be delicious. The Korean egg drop sandwich was mouthwatering as well. Totally different from the Seoul sandwich. We got it with sausage. Scrumptious. The eggs were fluffy and the sandwich was made to perfection. To be honest. This place honestly surprised me in the best way. For a burger spot, it really delivered. Ordering is completely self serve on the screen to the left, so you don't really interact with anyone here. The only time you actually talk to someone is when they hand you your order. The process was quick and easy, and they have a solid menu with a lot of options to choose from. The resto is in a food court which was quite empty, and quiet - they need music to help with the space - but I chose this one because cause it was one with 3 folks who ordered before me. The gentleman at the counter engaged well with all the people. A one man show. I couldn't decide which item to get as their menu has a lot to choose from. I wanted the Hangover burger but I wasn't too hungry so opted for the Fire Crunchy Chicken burger. Two heavily coated chicken tenders, mild spice (at least for me) and was not too crunchy but still a nice bite. The coleslaw was plentiful. The new food court at SF supermarket is usually pretty slow even during lunch hours so it's a great place to come and get food fast and fresh, that's the burger is one of the two spots I've tried here so far and blu is it delicious! I got the egg drop sandwich and although it's a bit of messy eating (use a fork trust me) it's superb in flavor and texture, the bread looks to be a milk bread that is well toasted but still soft almost like a French toast, the egg is fluffy and the sausage I got adds a much needed saltiness to the dish- the portion is generous for just the sandwich which is about 10 bucks by the way. in this economy and these egg prices, you are getting a great deal! We got the sausage and egg and OMG it's so good. Who would have thought of putting sweetened condensed milk on a breakfast sandwich? Very good and glad they dont use cheap soybean oil which there are so many people that have allergies with. 3 of the other restaurants in the food court use Soybean oil now and we cant eat there.
