Customers were not social distanced once you approached the line where your food is made. Instead, it was a mad dash to the end of the line to pay. I ordered chips and queso. We received the queso but not the chips. The cashier (Camille?) said rudely that we didn't order chips. So, I asked for her to please ring me up for a bag of chips. She refused to ring me up nor did she hand me a bag of chips. Why the horrible attitude? If you hate your job or customers so much, go find another job. In fact, this employee should be fired for her nasty attitude and zero customer service. We found out later this restaurant had some racial incident earlier in the day and the manager was dismissed. Perhaps that's why this restaurant was in turmoil. The sad part is that we had been frequent diners at this restaurant - but not anymore after today's awful experience. Quick and easy when I popped in for a late dinner to go. The restaurant was mostly empty and the short line moved quickly. My bowl was assembled in front of my eyes with what looked like freshly cooked chicken, salsa, cheese and guacamole. It was tasty and it was filling and I feel like I made a healthy choice for dinner instead of the usual cheeseburger or what-have-you. Oh my god. My entire experience has made this an awful and unworthy trip. At 8:00 there is a line out the door, the workers are slow and rude. Ive never been treated like this at any restaurant in my life. Genuinely rude and unsanitary workers wipe their sweat and work the cash with the same set of gloves they use to make your food. You can see the absolute mess of the back of the franchise, when you order your food. They are out of just about everything you want, nor are they eager to restock any of the food trays that remain empty. The rest of the restaurant is a mess and there is trash and food on every table. I lost my appetite by the time i got my food. I wouldn't wish this upon my worst enemy. Do yourself a favour and go wait in the chick fil-a line down the street instead. read more

*zero stars* I don't even know where to begin. I have dined at multiple Chipotle locations all over the country, and have never had such a negative experience as I have tonight: out of multiple items (and the sign was up after we ordered at 6:00pm), staff was slow, couldn't proportion out food properly, nor roll a burrito, the tortilla was too chewy to eat because of the delay, they couldn't handle a woman's app situation separately and held up an out the door line, tables were messy, the trash can was overflowing... but hey, at least the manager was hanging on the side with her freshly purchased Starbucks. Oh, and there was hair in my burrito. Like WTF. I used to work in the food service industry and know many who do now; when you're out of simple items like cilantro, lettuce, and cheese, your manager goes to the store and refreshes stock of these items for as long as needed until the truck comes in. There's no way they were out of all of these items. They would have and should have closed early and wouldn't have been able to open until the truck comes in. And seeing as this is a frequent issue based on reviews, the issue is not lack of supply, but lack of motivation. Worse experience at a Chipotle thus far. Don't dine here. And corporate will be getting an email and multiple corporate I've reviews as well because I truly believe sanitation needs to be checked. read more

Got super lucky with exceptional customer service today, the young man at the register was friendly, hilarious, and made eye contact. He spoke to my kiddos very charismaticly. You could tell he wanted to be there. I ordered a veggie plate, my hubs got the carnitas bowl slathered in chunky, mouth watering, freshly mashed avocados, and lots of other layered goodies. We really enjoyed our experience and will be visiting again soon for sure. Husband was a bit disappointed with the pinto beans; saturated in underwhelming flavor. He didn't get the wow factor expected with a Mexican staple. Ambiance: Clean, flagrantly crowded, lots of lighting, all vacant seating spaces were cleaned, maintained, with a swept floor. I was asked if I had a mobile order to pick up - I responded, no I was just going in to place a to go order. I was then told that the store was closed. I love chipotles, but this store gives chipotle a very, very bad name. First, they were out of cauliflower and the four minutes that it took to make the cauliflower rice, turned into 10 minutes, then they were out of beef, and then....... They were out of chicken. Completely pitiful. What should have taken maybe 10 minutes, took me 30. Not a single manager, if there was one, came out to see what they can do to help. The line was literally out the door, and they are back there cooking food, like it was their first day open. The other issue you get with rushed food, is poor and inconsistent quality, and that's exactly what I got. Dry cauliflower(I literally watch them cook the moisture right out of it), the chicken was dry, and the steak wasn't moist. Completely below the standard that I am used to from chipotle. If I wasn't already a fan of chipotles, and this was my first introduction, I would never eat at chipotles again. Since this isn't my first time, and this isn't my neighborhood chipotle, I will probably eat at my neighborhood chipotles, but I'll never and I mean never eat this chipotles again. This chipotle does not know the secret menu. I ordered a queserito; however, they gave me a regular burrito and charged me a cheese quesedilla on the side. THAT'S AN ADDITIONAL $4! The chicken burrito was very salty for some apparent reason so I drank about 4 cups of water while eating it. The employee, who I think is the manager, who was wrapping my burrito was very curt and unfriendly. The expected very fast responses when I was still think about what to get inside my burrito. She gave no time to think and was very rude about it as well. However, on a positive note, the interior of the restaurant was very nice. There are high tables on the side and low tables on the other side. The restaurant has hanging lights that adds to the dimming effect. Go here with caution! read more

