I'm not sure why there are so many poor reviews for this location. I grab food here pretty frequently and have never been disappointed. On top of the food being consistently good, the staff has always been friendly and it's very easy to pick up mobile orders. The grab and go shelf is only a few feet from the entrance, so you easily avoid the line of customers and don't even need to speak to anyone to grab your order if you paid online. If later on I happen to run into an issue with at this location, I will update this review to reflect that. But for now, I highly recommend giving this Chipotle a try if you are in the area and like what they're menu has to offer. read more

Absolute trash! Second time I have mobile ordered from this restaurant in the past month and both times were terrible. I ordered a chicken burrito and a chicken bowl and there was maybe 5 pieces of chicken between the two. Burrito was wrapped awful, forgot salsa that I ordered, drink was incorrect for the kids meal. I love this Chipotle! The workers are always kind to me and give big portions. Sometimes when I go to Chipotles the food tastes less good than others. We ordered online and got there five minutes after our pick up time. The staff hadn't even seen the ticket yet, though. Not only that, but we were barely greeted. The cashier pointed at an order waiting for pick up and said, "that not you?" We said no and that was the end of any communication. The cashier handed the ticket to the food preparer and he began it, then had to start over. Then another pick order came in and the cashier told him to do that order. He finished that large order and suddenly waves of people came through. In between other orders he made our three items. Slowly. Had to start over one more time. More staff came on but no one helped him finish our order, no one acknowledged us, no one handed us drink cups, or said they were sorry we had to wait. When we got the order it was just handed to us silently. I had to ask for another bag because the bottom item had leaked out and the three large quesos had been out in sideways and spilled. We waited thirty minutes after our order was supposed to be ready, and for no good reason. There must be new management. I'm not willing to give it another try when the staff finally figures out how to do their jobs, though. read more

I don't know what the evening staff are like, but the lunch crew is ON IT! I was kindly greeted by the staff upon entering and as I sat and ate my lunch, they greeting every other person that walked thru the door. All the staff behind the counter were smiling and provided great customer service. Also something I noticed happening with all the other customers during my visit. The dining area was clean and the manager walked around engaging with the patrons while cleaning off tables. Oh the manager also heard me mention a dairy sensitivity to the girl helping me and insisted on bringing out a freshly prepared container of corn to ensure no dairy had been in contact with it. While I assured her that was not necessary, I was very appreciative of the positive service. There's a great team of individuals working here and I will definitely come back. It's unacceptable to order your food and be given a pickup time and be left standing for over 45 minutes. There were 2 customers in line, 5 people waiting for pickup, and 6 employees when I got here at 7:34 for my 7:30 scheduled pick up. I could've went through the line and be gone at least 5 times. But they're just making my order now, 45 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. There's literally not a customer in line, and nothing is coming out of the kitchen. Came in yesterday for my first time approximately 4:30pm 2/28 . I've gathered many compliments over this fast food restaurant. So I decided to go. I walked in and the place had a good vibe. I was excited to try. So I Ordered 3 bowls same way with chicken, but I noticed the chicken they had in the line was the bottom of the pan, looked dried up, so I requested "new pan" of chicken, and between the cook and the young man making the bowls, were both kinda irritated with my request. They both made it an effort to make me watch them pour the old chicken into the new chicken pan after they made my bowls. I thought it was very rude and childish and for that reason I won't be back. I gave it 3 stars because the bowl was very good. I've been in this industry over 20 years. You don't ever make a customer feel uncomfortable. What a shame. read more

Don't bother eating here. First of all, the customer service is extremely poor and the employees are rude. I've ordered online twice and both times..my food was not ready. All I ordered was a simple bowl, nothing complicated. The first time I decided to order online and came to pick up, one of the employees went far to say someone stole my food when I had already been waiting there for long. Had someone took my order, the employees would've noted that someone picked it up and that's the first thing they'd mention..instead they were chatting it up not paying attention to the online orders. Huge piece of hard avocado was placed on my bowl instead of guacamole. I ate around it and tried to cut into small pieces, it was not ripe and hard as stone. The rice was undercooked and fajita veggies sad looking. I've been to many other Chipotle's and never experienced this poor quality of food preparation. This is the location that set the tone for chipotle with me. The staff is always great and I really appreciate their community values. This location is all about "giving back" and hosting fundraisers for different non-profits in town. They even had one for the valley community pantry which is a local food bank and helped them raise over $250 dollars by donating a percentage of the sales. Not only do they give back to non-profits, but they give back to school and local sports teams as well. They even hosted a buy one get one day for our office where we all saved 50% on our food just by showing our badges. I though this was pretty cool. Definitely 5/5 stars from me!
