Three-Star Review - Chipotle, Fayetteville My recent visit to the Chipotle location in Fayetteville was a mixed experience. The food itself was acceptable, but the overall visit left room for improvement. The biggest issue was arriving during posted business hours and learning that only a limited number of menu items were available. When a restaurant is open, customers reasonably expect the full menu or clear communication ahead of time. Limited options can signal problems with planning, preparation, or supervision. This created frustration before the order was even placed and set a negative tone for the visit. In terms of the meal, the food was okay but not exceptional. The ingredients appeared fresh, and the portion size was fair. The rice and beans were warm and properly cooked, and the protein had decent flavor. However, the overall taste lacked the bold seasoning and consistency that many customers expect from Chipotle. Some items felt slightly rushed in preparation, which affected both texture and presentation. It was filling and satisfactory, but not memorable. Service was another area that needs attention. I ordered take out through uber eats. The food got to me quickly. BUT-both orders were wrong. They were mixed up like no one read the instructions. One bowl had all of the sauces and queso on it, and the other bowl was dry. We didn't even order queso. Fortunately, we received a full refund, but Im done paying $40 for two bowls that aren't even made right. read more

Establishment was extremely dirty at 12;33 PM. It looks like store was not cleaned on prior night. Tables were dirty. Floor was dirty. Drink machine had stains all around. Windows were dirty. Floors were terrible. Juice machine exhibited signs of white residue. Check the place out when you work in at the Skibo Road location. Wow what a disappointment. Feedback site does not work. Instructed to try again later. Customer service number seem uninterested and was dismissed. I will try to call our local Public Health unit and file a complaint for cleanliness. Wasn't really going to say anything, but it really bothered me that the young lady serving at this location last night (11 pm) lied to me about not having any more rice just out of what seemed to be sheer laziness or maybe she found it amusing. Thanks to the very nice young lady at the register who brought it to my attention that they did INDEED have more rice (and lettuce) and she kindly blessed me with what became a reasonable amount of rice (thanks again). Now what really irritated my soul is that when it was brought to my attention that they did have more rice and lettuce, I turned to the girl who initially helped me, pointed to the counter (no less than 15-20 ft from her) with all the xtra toppings including rice, and told her "there was rice right here" she simply looked at me and laughed. Its as if she knew and just was being too lazy to walk over to the next counter they have (I'm assuming for online orders) and scoop some rice up to place in my bowl. Honestly, I was upset by that, but I let it go. But in all honesty, that was unacceptable and I just wanted to voice my frustration with that situation because I was not the first person in line she told that to. The group in front of me literally left mid-order because she told them there was no more rice or queso. I can only imagine who else she did the same way. Please do better. read more

cleanliness is not up to par at all. the food counter was very messy, mostly all of the tables were dirty and the floors had dried up food on them. there was also trash in the little containers that they keep the forks? also when i was in line, they allowed the person behind me to just cut in line and rung them up first.. idk but i wont be back to this location. read more

We walked into Chipotle to grab dinner. The line did not move the first 10 minutes we were standing in it, so I placed our order online and sat down to wait for it to be ready. Every table was disgusting. We asked a female employee if she had a rag to clean our table. She said yea, but it stunk so bad. I walked up to the counter to ask an employee for spray and rag to clean it, and they said no. So then I asked for a napkin because every napkin holder in the lobby was empty as you can see in the photos. I figured I would get it wet and wipe our table down. The bigger man working the register said, "No! They are for the people in the line". We let him know we were in line a few minutes prior and we already placed a $50 order. He repeated himself 3 more times when I pleaded for a napkin to clean the table. I asked him for 1 napkin. I gave up and went back to the table. My sister said, " You paid for your meal. It is your right to get a napkin"! So she got up and took the photos I posted with this review. Once she did that, I went up front and asked a different employee for a napkin. They gave me a stack, and then all of a sudden the guy that refused to help me started stacking the drink station. And a different man started gathering the trash, and the employee put a wet floor sign up where the other employee had spilled ice. I slipped before the sign was up. Thank goodness I was able to catch myself. We finally got our food and we were missing a child drink and my Mexican sprite. We decided to eat in our car since the tables were disgusting and smelled like dirty coochie. Once we got to the car we realized they forgot one of our chips, our 2 burrito tortillas were packed together unfortunately, and the one bag of almost $5 chips that we did get, was almost empty. This was the worst experience we have EVER had at Chipotle. They had a ton of employees working today. There was no reason the restaurant should have looked or smelled the way it did. And it was was 100% unacceptable for me as a paying patron the be treated as scum. I hope the franchise owner sees this and tries to improve their store. read more

