Upon entering the restaurant I was surprised at both how brightly lit it was as well as how busy it appeared. The Bayshore location does a steady business but I'd never seen it as full and lively. Unfortunately the initial interaction with staff was not great. There wasn't anyone at the register and we stood up there for a good 30 seconds before someone drew the short straw and came up to assist us. There wasn't any greeting, which I am sadly used to these days. After the ordering experience, things did improve. Our burgers were pretty great, cooked to perfection with exactly the items that we wanted on them and we weren't waiting but a few minutes for them to be ready. The Coke Freestyle machine--as well as our table--were clean and I could see staff keeping the restaurant tidy the entire time we were enjoying our meal.
