However, corporate has effectively rendered online/mobile orders irrelevant by instructing their employees to give smaller portions for each item than otherwise would happen in person. That means you'll want to order exclusively in store to provide your own directions. Unfortunate that we are moving away from tech that would otherwise lower Chipotle's overhead. read more

this was my first time at this location I was passing through the area and stopped in I originally placed my order online and when I arrived the cashier told me one sec their were two separate individuals (caucasian) who arrived after me and she proceeded to make their order and give them to me before me. Also (keep in mind it wasn't busy) their were several customers who came in and got line (Caucasian) who got waited on and checked out while I was still waiting for my order to be made. when I looked back at what time I had placed my order it had already been 37 minutes. After, their was no one waiting the associate asks me again what was my name giving it to her after I realize she went to the computer to pull more online orders and realize that my order wasn't being made because I got a Quesadilla not a bowl thats when I just came to the front to ask for my order to be canceled and a refund this is when her and her associate looked at me like I said something wrong they never even said anything it was a guy on the side who asked me what my name was and my order was sitting on the side of the counter. the associate made me order and didn't say anything. The quesadilla was thrown together wasn't even folded correctly and chicken was burnt. I don't want to make this a race issue because I never experienced this from another minority but I do feel like that had to do with it I am disappointed and just wanted to received good customer service like everyone else. read more

Awful experience. Waited over an hour for food with about 10 other people who ordered online. Then didn't even get all my food and told to take care of the refund on my own on the app. When I repeatedly asked for help from the manager, Zion, he belittled me and kept asking me if I was going to be "nice" to him before he would help me. They never get my online order correct. I would say 10 out 10 orders are wrong and I have to go back through the line to correct. We will order guac and they make us pay for it but they are out and we do nothing get it. Then I have to call a number to get a refund on just the guac. They do not refund the whole meal. Not the best Chipotle. It seemed like complete chaos behind the counter. My spouse ordered an extra ramekin of hot salsa and it got lost somewhere. The hot salsa came down the line about halfway. Never made it to our tray. My spouse also asked for cilantro-free rice. The young man behind the counter pulled out a tray of cilantro-free rice, then dishes up the rice on a spoon covered with cilantro. Defeats the purpose of having the cilantro-free rice option, eh? I had to ask for the fruit with my child's meal no fewer than 3 times. My chicken tasted weird.. almost like shrimp. None of the employees seemed to know what they were doing. Had a really poor experience at this Chipotle this evening. Brianna, one of the workers there, had a major attitude while my family and I were ordering. I was never asked what I wanted on my burrito bowl so when it got pushed down to the end without any toppings, I asked to go back and add some items and got a huge attitude. I asked for chicken on my son's quesadilla and got the biggest eye roll I've ever seen. It was my first time ordering a kids meal and was unsure of what I could and couldn't get and asked a few questions and was treated like I was an idiot. Also, guac was turning brown. We came in the first week it opened and they had just opened and were still scooping food from the cold refrigerated bins into the warming trays then served it to us without heating it up, or cooking it in some way to not taste like leftovers. And, to no ones surprise it tasted bland, cold, dry and tasteless. I couldn't attempt to eat cold, dry, clumpy rice no matter how much toppings are put on it. Ordered online, for my son and myself. He got a regular burrito bowl. I ordered double meat. When we got home, we found that my son's bowl was stuffed, as is usual for other locations. Mine was barely half full- less meat than in my son's and with maybe 10 tiny strips of lettuce (being generous). Wasn't worth the cost and completely negates any benefit of online ordering. read more

Went here for the first time for me and some co-workers. I ordered offline, NONE of it was right. One order was missing the Guca, extra chicken, so im charged EXTRA for that. Mine DID not have the extra sour cream I wanted with light cheese. The chips and Salsa I got for another co-worker the chips were NASTY. I wouldn't recommend this place AT all. I will drive to the one in Abingdon. Waste of 38$ read more