Disappointed today! After taking our chips back to the counter 3x's we never got a bag that wasn't stale. The food prep counter was very messy...needed cleaning...and no they weren't too busy that they couldn't have taken time to do it. The men's bathroom is in need of attention asap! The drink station area was a mess as well as the dining area. The girl at the register was in such rush to ring us up we felt like we were being herded like cattle...with no one behind us. The attention is super terrible, the food is getting worse, they are missing the vegetables that are finished super quickly or are super burnt, the chicken looks more like puree than cut into pieces guys, the meat is all dry, the rice is its strongest Everything is tasteless and everything is bad, the salads needless to say and lastly there is no hygiene, everything is dirty. The online order employee was very rude and kept asking to confirm order pickup, I asked how and she rolled her eyes and said with the app screenshot. In addition to this they don't have forks and are often out of ice, they do not disclose this to you at the point of sale and requires you to get a drink without ice and eat the food with a spoon. Completely overhaul is needed. New management could definitely help straighten up the attitudes and lack of accountability with employees and stock. I do enjoy the food and continue to visit due to the convenience. But it could be so much better with the smallest of tweaks. read more

Love that I was able to order my food on the app and pick it up; especially as the line was crazy long inside and outside. A woman came to the door and was able to grab our orders once we picked them out. However, the quality of the food just was not there. My quesadilla was super dry, hard, and tasteless. Also, half of it had no cheese and the parts that did the cheese was clumpy and hard. I tried to save it by dipping it in the salsa and guacamole, but it did not help. Last, didn't understand why the peppers were on the side, versus being in the quesadilla--its a veggie quesadilla, so the veggies should be on the inside of the queso with the cheese. I think that they may have too many orders and not enough people to fill them, so the quality is lacking. I hope some things change. read more

I ordered a chicken bowl because that's all the meat that they were serving, the rice in the bowl was barely cooked, added a crunch to every bite which wasn't needed because i paid for a side of chips. I called for a replacement and got put on hold for over 10 minutes and hung up on just to be told they don't do remakes on in store orders. Like I was supposed to know they undercooked my food when I left the store. The atmosphere of this location ( Skibo) is the same as all Chipotle's, long line, a little loud. The only thing that sticks out is the bad attitude of the workers. I recommend the Chipotle on Raeford Rd, If you'd like better customer service. read more

Fast service, and as of now they have the seasonal, delicious carne asada. I've only started coming here in the last month, because of the carne asada as it's seasonally delicious. Nonethless I've never seen a roach and, the staff has always been friendly so far. My two star dock is because they don't have apple pay, and the chips are always stale. I placed a mobile pick up order for 12:10 and it wasn't ready until 12:35 pm. They prioritized door dash orders over mine despite me standing there waiting well ahead of the delivery driver. Huge line at the counter. I understand lunch rushes and being busy but employees showed no hustle or care to provide good service. No ice in the machine so I wasted $3 for a warm soda. Excited to satisfy my chipotle craving we arrived at 9:00pm on a Friday night. The line was out the door which wasn't a surprise since this is the only chipotle within 50 miles. They were out of chicken and vegetables. The gauc was BROWN not green. When asked if there was more gauc they said they JUST made that batch, even though they were scraping the last little bit of scraps from the bottom. After making the bowl, time to find seating- surprise, surprise, all the tables were dirty. We sat in the back near a wall.
