This is quite possibly the worst chipotle ever, and we are big fans of chipotle normally. This location, however, is far under par. When we came here, the guacamole was brown and tasted quite old. My partner loves the vinaigrette, and when he asked for it, they told him it was for "online customers only", which is strange. Rice is always undercooked, and they give the smallest serving of meat I've gotten at any other Chipotle location. Location is dirty with overflowing trash. read more

Honestly, terrible all around. The steak I got was chewy and cold. The line was almost out of the door. The torta that was working was incredibly stingy, she ran out of steak while making my burrito then literally says they're out of steak but continues to just go on without adding anything else. I then ask at the end if she was waiting for more steak to be prepped/if that was the serving for the steak and she then starts shaking her head being sassy as hell then a different worker went up to her and started going through my burrito with her hands lol then the other worker had to add the steak cause the lady shaped like a refrigerator refused. Burrito bowls tasted good, but our chips weren't edible. I got the barbacoa and my wife got the carnita bowl. Both delicious! We also got a side of chips and cheese sauce. The chips were either dumped with salt or incredibly stale. Either way, inedible chips. I was shocked that our total came to $40 for 2 bowls and 1 inedible chip/cheese. I went in to get food on 3/21/2026 about 5:20 pm. Line was short. They didn't have any white rice. About 5 minutes the rice was done. As chicken elpascore. The girl said it would 20 minutes. My husband and I didn't want beef. I have chicken and get you another kind for the back. Was out of that also. So we left the restaurant with nothing. So I have been going to this chipotle recently and the last 3 times I have came there has been an issue. whether my order isn't ready, my order is missing and now trash in my food. Absolutely disgusting. I placed online as usual and I was honestly hoping this time there would be no issues. This is a big problem but the company fully think so in my opinion. I called the main store 4 times then the corporate number with a total hold time of 20 minutes mind you my lunch is only 30. No only did order not get corrected or fixed any manner I am now without a lunch during my lunch break, and pretty out of a whole lunch break. Agree with whoever said that there should be a zero star option. I submitted a group order for delivery from this store and the delivery driver came with only one bag. More than half of the items I ordered were missing. And the driver said the single bag was all that the store gave him. Naturally the store didn't answer the phone so I had to drive over to ensure my coworkers got their lunch. Got to the store and the other bag was sitting behind the counter. The store blamed the driver for not taking both bags and the driver blamed the store for only giving him one bag. The inside was an absolute mess. No clean tables, missing items from the drink/utensil area, and floor had trash all over it. The line was short when we arrived and there was only one party ahead of us. It took well over 15min to even get to the counter, then they were low or out of several items including steak. They ran out whilst making one of ours and never returned with additional steak to add to the burrito. They helped a gentleman behind us in line and finished his order thus messing up the line which now went to the door. An employee charged with the condiment side failed to roll our burritos this morning waiting for someone else to come fix them. I've left a bad review about this location before, nothing has changed unfortunately (should have gone to qdoba) The facility is still disgusting with no clean places to sit, the service is mediocre at best, and they are very stingy with the food they give you (more so than normal). Today was exceptionally bad, I know it's an ongoing joke that, "chipotle gives you stale chips" I've never had this problem till today. The chips were so hard it hurt my jaw to chew if you could even chew them. I used to love chipotle but the Grandville location continues to slack, I will keep going to Qdoba from now on. read more

I ordered $100 of Chipotle for a small group through DoorDash. The order came on time, but when we started eating it we quickly realized it was inedible. Something was terribly off with the rice and beans. We had to throw the food away. I have tried to contact Chipotle repeatedly via phone but they have an automated answering service and you can't get through to an actual person. I filed a complaint online (which also was a run around) the day that it happened a week ago and there has been zero response. Normally love their food and have eaten here often but this experience of not being able to contact anyone in customer service is extremely poor for a business. read more

Food has always been decent here. Good but not great. My go to is the chicken burrito or bowl. Staff is usually pretty quick making orders and even if there is a line it goes quickly. I went to this location today and i was told very rudely that my order will be another 3 minutes. She basically shoved the bag in to my hands and told me that she didn't put the vinaigrette in my bag because they were out of stock. Maybe update your app? We ordered 2 quesadillas. Chipotle is already mediocre at best, but this location is not the best I've been to. It may also be that it's challenging to do this with masks but I just found the whole ordering process to be annoying. Everyone mostly acted annoyed and no one could hear or understand what anyone was saying. We ordered 4 different burritos and they were all just slopped in a bag with no labels. So... our only option was to cut every burrito in half in order to identify which burrito belonged to whom. I ordered the barbacoa and basically got no meat, so aside from the far from stellar service, no labels for burritos, and little to no meat in the actual burritos, I would not return. I gave two stars because the service/masks thing could be excused to a certain degree but at some point, in this economy, you have to step your game up if you want the support to survive. read more

We stopped at the Grandville, MI store at 5:00 on a Sunday afternoon. The food area was a real mess! A lot of the containers were empty and others had food that was dried out. The outer edges where a mess and had food spilled all over. The whole thing was very unappetizing. Also, we weren't greeted by any of the staff. We left Chipotle and went to Herb&Fire which was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pizza was delicious! read more

Probably the worst experience I've ever had. Welcomed at the door with a "not serving quesadilla" sign. Waited for a long time counting 6 people working in the back and only 1 making the orders. Everyone else was just standing around talking. Finally get to counter and they are out of veggies, not just out, but the container looks like it's been empty since noon and completely black and burned on the inside. Order chips and pay. Then get told they actually are out of chips and he wasn't supposed to sell me them, goes in back and comes back with chips. Extremely confused at this point. Go to get drink and signs all over about out of ice and out of order. Go to sit down and eat in peace and cannot find a table or seat that isn't covered in sour cream or corn. If you're on a diet, go to Chipotle... Because they'll probably only have half the stuff you want. We've been going there regularly, like once a week. We call it "Chipotle Thursday" at our house. But for a while now, it's been going down hill. Pretty much every time we go there, they are out of something. Some days, they are out of several items. Sometimes they put a sign on the door, stating what they are out of. But more often lately, you just get surprised after they start your order. Today, my wife got almost to the end of the prep line, THEN they say "Oh, we're out of lettuce today!" WTF??? Of course, they don't cut the price for the missing items.
