My standard is the Pasta Frescsa (read: penne pasta with a white wine and balsamic reduction tossed with fresh spinach and ripe roma tomatoes with a few drops of olive oil to top it all off and a sprinkling of fresh parmesan). I went and ordered Pad Thai. I asked for chicken in it. I was sick all night and the next day. A few weeks later, I decide to go back. Maybe a fluke. I order Pad Thai again. This time no chicken. Suppose to have egg in it. Barely any egg. All noodles. Stupid me. I go back to order Pad Thai again as I like it. No chicken again. I tell the young lady make sure it has egg in it. I get my order and I find a piece of plastic in it. I have to eat a very limited diet cuz of radiation. Pad Thai is one thing I can eat. So I go back, 4th time. Order is fine. This place has taken an absolute dive! I remember when the staff was happy and thriving. Not only was I not even welcomed, but someone stared at me and then turned around to finish orders without acknowledging me or asking me to wait for a second. I have a nut allergy, so I asked if their pesto had pine nuts or tree nuts in it. The lady told me it did not so great I ordered it. Then I eat my food and start to feel really nauseous. I had a bad allergic reaction to the food and was extremely lucky I had Benadryl. The people who work there don't seem to care to be cautious even when I said I had an allergy. This Noodles & Co. is always dirty. Every time I've been here food is spilled on the floor under tables. It doesn't get cleaned up the entire time we eat our meal. The bathrooms are dirty. The toilets and walls are soiled with grime and dirt. Most often either soap, toilet paper, or hand towels are left unfilled. I'm here on a Monday and it's not busy. Let me start by saying I usually love noodles but this experience was bad. As a nurse, I understand and appreciate all the precautions they have taken to keep the staff and customers safe. First I had to wait a long time for anyone to acknowledge I was waiting to order (I was the only person there), they looked at me numerous times but no one said anything. Finally a rather rude young lady told me to move to a different register, there are plexiglass partitions between the customer and employees and they will not accept cash. They have their employees wear masks and between the masks, staying behind their plexiglass and loud fans overhead, you cannot hear what they are saying. This was extremely frustrating for me and created a situation where the girl waiting on me decided I was stupid, sorry but you can't hide an eye roll behind your mask. Don't know why you still offer curbside. I ordered curbside and when I arrived said my order was not complete a few minutes later my order was done so I waited another five minutes still no one came out so I went inside my order was sitting on the counter and there was a couple of employees just standing around. This is the second time this has happened to me. Also, two times I have ordered the same pasta with customizations and not once have those customizations been met. I ordered double meat, I barley got what you get with a single order. I ordered broccoli instead of spinach, and i still got spinach. I have given them a few chances but things seem to not be getting better. Food comes out cold occasionally, drink machine is almost always out of half the flavors, often when I order something it either comes with the wrong ingredients or doesn't come with half of them. You would think a salad would be easy but I have been told multiple times oh sorry we don't have that in stock. I have never heard of a concept of a noodles & soup place to eat, very unique. I had ordered the pan noodles with chicken and thai soup. The thai soup was definitely surprising as it tasted delicious, but I had wished there were more noodles of course. The pan noodles seemed a tad too salty, but that's expected of stir-fry...I will come back to check it out again, but will choose the american dishes instead. read more

This is a great Noodles location - the food is obviously delicious, but I also am always impressed with the very friendly and helpful staff in Grafton. My favorite dishes are the penne rosa and the pesto cavatappi, both with the grilled chicken and a flatbread! read more

Had a horrible experience yesterday at the Grafton Noodles. I called to order pick up and was placed on hold for 5 minutes then when the girl got back on the phone she said how can I help you and hung up! She didn't even say sorry about the wait. This was very rude and when I called back I asked if she was the person who put me on hold for a while then hung up on me, she said it might have been her. Yes it was take ownership and then apologize! Then I asked for my food and she was really short with me. It was worst when I got to the restaurant. I walk in and no one said hello and the girl (blond with glasses) acted like I was a burden. I was the only person in line! So I got charged full price for my food and treated badly! Management I really hope you do something about the kids that you employ at your restaurants. I work in customer service and this is not how you treat customers. He was clearly annoyed by the question but said he'd as the manager. I asked another employee and received a visible sneer. A polite and timely "No, I'm sorry we don't' would have sufficed. I Love Noodles and Company, but this particular location was terrible. I order the Penne Rosa with grilled chicken every time I go into a Noodles and Company restaurant and usually get my food within 5 - 7 minutes fresh and hot, However it took over 25 minutes before I got up to ask them about my order. I thought they somehow skipped me or lost my order in the mix so I went up to ask them and they told me they were backed up. I'm not sure about that because I saw customers come in and order after me and received their food before mine. Immediately after I had approached them they served me my food, but it was cold, like it had been sitting on the counter for a while. Not only was it cold, the pasta was stale and the grilled chicken was pasty looking. It was nothing like the standard that I am used to at other N&C locations.
