I also really appreciate that they include complimentary chips and salsa, even with takeout and delivery. It's such a nice touch and shows they care about their customers. The coating was overly-hard. The bean and rice burrito was also meh. The dull rice seemed too chewy, either overdone or cooked until it was too dry.
