This was by far the worst meal I've had from chipotle. Ordered through the app and when we picked up/got back home, all of our orders were screwed up beyond reasonable comprehension. This is the best Chipotle I've been to in a very long time. It exceeded my expectations.

Went in on a weekday for lunch. They were busy but not slammed. The line moves quickly and the food was made quickly. Got the steak bowl. It all tasted very fresh and it was an adequate amount. The place was not swept or cleaned up. Tables needed wiping ect. The queso I asked for in the side was an odd texture. When the employee was scooping it, he asked another employee "did you put a bar in it". The other guy said no..... by this I figured they must have left something-out. One of the most frustrating things a business can do is blatantly ignore you, standing in their business trying to give them money... in this case I had already ordered and paid online... it had been almost an hour and my food wasn't there. So when I went up to the counter to just ask them if they had received the order... not even to say anything about the timing... they literally completely ignored me standing there! The service really is not very good. I ordered a vegetarian bowl- which comes with guacamole - she put about a tablespoons worth in my bowl before I asked her for more- you know the standard scoop..... My husband's burrito was so poorly wrapped that she had to put another thing of foil around it to hide her shabby job- and same with my guacamole she put about a drop of sour cream on his...... It can't possibly be that hard to make a burrito.... This is not the first time we have received crummy service either- his burrito was once the size of a kids burrito... just pitiful. read more

THE FOOD TEMPERATURES ARE TESTED WITH ONE DIRTY THERMOMETER WHICH IS NOT STERILIZED BEFORE GOING FROM MEAT TO VEGETABLES, SALSA, SOUR CREAM AND GUACAMOLE. Edited to add: the person testing the food temperatures did so without wearing gloves. It was nauseating. This location is fairly new, but it's pretty terrible even if you take that into account. Went for a late lunch, around 2:15pm. The line wasn't long, but the service was still slow. There were at least 8 people working. The tables were really filthy - all of them. The guac had been in the air too long, so it was brown and green. The portions were inconsistent as well. My bowl and my husband's bowl were really different as far as portion sizes. We sat in to eat, so I had to clean a table myself. We should've just eaten in the car, but I didn't want my car to smell like food. I hope they fix this spot. For the price point it should be better. I've never had this experience at a Chipotlé. Update: Went back to this location on 7/10/17 and it's even worse. It was filthy. There was trash all over the floor. I had to wait a good 5 minutes to get. a fork to eat with. On top of that, the "manager" or whatever she was, was hauling some dirty book over the top of all of the food, while recording food temperatures. At one point old, dry rice from the book spilled into the salsa and guacamole. Sucks for the people whose food handy been prepared yet. She also used the same dirty thermometer to test the meat, veggies, salsa, sour cream and guac. She wiped the thermometer with a dirty paper towel in between tests. As a frequent Chipotle customer, I was very dissatisfied with my food portion size. Every time I order food from this Chipotle I feel like I'm begging for my food portion. Do you really think putting 1 half spoon of rice in a bowl then patting and spreading it is satisfactory? The portion size of rice wouldn't even satisfy a kid. I then asked for my sour cream on the side because I wasn't going to eat my food right away and was charged for a side of sour cream because it was in the container and not on the bowl. Went there about an hour ago and the service was absolutely horrible! A girl named Kaycee was the absolute worst person to be the cashier! I made an online order and it said it would be ready at 9:30. I went inside after 9:30, walked up to the front and was never acknowledged. She was getting other orders together, but never once said anything to me. Finally, after a while, I stepped up to the counter and Kaycee says "they're cooking the chicken." At this point, Im confused because I didn't even tell her my name or anything so how would she know what I even ordered! I said huh?? And then she mumbled somebody else's last name (the lady who was in there before me) and I simply said no and told her my name. Well she looked it up on the register and I saw her print the ticket and take it down to the line for them to fix my order. She NEVER came back to apologize or even tell me what happened! She did the exact same thing to someone who came in after me! She was really horrible.. when my order was finally ready, she put it on the counter, looked at me and said NOTHING once again. I grabbed my bag and left. Food was ok but listen, the customer service is the worst I've EVER experienced there! Very disappointed with my online order last night. I've been to this restaurant several times before and never had an issue. In fact, i has used the "order again" feature so I know where the error lies. Seemed like the two bowls were switched and the toppings from one ended up on the other. The first sign of trouble came when I had difficulty cutting through my burrito with a plastic knife. I then found the first bite to be extremely chewy. I unwrapped the tortilla and pulled at it with both hands - it stretched (when it should have torn) and thenceforth remained uneaten. I pointed this out to the cashier who came by wiping tables; she said that she,too, had a problem with the tortillas. Beyond that, I passed on the pintos because they appeared to be dry. The burrito, as a whole, was bland. I did, however, find the lime rice to be quite good. So, unless you are looking for tasty rice, go to Mo's in the shopping center across the street. read more

Came here tonight around 9:10. Stood in line for about, 10-15 minutes. When I got to the counter (with 50 minutes to close) - they were out of brown rice for the night because it would take at least 20 minutes to prepare, and didn't have any chopped lettuce to replenish their line.... I counted 6 employees. One who literally stood in the back of the house, dancing and yawning the entire time. One manning the register, one on hot food, one on cold. Another employee stirring white rice in the back, and another walking around in circles. As a manager in FS for many years - I can tell when people are ready to go home and doing the bare minimum to make closing & cleaning quick at night. But never, never is it ok to run out of food because you don't feel like making anymore. Other then that, they were pleasant. I'm a loyal chipotle fan. So of course I'll be back. Tameka took my 16 year old daughters order and added a drink in error. My daughter saw her receipt and said I didn't order a drink. Tameka, mind you is a woman be near or over her 40's, went back and forth with her saying she DID order a drink, he not even given her a cup. She then handed her a cup and shoo'd her away saying "I'm older than your mother." My daughter came home and took me Back to the store. As I entered the store, before I could even make it to the register to ask for a refund of the drink, she came around from the back and stood inches from me and asked what the problem is. I asked for the manager who agreed to refund the drink as they should have in the first place. I stated they should offer a full refund or a gift card for the ill behavior of the team there. They called the general manager (Carl Vance) who said "he heard a lot of different stories and he can't give any additional compensation." I said "if it wasn't a child that asked for her money back, things wouldn't have went that way. They would have simply refunded the patron EVEN IF it was ordered by accident."