Absolutely awful service & food. They close at 10, placed an order at 9, picked it up at 9:30. When I walk in I'm not greeted initially. I wait and someone of the four workers finally helped me. He said they were out of steak, so I got chicken even though steak is more expensive. Also out of white rice so I got brown. Proceeded to make my order in front of me. Ten minutes and he throws my order on the counter and does not say anything and walks away and hides in the back. I still was waiting on drink cups so I'm waiting for another couple minutes. Someone else asks what I'm waiting for which I reply. They hand me two small cups even though I paid for large. Dining room was absolutely disgusting and messy. Trash cans overflowing. Food area was disgusting. Employees treated me like I was a burden, and they seemed like they were rushing closing to get out right at 10. Completely vile. read more

If I could I would give this location zero stars. We arrived at the restaurant around 715 pm. I ordered a quesadilla and was told it could only made online order. They said they could make a kids quesadilla but it had to be for a child. Fine I ordered the tacos (not really what I wanted but we had been driving all day and I was hungry). I opted for the black beans and carnitas was told I could not have the fajita vegetables so I got green salsa and sour cream. The line did not have lettuce cheese or guacamole. When asked what time they closed we where told 10. No excuse those items where out on the serving line but available on the online order line and not available to walk in customers. I went today and wanted chips and guac, which I have ordered there several times before. Today, I walked in and immediately was greeted with staff that was completely disinterested in serving the customers and rude on top of that. I asked the first girl on the serving line for chips and guacamole and a large unsweet tea. She relayed my request to the cashier, which handed me a bag with a container of guacamole and a large cup. I said the chips were missing and she said we don't have any chips. I said I would not have ordered guacamole if I knew they did not have any chips and asked why the first girl did not tell me about the chips. The cashier said the first girl had nothing to do with the chips. Now, keep in mind these 2 people are no further than 4 feet from each other. She gave me my change for the guac and tea. I went to get my tea and another girl found me and told me I could not leave before I paid for my guacamole. I said I had paid and she said it did not go through. I said what is to go through, I paid cash. Then I went to the cashier and she said I gave you all your money back, so you need to pay for the guacamole. She never told me she gave me all my money back for the guacamole and if she had, why didn't she take the guacamole out of the bag before I went to the drink bar. By this time, I had had enough, so I threw a 20 at her and said something rude along with "keep the change". She asked if I wanted to talk to a manager, so I said yes. Well, it took 7 minutes for the manager to come speak with me and she said, well it is not really because we do not have chips, but have no oil to fry them in. She said, can you come back tomorrow. After that, I realized that any other conversation in this environment was futile, so I left. We have very strict food sensitivities and cannot have any grains or dairy. We went here to get the carnitas. We ended up having to get a double serving because the single serving was unbelievable! We were charged over $2 more each for that, even though we passed on beans and rice. Then we added guac because the server said "you can have ___, ___, ___." Never mentioning it was an additional $2 each as well! Our son who can't have dairy passed on cheese and guac, so we wanted him to have guac for some moisture on his burrito and they charges us $2 for that too! Our kids got two kids meals and it was $40 for the four of us to when it should have been $25. So apparently if you have food sensitivities, chipotle maximizes on that rather than being accommodating only reason for 2 stars is the taste was there. read more

Stopped here on our way home on a road trip. I've eaten a lots of chipotle's over the years, in multiple different states, and this was one of the worst if not the worst wrapped burritos I've ever had. My fiancé had guac smeared over the entire outside of her burrito so badly she could barely hold it without getting quac everywhere. There was almost more quac on the outside of her burrito than on the inside. Both our burritos began to fall apart almost immediately. Both burritos weren't even fully wrapped despite that fact that we did not get much on them. Staff was nice, but clearly weren't fully paying attention when I ordered. I'm lactose intolerant and cannot have dairy, especially on a road trip, so when asked if I wanted cheese, lettuce, and guac, I specifically did not ask for cheese. Luckily I was paying attention, because the woman making my burrito immediately started putting lots of cheese. I am strongly opposed to using anything other than your hands to eat a burrito, since that defeats the purpose of even ordering a burrito, but I had to use a spoon to even attempt to finish this burrito. read more

I attended the opening of this Chipotle and was very pleased. Great turnout of customers, engaging staff, and good standard Chipotle fare. Within a number I weeks they got very stingy with the portions, which led me to knock their rating down. But I am very happy to say that the phase has passed, and things are back to "normal". I'm giving two stars because I like the food at Chipotle but the employees here are some of the rudest people o have ever encountered in a service restaurant. If they were filming an episode of Orange is the new black the person behind the counter would fit right in. I don't appreciate an employee with no personality barking at the customers like we were prisoners and she was pissed off at having to serve us. Even the person taking the money was lifeless and devoid of any characteristics that make someone suitable for the position. On top of that, the chips we received were mostly stale with a few fresh chips scattered in. The least they could do would be throw out the old before making a new batch. Never dined at a Chipotle! I've heard the praises sung, and now I can say I've tried it. Very similar to Diablo's, I got a fresh flavorful Mexican meal. I had the chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans and cheese. I actually ended up eating with a fork. The chicken was well seasoned with a kick. I had an average Chiptole visit here: nothing bad but nothing overly fantastic. The restaurant appeared clean. It was pretty empty on a Sunday night, so we were in and out very fast. Small, but nice patio to sit outside on a nice day. I'd recommend if you're a Chipotle fan. read more
