    First I drove past and saw quite a line inside the store the day before a holiday, after looking it up; found that it was a 2 for one special day; which explained the line. The place was packed with people so it was a little dirty because the staff was on full alert trying to handle that many people. Went in waited in line for about 30 minutes, get to the front and of course they were out of chicken as it was still being cooked, asked the staff; what now...blank stare returned; so instead of waiting for more chicken in the back of the line; I opted for the barbcoa. Staff was very overworked but I kept pushing for the add more on the fixins on one of the bowls but didn't get a chance to do the same for the second bowl and ended with unequal portion sizes....Careful, I'm guessing they are advised to speed customers through to lower food costs; PRO Tip: hold your ground and keep saying Add More (beans/cheese/rice/sour creme). The protein was better than the steak option but would have prefferred the chicken. Decent deal when it's 2 for 1, whenever that magically appears.

    This is my rice and steak burrito that I spent $13 on. It only contains rice and they refused to fix it.

    I eat here twice a week in spite of the fact that my orders are incredibly inconsistent and the service is terrible. I enjoy the burritos very much although the size of the burrito heavily depends on who is working that day. For instance, I bought a $13 burrito and it was literally 6 ounces and only contained rights. I called six times in an attempt to get through to somebody but no one ever answered. I left a Google review and was told to contact customer support and which I did but never received a message back. I am now on a review crusade in an attempt to get somebody's attention. I've been a very loyal customer, but at this point, I have reached the limit of my frustration. And someone please reach out to me so we can come to some kind of resolution please. When I spoke to the restaurant staff I was told "oh well" when I showed them my burrito that fit squarely in the palm of my hand and didn't even have meat in it although I paid for it. So strange.

    HEAVILY disappointed in EVERYTHING. The food proportion given was insanely small unlike ever before I got a steak bowl and counted not even seven little pieces of steak so I asked for another larger scoop and it was $6 extra?!? WHAT? Yes it was busy but the workers rushed everyone so fast it was so overwhelming and unprofessional. I'm 100% disappointed and will never return. I also tried contacting chipotle support and when I put in all the work and submit it, it says "Submission Error: Bad Request"

    Terrible portion half what I normally get come all the time for white rice and cheese won't be coming back floors very dirty

    From 08/26/2025 around 3pm. These are 2 barbacoa burritos made by two different employees. The only difference is one has onion/pepper/salsa and the other doesn't. I've eaten at Chipotle before with these differences and never had an issue on the size. Doesn't have to be perfect, I get it. I'm not one to complain but the size difference was obvious. Instead of making the smaller burrito more full like the other, (as I politely requested) the manager avoided me and made me feel like it was my fault for watching it and not saying anything?? I assumed the employees had proper training on delivering relatively similar sized burritos (so issues like these won't happen.) Not sure how this falls on the costumers for not "watching it" as I'm not trained on chipotles standard portion sizes? If I'm paying for the same meat burritos I expect similar sized burritos (as the costumer). I couldn't even compare them until after payment as they weren't made at the same time and by different people. Instead of fixing the issue he kept going back n forth with me. I told him I wasn't sure why we were having this conversation (polite way of saying argument as any other place would've fixed it without hesitation) to which he responded with "oh you don't know why we're having this conversation? " after that I asked for his name (so I can report him to corporate ) he didn't want to give it to me and said he legally didn't have to? Very unprofessional and Lazy. Poor management. I will not be coming back

    Ordered a kids meal, RAEE & RAY both had the best customer service ever ! They made my ordering so much better and eating with a toddler so much easier ! I love the kids meal it comes out fast and it's clean and good customer service. Both of them were so sweet and helped me clean up my toddlers mess. I will be coming back especially if this is the customer service ! Thank you RAEE and RAY

    Rude employees. Food taste and looked old. They don't listen and when you ask them to correct their mistake they get grumpy. Thanks chipotle
