He was so hungry and was trying to eat but I noticed he was drinking an excessive amount of water then started to scratch his tongue and started to cry. I tried his food and the chicken was extremely spicy (you can see the reddish at bottom of chicken) my tongue is still tingly after an hr. Their grilled chicken is not supposed to be spicy. I've been ordering chipotle a lot recently as it's one of my pregnancy cravings. I've never had a bad experience with the quality of the food until today. For background, I am absolutely not one to be picky about my food. I decided to treat myself with steak and it was very dry and hard as if it had been sitting there for a long time. I ended up picking it out of my bowl. And then I noticed that my rice was really crunchy as if it wasn't cooked thoroughly. A little bummed that it didn't satisfy my craving today. They are WAY more concerned with online orders than walk in customers. I first have to start by saying for fast food I do like Chipotle. I also like the fact that I can get a kids meal for $6 to include 2 tacos, a drink and be full! I'm on the road a lot driving for meetings and between Chipotle and Chick-fil-A these two are my go-to for a quick and somewhat healthy (fast food healthy..lol) meal. I get the crunchy tacos with chicken, fajitas veggies, tomato salsa and fruit. This is the second time at this location that the taco shells were stale. Now, last time I went ahead and ate them this time I just threw the meal away. It's a shame because the staff has always been friendly to me. I can't comment on the interior of the restaurant because I order on the app and drive through as I'm pass by. I went in to grab lunch and the service was quick, but the girl on register literally yelled at her coworkers in front of me and several other customers. I was really excited when they opened this location, but every time I've been in here, there has been a different issue. I've received under/overcooked rice a couple of times. I'm not sure if it being crunchy is over or undercooked. There's always some sort of attitude problem with these kids as well. I've asked for a dry scoop of beans and they'll purposely scoop as much of the bean juice from the bottom of the pan as possible while looking at me with a scowl. Service was very friendly and fast. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that they had a super greens salad option. You can't get enough antioxidants! So of course I had to order that.
